Sending Orders to Ramco Lifestyles


Order Desk can submit your print on demand orders to Ramco Lifestyles. When they fulfill your orders, the shipment info will be pulled back into Order Desk automatically and sent back to the original shopping cart, if your store is set up for this.

This guide explains how to set up and begin using the Ramco Lifestyles integration.


To connect to your Ramco Lifestyles account, click on Manage Integrations in the left sidebar. Under the Print on Demand tab, look for and enable the Ramco Lifestyles integration.

Once enabled, enter your Customer ID from Ramco Lifestyles and click to connect.

Integration Settings

Once connected, you can set your preferences for this integration in the Basic Settings.

Default Mail Class

Choose the mail class you want Ramco Lifestyles to use for orders.

If you need to apply specific methods for certain orders, match your method names to their names in the Shipping Class Match section below.

After Import, Move To

Choose the folder where orders should be moved to after they are successfully sent to Ramco Lifestyles.

You can choose the default Prepared folder for this, or create your own folders in your Store Settings. Read the Working with Folders guide for more information.

After Shipment, Move To

Choose the folder where orders should be moved to as Ramco Lifestyles sends tracking details back.

Default Return Address

Set the default return address that Ramco Lifestyles should use on your shipments.

If you need to customize the return address for certain orders, you can save different return addresses to your Store Settings and then use a rule to set the return address to specific orders. If a return address is not added to the order, the default address set here in the Ramco Lifestyles settings will be used.

Product Settings

Shipping Class Match

If the shipping methods you set up in your shopping cart(s) don't match the shipping method names Ramco Lifestyles uses, they won't know what methods you intend for them to use. When this happens, the default mail class applied above will be used instead for all of your orders.

To tell Ramco Lifestyles what methods you want them to use, you will need to match your method names to theirs. This can be done in the shipping class match section. For detailed instructions on setting this up, please read through the shipping class match guide.

Sending Orders to Ramco Lifestyles

Getting your orders ready to send to Ramco Lifestyles takes some setup time. For detailed instructions on how to use Order Desk with your print on demand orders, please take a few moments to read through the Print on Demand Fulfillment guide.

Preparing Your Items

The following fields can be set as variations or item metadata for each order item.

Field Name Field Description
print_sku The Ramco Lifestyles part number for the product being ordered.
print_url_1 Link to your artwork file. For a two-print item, use print_url_1 and print_url_2.
