Printverse Integration

Order Desk can submit your print on demand orders to Printverse. When Printverse fulfills your orders, the shipment info will be pulled back into Order Desk automatically and sent back to the original shopping cart, if your store is set up for this.

Setup

To connect to your Printverse account, click on Manage Integrations in the left sidebar. Under the Print on Demand tab, look for and enable the Printverse integration.

Alternatively, search for Printverse from the available integration search.

Once enabled, give your webhook URL to your Printverse account rep, then enter your Printverse credentials and click to connect. Both Production and Staging environments are supported.

Please note that Order Desk isn’t able to help find or reset your credentials, as they can only be provided by Printverse.

Integration Settings

Once connected, you can set your preferences for this integration in the integration settings.

After Import, Move To

Choose the folder where orders should be moved to after they are successfully sent to Printverse.

You can choose the default Prepared folder for this, or create your own folders in your Store Settings. Read the Working with Folders guide for more information.

After Shipment, Move To

Choose the folder where orders should be moved to as Printverse sends tracking details back.

Default Shipping Class

Set the default shipping class you want Printverse to use for your orders. If you need to apply specific methods for certain orders, match your method names to Printverse's names in the Shipping Class Match section below.

You can also set a custom method and code on individual orders if necessary. See the Preparing Your Orders section below for details.

Backup Email

Set the email address Printverse should use for any orders that don't have one included.

Notification URL

This URL allows Printverse to send tracking details back to Order Desk as they ship your orders. Please copy this URL and give it to Printverse to apply to your account.

Setup Redirects

If you connect the same Printverse account to more than one Order Desk store, you will need to setup some redirects so when the shipment info comes back from Printverse, it will find its way to the right Order Desk store.

In your primary store, where the first connection to Printverse was made, you will see  Setup Redirects. Click this link to open your Webhook Redirection List. Then, in your other Order Desk stores that are also connected to the same Printverse account, find the Notification URL:

Copy this URL and paste it into the Setup Redirects field in your main store. Add one URL per line, making sure all notification URLs from your other Order Desk stores are included.

Default Return Address

Set your default return address for Printverse to use on your order shipments.

If you need to customize the return address for certain orders, you can save different return addresses to your Store Settings and then use a rule to set the return address to specific orders. If a return address is not added to the order, the default address set here in the Printverse settings will be used.

For information on adding additional return addresses and applying them to specific orders with a rule, read the Store Settings guide.

Product Settings

For more information on what the product settings within the Printverse integration do, please read the Print on Demand Product Settings guide.

Shipping Class Match

Using the shipping class match feature, you can match as many different shipping methods as you offer to the methods Printverse uses to ensure your customers are getting the closest shipping option to what they selected at checkout.

For information on how to set up your shipping preferences, please read the shipping class match guide.
