Safsira Integration

Order Desk can submit your print on demand orders to Safsira. As orders are fulfilled, the shipment info will automatically be pulled back into Order Desk and sent back to the original shopping cart.

Sending Orders to Safsira

Setup

To connect to Safsira, click on Manage Integrations in the left sidebar. Under the Print on Demand tab, find and click to enable the Safsira integration.

Alternatively, search for Safsira from the available integrations search.

Click the Connect To Safsira button to authorize Order Desk to connect to your Safsira store:

Integration Settings

Once connected, you will have a few settings where you can set your preferences for this integration.

View Available Custom Products

Click to view the current available products you have set up in your Safsira account.

Click Need Help Getting Started? to access helpful resources for using Safsira.

Account

Select which Safsira account you’d like to use for your orders.

Payment Method

Select the payment method you’d like to use for your Safsira orders. Please note that the available payment methods must be set up in your Safsira account.

After Import, Move To

Select the folder you want orders to be moved into after they are sent to Safsira.

If you want to use a custom folder, create your own from Store Settings. See the Working with Folders guide for more information.

After Shipment, Move To

Select the folder you want orders to be moved into when Safsira sends shipment details back into Order Desk.

Sending Orders to Safsira

Getting your orders ready to send to Safsira will take some set up time. For a detailed walkthrough of how to use Order Desk with your Print on Demand orders, please read through our Print on Demand Fulfillment guide.

Preparing Your Items

The following fields can be set as variations or item metadata for each order item.

Field Name	Field Description
print_sku	Safsira's product code/SKU for the item. This can also be passed by using the print SKU as the Item Code.
color	Use to pass item color.
size	Use to pass item size.
