Showdown Displays Integration
IN THIS GUIDE
Order Desk can send your orders to Showdown Displays. As Showdown Displays fulfills your orders, the shipment info will automatically be added to your orders in Order Desk and, if your store is set up for it, sent back to the original shopping cart.
This guide will explain how to set up the Showdown Displays integration in Order Desk and give an overview of the different settings and features of the integration.
To connect your Showdown Displays account to Order Desk, click on Manage Integrations under the Integrations menu in the left sidebar. Under the Print on Demand tab, find and enable Showdown Displays.
Alternatively, search for Showdown Displays from the available integration search.
Enter your Showdown Displays credentials and click to connect.
Please note that Order Desk isn’t able to help find or reset your credentials, as they can only be provided by Showdown Displays.
Select the environment your connection should be in, Live or Test.
After Import, Move To
Select the folder you want orders to be moved into after they are sent to Showdown Displays.
If you want to use a custom folder, create your own from Store Settings. Read the Working with Folders guide for more information.
After Shipment, Move To
Select the folder you want orders to be moved into when Showdown Displays sends shipment details back into Order Desk.
Default Shipping Class
Select the default shipping class you want Showdown Displays to use for your orders.
If you need to apply specific methods for certain orders, match your method names to Showdown Displays' names in the Shipping Class Match section below.
Shipment Webhook URL
If you skipped this step when connecting the integration, add this webhook URL to your Showdown Displays account. This is necessary for Showdown Displays to be able to send shipment notifications back into your orders in Order Desk.

Shipping Class Match
The shipping methods that you have set up in your shopping cart(s) may not match the methods that Showdown Displays uses. To make sure your shipping preferences are sent through to Showdown Displays with each order, match your methods to theirs in the shipping class match feature. If matches aren't made, Showdown Displays will use your default preferences set above.

Custom Order and Item Level Details

Order Level Details
The following details can be submitted with an order as either checkout data or order metadata.
| If you need to set your own PONumber, do so with this field, otherwise the order number will be used.
If you are unfamiliar with checkout data, please read the How to Work with Checkout Data guide.
Item Level Details
The following fields can be set as variations or item metadata for each item in an order.
|The Showdown Displays product code for the item to be printed.
|Link to your artwork file.
|Set the variant code on the item.
