teelaunch Integration

Order Desk can import orders from your shopping cart(s), sync in your print details and then automatically send them on to teelaunch for fulfillment. When orders are shipped, the tracking details will be sent back to Order Desk and back to your shopping cart if your store is set up for it.

Setup

To enable the integration, click on Manage Integrations in the left sidebar. Under the Print on Demand tab, find and enable the teelaunch integration. 

Alternatively, search for teelaunch from the available integration search. 

Enter your API Key for teelaunch to connect.

Please note that Order Desk isn’t able to help find or reset your credentials, as they can only be provided by teelaunch.

Integration Settings

Once connected, you'll have some shipment and integration settings to adjust per your preferences.

View Available Products

Use to view available teelaunch products.

Please note: when setting the print_sku as metadata or variations on your inventory items, use the number in the ID / print_sku field of your Available Product listing. See the Sending Orders to teelaunch section of this guide for more information on using item level fields.

After Import, Move To

Select the folder you want orders to be moved into after they are successfully sent to teelaunch.

You can use one of the default folders already in your store or create your own. Read the Working with Folders guide for more information.

After Shipment, Move To

Select the folder you want orders to be moved into when teelaunch sends tracking details back.

Webhook URL

The Webhook URL is how teelaunch tells Order Desk about your order shipments. This URL must be set up in your teelaunch Developer Settings for Order Desk to automatically pull in tracking details on your orders.

Product Code Match

For more information on what these product settings within the teelaunch integration are for, please refer to the Print on Demand Product Settings guide.

Product Code Match and Skip

Use this to tell Order Desk when certain product SKUs need to be changed when orders are sent for fulfillment.

Inventory Location Match

If you only want to send certain items to teelaunch, you can set the inventory location name from the item in this field. Orders with items that don't have an exact match will not be submitted to teelaunch.

To avoid confusion about which items in which orders are being sent for fulfillment, it is generally better to split orders than to use this field. If you do choose to use this field, please be careful that your inventory location names match exactly.

Sending Orders to teelaunch

Order Level Details

The following details can be submitted with an order as either checkout data or order metadata. If you have questions about these details please talk to teelaunch. 

Field Name Field Description
print_sku The ID for the blank product to be printed on.
print_url_x A direct link to your artwork file. Up to 5 (e.g. print_url_1, print_url_2, etc.)
print_location_x Use to set the location of the artwork on your item. Up to 5 (e.g. print_location_1, print_location_2, etc.)
TextPersonalizer Use to request item text personalization.
VariantID If your items have already been set up in your teelaunch account, you can use the Variant ID in place of the print fields above.
