Awkward Styles Integration
Order Desk can pull your print on demand orders in from your shopping cart(s), sync your print details into them, and then submit them to Awkward Styles. As Awkward Styles fulfills the orders, the shipment details will be pulled back into Order Desk and sent back to the original shopping cart if your store is set up for it.

Setup
To connect to Awkward Styles, click on the Manage Integrations link under the Integrations menu in the left sidebar, and under the Print on Demand tab find and enable Awkward Styles.
Alternatively, search for Awkward Styles from the available integrations search.
Once enabled, copy the webhook URL and give it to Awkward Styles. You will still be able to access this URL after the integration is connected. Add your Awkward Styles username and password to connect.
Please note that Order Desk isn’t able to help find or reset your credentials, as they can only be provided by Awkward Styles.
Basic Settings
Once connected, you'll have some integration settings to adjust per your preferences.
After Import, Move To
Select the folder you want orders to be moved into after they are successfully sent to Awkward Styles.
You can use one of the default folders already in your store or create your own. Read the Working with Folders guide for more information.
After Shipment, Move To
The folder set here is where orders will move after Awkward Styles sends back fulfillment and tracking details.
Default Mail Class
The shipping method selected will be used for all orders sent to Awkward Styles unless, where different, the shipping method on the order matches the method Awkward Styles uses exactly.
If you need Awkward Styles to use a specific shipping method on an order by order basis rather than defaulting to this setting, set your preferences in the Shipping Class Match section.
Shipment Webhook URL
The Shipment Webhook URL is how Awkward Styles tells Order Desk about your order shipments. This URL must be set up at Awkward Styles for Order Desk to automatically pull in tracking details on orders sent to Awkward Styles.
Product Settings
For more information on what the product settings within the Awkward Styles integration do, please read the Print on Demand Product Settings guide.
Shipping Class Match
If the shipping methods you set up in your shopping cart(s) don't match the shipping method names Awkward Styles uses, they won't know what methods you intend for them to use. When this happens, the default mail class applied above will be used instead for all of your orders.
To tell Awkward Styles what methods you want them to use, match your method names to theirs. This can be done in the shipping class match section. For detailed instructions on setting this up, please read through the shipping class match guide.
Sending Orders to Awkward Styles
Getting your orders ready to send to Awkward Styles will take some set up time. For a detailed walkthrough of how to use Order Desk with your Print on Demand orders, please read through our Print on Demand Fulfillment guide.
