IN THIS GUIDE
Order Desk can import orders from your shopping cart(s), sync in your print details and then automatically send them on to Teelaunch for fulfillment. When orders are shipped, the tracking details will be sent back to Order Desk and back to your shopping cart if your store is set up for it.
This guide explains how to set up and use the Teelaunch integration and the features available.
To enable the integration, click on Manage Integrations in the left sidebar. Under the Print on Demand tab, find and enable the Teelaunch integration.
Alternatively, search for Teelaunch from the available integration search.
Enter your Customer ID and API Key for Teelaunch to connect.
Please note that Order Desk isn’t able to help find or reset your credentials, as they can only be provided by Teelaunch.
Once connected, you'll have some shipment and integration settings to adjust per your preferences.
After Import, Move To
Select the folder you want orders to be moved into after they are successfully sent to Teelaunch.
You can use one of the default folders already in your store or create your own. Read the Working with Folders guide for more information.
After Shipment, Move To
Select the folder you want orders to be moved into when Teelaunch sends tracking details back.
Default Return Settings
Enter the address to be used by default for all return addresses.
Product Code Match
For more information on what these product settings within the Teelaunch integration are for, please refer to the Print on Demand Product Settings guide.
Product Code Match and Skip
Use this to tell Order Desk when certain product SKUs need to be changed when orders are sent for fulfillment.

Gift Message Field
Set the name of a checkout data field if you want the gift message in that field on an order to be sent to Teelaunch.

Inventory Location Match
If you only want to send certain items to Teelaunch, you can set the inventory location name from the item in this field. Orders with items that don't have an exact match will not be submitted to Teelaunch.
To avoid confusion about which items in which orders are being sent for fulfillment, it is generally better to split orders than to use this field. If you do choose to use this field, please be careful that your inventory location names match exactly.
Picklist Message Field
Set the name of a checkout data field if you want the message in that field on an order to be sent to Teelaunch as instructions for the picklist.
Sending Orders to Teelaunch

Order Level Details
The following details can be submitted with an order as either checkout data or order metadata. If you have questions about these details please talk to Teelaunch.
