Fulfillify Integration
Order Desk can import orders from your shopping cart(s), apply custom information and then submit them to Fulfillify for fulfillment. When orders are shipped, the tracking details will be sent back to Order Desk and back to your shopping cart(s) if your store is set up for it.

Sending Orders to Fulfillify
Setup
To connect to Fulfillify, click on the Manage Integrations link in the left sidebar and under the Fulfillment tab find and enable the Fulfillify integration.
Alternatively, search for Fulfillify from the available integration search.
Enter your Fulfillify API Key and click to connect.
Please note that Order Desk isn’t able to help find or reset your credentials, as they can only be provided by Fulfillify.
Integration Settings
After you have connected the integration, you can apply any necessary details or preferences to the settings.
After Import, Move To
Select the folder you want orders to be moved into after they are successfully sent to Fulfillify.
You can use one of the default folders already in your store or create your own. Read the Working with Folders guide for more information.
After Shipment, Move To
Select the folder you want orders to be moved into as Fulfillify sends shipment details back to Order Desk.
If Canceled, Move To
Select the folder you want orders to be moved into if they are cancelled at Fulfillify.
Automatically Check For Shipments
Select this option to have Order Desk automatically check for shipments at Fulfillify every 3 hours.
Order Prefix
If you need to add a prefix to your orders as they are downloaded to Order Desk, set that here.
Inventory Management Settings
Sync Inventory
Enable if you want your inventory stock counts to be pulled in from Fulfillify.

Sync Interval
If Sync Inventory is enabled, choose how often you want Order Desk to check Fulfillify for inventory updates.
Inventory Location Name
If you want to set a specific inventory location name for the products you have at Fulfillify, set that name here. As Fulfillify sends back reports, your custom name will be added as the location.

Sending Orders to Fulfillify
Order Level Details
The following details can be submitted with an order as either checkout data or order metadata. For more information on what each field means, please talk to Fulfillify.
Field Name | Field Description |
ShipReference1-3 | Send through shipping reference information by setting ShipReference1, ShipReference2 and/or ShipReference3. |
PackingSlip | URL for the PDF to be included as the packing slip with the order. Details here. |
PackingSlipFtp | If your packing slip will be sent using FTP, add a value of 1 in this field. |
ShippingLabel | URL for the PDF to be included as the shipping label with the order. Details here. |
ShippingLabelFtp | If your shipping label will be sent using FTP, add a value of 1 in this field. |
ReturnLabel | URL for the PDF to be included as the return label with the order. Details here. |
ReturnLabelFtp | If your return label will be sent using FTP, add a value of 1 in this field. |

Item Level Details
The following can be set as item metadata or variations on the items in your orders.

ItemMessage | Set a custom message to be sent along with your items. Each individual item field can have its own ItemMessage field. |
LotNo | Lot number for the individual item. |
