Just Vision It Integration
IN THIS GUIDE
Order Desk can pull your print on demand orders in from your shopping cart(s), sync your print details into them, and then submit them to Just Vision It. As Just Vision It fulfills the orders, the shipment details will be pulled back into Order Desk and sent back to the original shopping cart if your store is set up for it.
This guide explains how to set up and use the Just Vision It integration.
To enable the integration, click on Manage Integrations in the left sidebar. Under the Print on Demand tab, find and enable the Just Vision It integration.
Alternatively, search for Just Vision It from the available integration search.
Add your signup requirement details, which will be provided to you by Just Vision It, and click to connect.
Please note that Order Desk isn’t able to help find or reset your credentials, as they can only be provided by Just Vision It.
Default Mail Class
Choose the mail class you want Just Vision It to use for your orders.
If you need to apply specific methods for certain orders, match your method names to Just Vision It's names in the Shipping Class Match section below.
After Import, Move To
Select the folder you want orders to be moved into after they are successfully sent to Just Vision It.
You can use one of the default folders already in your store or create your own. Read the Working with Folders guide for more information.
After Shipment, Move To
Select the folder you want orders to be moved into as Just Vision It sends back shipment details.
Shipper Phone Number
Some shipping companies require a phone number. Add your phone number here as a backup in case a customer left theirs off the order.
Set your email address here. Just Vision It requires that the merchant email be included with every order.
Check for Shipments
Choose a time interval for how often you'd like Just Vision It to run shipping checks.

Shipping Class Match
If the shipping methods you set up in your shopping cart(s) don't match the shipping method names Just Vision It uses, they won't know what methods you intend for them to use. When this happens, the default mail class applied above will be used instead for all of your orders.
To tell Just Vision It what methods you want them to use, you will need to match your method names to theirs. This can be done in the shipping class match section. For detailed instructions on setting this up, please read through the shipping class match guide.
Sending Orders to Just Vision It
Getting your orders ready to send to Just Vision It will take some set up time. For a detailed walkthrough of how to use Order Desk with your Print on Demand orders, please read through our Print on Demand Fulfillment guide.
Preparing Your Orders
If you'd like to send custom data about the order to Just Vision, you can set the following checkout data field:

Preparing Your Items
The following fields can be set as variations or item metadata for each order item.
Order Desk will get the proper color values based on the print_sku used.
Additionally, you MUST set your product price with JVI on the item cost field in your inventory value.

|print_sku||Required. JVI's product code for the item.|
|print_url|| Required. Link to your artwork file. For multi-print items, use print_url_1 and print_url_2.
|cost||If JVI requires you to pass a cost, use this cost field. The inventory item cost field can also be used. Cost will take precedence if both are included.|
||JVI's available color. We will convert to the proper color code.|
|comments||Use this to send through notes about the item or order for JVI.|
Resubmitting an Order
If you need to resend an order to Just Vision It, you will need to first add a checkout data value called Version with a value of 1. This will allow Just Vision It to accept the order as a new version.
Checkout data is added in the top right corner of the order details page:
Without this checkout data value, a resubmitted order will return an error because the order already exists at Just Vision It.
