Order Desk can connect to your Finale Inventory account and automatically export orders for inventory tracking purposes.

Setup
To begin, click on Manage Integrations from the left sidebar in Order Desk. Under the Productivity tab, find and click to enable Finale Inventory.
Alternatively, search for Finale Inventory from the available integration search.
Under Connect to Your Finale Inventory Account enter your Account Name (case sensitive), Username, and Password. Please note, Order Desk doesn't have access to these credentials, and they must be provided by Finale Inventory.

Default Mail Class
Choose the shipping class you want Finale Inventory to use for your orders.
If you need to apply specific methods for certain orders, match your method names to the names Gelato uses in the Shipping Class Match section below.
After Import, Move To
Select the folder you want orders to be moved into after they are successfully sent to Finale Inventory.
You can use one of the default folders already in your store or create your own. Read the Working with Folders guide for more information.
After Shipment, Move To
Select the folder you want orders to be moved into when Finale Inventory sends tracking details back.
If Canceled, Move To
Choose the folder you want canceled Orders moved to.
Sync Inventory
If you want Order Desk to sync your inventory availability back to Finale Inventory, enable the Sync Inventory setting. Please note that in order to sync your inventory with Finale Inventory you'll need to select Import Inventory Items Now in your integration settings. Once the products have downloaded, your inventory items will be ready to sync from Order Desk to Finale Inventory.
Please note that if the SKU coming in from your cart differs from your Finale Inventory SKU, you will need to set finaleinventorysku as item metadata.
Auto Complete Orders
Enable this setting to have Order Desk mark all orders as complete when they are successfully imported at Finale.
Auto Ship Orders
Enable this setting to mark orders as shipped before order completion.
Facility
Use to select a location to where you send the orders to Finale.
Automatically Send Imported Orders to Finale Inventory
Select to automatically send orders to Finale Inventory as they import.
Download Inventory Items
You can manually import your inventory items from Finale Inventory at any time.
If you need to import your inventory items from Finale Inventory, click the Download Inventory Items button.

Shipping Class Match
Using the shipping class match feature, you can match as many different shipping methods as you offer to the methods Finale Inventory uses to ensure your customers are getting the closest shipping option to what they selected at checkout.

Custom Item Details
The following fields can be set as variations or item metadata for each item in an order.

finaleinventory_sku | An optional identifier to properly send orders and sync inventory to Finale. If your item code is the same as the item code in Finale, there is no need to set this. |
Custom Order Details
Finale Inventory also offers an order management option. The following details can be submitted with orders as either checkout data or order metadata.

FacilityID | Sets the facility ID. If not set, the selected facility in your integration settings will be used as default. |
