FotoCadeau Integration
Order Desk can import orders from your shopping cart(s), sync in your print details and then automatically send them on to FotoCadeau for fulfillment. When orders are shipped, the tracking details will be sent back to Order Desk and back to your shopping cart if your store is set up for it.

Sending Orders to FotoCadeau
Setup
To connect to FotoCadeau, click on the Manage Integrations link under the Integrations menu in the left sidebar, and under the Print on Demand tab find and enable FotoCadeau.
Alternatively, search for FotoCadeau from the available integration search.
Enter your FotoCadeau username and password to connect the integration.
To find your FotoCadeau credentials, please contact your rep from FotoCadeau. Order Desk support is not able to help with finding or resetting your FotoCadeau credentials, as they are created and provided by FotoCadeau.
Integration Settings
Once connected, you'll have some shipment and integration settings to adjust per your preferences.
After Import, Move To
Select the folder you want orders to be moved into after they are successfully sent to FotoCadeau.
You can use one of the default folders already in your store or create your own. Read the Working with Folders guide for more information.
After Shipment, Move To
Select the folder you want orders to be moved into after FotoCadeau sends shipment details back to Order Desk.
Default Submission Email
Enter the email address to be used on orders where the customer hasn't provided one. The email field is required, so if this is left blank and an email is not on the order, the order will fail to submit to FotoCadeau.

Sending Orders to FotoCadeau
Getting your orders ready to send to FotoCadeau will take some set up time. For a detailed walkthrough of how to use Order Desk with your Print on Demand orders, please read through our Print on Demand Fulfillment guide.
Preparing Your Orders
The following fields can be set as checkout data or order metadata to specify what gets sent to FotoCadeau.

shipping_type | Set the shipping method on the order. Default is regular. |
shipping_label | URL of the shipping label, if required. Default is false. |

Preparing Your Items
The following fields can be set as variations or item metadata for each item in an order.
Field Name | Field Description |
print_sku | FotoCadeau product code. |
print_url | Link to the artwork file. |
option_sku | Set the option_sku if necessary. Add multiple option_sku fields as option_sku_1, option_sku_2, etc. |
option_quantity | The quantity of the corresponding option_sku. If multiple option_sku fields are used, you must set the same number of option_quantity fields (option_quantity_1, option_quantity_2, etc.) |
