Overview

Order Desk can import orders from your shopping cart(s), sync in your print details and then automatically send them on to Teezily Plus for fulfillment. When orders are shipped, the tracking details will be sent back to Order Desk and back to your shopping cart if your store is set up for it.

This guide explains how to set up and use the Teezily Plus integration.

Setup

To connect to Teezily Plus, click on the Manage Integrations link under the Integrations menu in the left sidebar, and under the Print on Demand tab find and enable Teezily.

Alternatively, search for Teezily Plus from the available integrations search.

Once enabled, enter your Teezily API Key to make the connection.

Please note that Order Desk isn’t able to help find or reset your credentials, as they can only be provided by Teezily.

After Import, Move To

Select the folder you want orders to be moved into after they are successfully sent to Teezily.

You can use one of the default folders already in your store or create your own. Read the Working with Folders guide for more information.

After Shipment, Move To

Select the folder you want orders to be moved into after Teezily sends shipment details back to Order Desk.

Skip Address Verification

Enable this setting to skip address verification for your orders.

Webhook URL

Paste this URL into your Teezily Shop API Settings.

Webhook Secret

Paste this URL into your Teezily Shop API Settings.

Custom Details for Teezily Plus

Getting your orders ready to send to Teezily will take some set up time. For a detailed walkthrough of how to use Order Desk with your Print on Demand orders, please read through our Print on Demand Fulfillment guide.

Custom Order Details

The following can be submitted for an order as either checkout data or order metadata.

Field Name Field Description
currency Set the currency for the order. If not set, the default is USD.

Custom Item Details

Teezily requires some details about each item being ordered for them to know what to fulfill. To find the IDs and variant information for each item, click the View Available Products link at the top of the integration settings page to view the product catalog.

Creating a New Product

If you are ordering a product that Teezily does not yet have the print information for, use the following item fields, set as variations or item metadata.

Field Name Field Description
print_sku Required. SKU from the product catalog.
print_url Required. URL of the artwork file to be printed if overriding the print_design_id. Up to 2 URLs accepted for multi-print items, formatted as print_url_1 and print_url_2. 
color Color variant from the product catalog. Order Desk will automatically convert it to Teezily's color numeric.
size Size variant from the product catalog. One sized items should be OS. Order Desk will automatically convert it to Teezily's size numeric.
print_location Set the location for where the artwork should be printed on the item. If not set, default is front for print_url_1 and back for print_url_2.
product_text Set the text personalization.
print_position_x The percentage from the right side of the printing area for where the artwork should be printed. Default is 0. For multi-print items, format as print_position_x_1 and print_position_x_2 to coincide with the print_urls.
print_position_y The percentage from the top of the printing area for where the artwork should be printed. Default is 0. For multi-print items, format as print_position_y_1 and print_position_y_2 to coincide with the print_urls.
print_width Set the width of the artwork as a percentage of the printing area. Default is 0. For multi-print items, format as print_width_1 and print_width_2 to coincide with the print_urls.
print_height Set the height of the artwork as a percentage of the printing area. Default is 0. For multi-print items, format as print_height_1 and print_height_2 to coincide with the print_urls.

Ordering An Existing Product

If you are ordering a product that you have already created in Teezily's system, use the following item fields, set as variations or item metadata. All fields are required.

Field Name Field Description
print_sku SKU from the product catalog.
print_design_id This number is assigned to a product you create on Teezily's website and is the Product ID from the product catalog.
color Color variant from the product catalog. Order Desk will automatically convert it to Teezily's color numeric.
size Size variant from the product catalog. One sized items should be OS. Order Desk will automatically convert it to Teezily's size numeric.
skip_address_verification Use a value of 1 to indicate that you'd like to skip address verification for this particular order. This will override a disabled Skip Address Verification on the integration settings page.
