Peoplevox Integration
Order Desk can send orders directly to Peoplevox for fulfillment, pull shipment details back into your orders and send the shipment info to your shopping carts where applicable.

Integration Setup
To enable the integration, click on the Manage Integrations link in the Integrations menu in the left sidebar. Under the Fulfillment tab, find and enable Peoplevox.
Alternatively, search for Peoplevox from the available integration search.
In the integration page, add your Client ID, Username and Password for Peoplevox.
Please note that Order Desk isn’t able to help find or reset your credentials, as they can only be provided through Peoplevox.
Required Setup in Peoplevox
Set up the following integration templates within the Peoplevox platform for the connection with Order Desk to work:
- Carriers
- Despatches
- Item types
- Locations
- Sales order items
- Sales orders
- Service types
- Sites
Please use these specification CSV files to set up the templates. Contact Peoplevox support if you need help with this step.
Settings
After Import, Move To
Select the folder orders should be moved to after they are sent to Peoplevox from Order Desk. Typically this is set to Prepared, but any custom folder can be used.
After Shipment, Move To
Select the folder orders should be moved to when Peoplevox sends tracking details back to Order Desk.
Automatically Send Imported Orders to Peoplevox
If you plan to automatically submit every order to Peoplevox for fulfillment, you can enable this setting. All orders will be sent as they come in to Order Desk.
If you have any other fulfillment services or will have any orders you don't want to send to Peoplevox, keep this disabled. Use rules to submit orders to the appropriate vendor or fulfillment service instead.
Default Delivery Date
Set the number of days for when the order should be delivered. Format should be +Xdays, replacing X with the number of days.
Default Site
Choose the default site you where you want Order Desk to send your orders.
Default Mail Class
Choose the default mail class you want to use for your orders. This shipping class will be used for any orders sent to Peoplevox that aren't mapped to one of the mail classes they use.

Inventory Syncing
Sync Inventory
Enable to have Order Desk pull in your stock counts from Peoplevox.
Sync Update Interval
If Sync Inventory is enabled, select the interval you would like Order Desk to pull in inventory updates from Peoplevox.
Inventory Location Name
By default, inventory updates will add Peoplevox as the location name on each item updated. If you would like to use a different name, add that here.
Manually Import Inventory Items
Click the Import Inventory Items From Peoplevox button to download your inventory into Order Desk.

Shipping Class Match
Use the shipping class match feature to match as many different shipping methods as you offer to the specific shipping classes that Peoplevox uses. This ensures your customers are getting the closest shipping option to what they selected at checkout.

Order Level Details
The following details can be submitted with an order as either checkout data or order metadata. For more information on what each field means, please talk to Peoplevox.

peoplevox_requested_delivery_date | Set the delivery date, formatted as +Xdays, on an order if different from the Default Delivery Date from the settings above. |
peoplevox_site | Set the site on an order if different from the Default Site selected in the settings above. |
