Digital On Demand Integration
Order Desk can import orders from your shopping cart(s), sync in your print details and then automatically send them on to Digital On Demand for fulfillment. When orders are shipped, the tracking details will be sent back to Order Desk and back to your shopping cart.

Custom Details for Digital On Demand
Setup
To connect to Digital On Demand, click on the Manage Integrations link under the Integrations menu in the left sidebar, and under the Print on Demand tab find and enable Digital On Demand.
Once enabled, set the provided webhook URL in your Digital on Demand account. This URL is how Digital on Demand will be able to send shipment details back to Order Desk for your orders.
Select the environment you want to connect to, enter your Digital on Demand API key and click to connect.
Please note that Order Desk isn’t able to help find or reset your credentials, as they can only be provided by Digital on Demand.
Integration Settings
Environment
Current environment the connection is in. To change environments, click Disconnect at the bottom of the page and re-connect the integration with the credentials for the other environment.
After Import, Move To
Select the folder you want orders to be moved into after they are successfully sent to Digital On Demand.
You can use one of the default folders already in your store or create your own. Read the Working with Folders guide for more information.
After Shipment, Move To
Select the folder you want orders to be moved into after Digital On Demand sends shipment details back to Order Desk.
Default Mail Class
Select the default mail class you want Digital on Demand to use. The shipping method you select will be used for all orders where the method on the order does not match any of Digital on Demand's shipping method names.
If you need to apply specific methods for certain orders, match your method names to Digital on Demand's names in the Shipping Class Match section below.
Default Shipping Account
Add the shipping account number to be used for your order shipments.
If you need to specify this account number on a per order basis, you can set it to checkout data following these instructions.
Merchant Email Address
Digital on Demand requires an email address for every order. To avoid delays or problems with orders that may not have one, add your own email address here to be used as a backup.
Shipment Webhook URL
If you haven't yet given your shipment webhook URL to Digital on Demand, from the setup section, you will need to set this webhook URL in your Digital on Demand account for Order Desk to be able to receive shipment details.
Product Settings

Shipping Class Match
If the shipping methods you set up in your shopping cart(s) don't match the shipping method names Digital on Demand uses, they won't know what methods you intend for them to use. When this happens, the default mail class will be used instead for all of your orders.
To tell Digital on Demand what methods you want them to use, you will need to match your method names to theirs. This can be done in the shipping class match section. For detailed instructions on setting this up, please read through the shipping class match guide.
Custom Details for Digital on Demand

Order Level Details
The following fields can be set as checkout data or order metadata to specify what gets sent to Digital on Demand.

Item Level Details
The following fields can be set as variations or item metadata for each order item.

print_sku | The Digital on Demand product code. This is not the same as your own product SKU. |
print_url | The link to your artwork file for the item. |
print_preview | The link to your mockup image of the item. If not set, print_url will be used. |
