VeraCore Supplier Integration

Order Desk can connect to your VeraCore Supplier account and automatically download orders. This integration allows you to download orders from VeraCore to have them fulfilled by another service.

Manually Import Orders


To begin, click on Manage Integrations from the left sidebar in Order Desk. Under the Shopping Carts tab, find and click to enable VeraCore Supplier. 

Alternatively, search for VeraCore Supplier from the available integrations. Be sure to select VeraCore Supplier (also known as VeraCore Order Download), and not the primary VeraCore integration.

Enter your VeraCore credentials, then click the Connect button.


Check for New Orders

Select how often you want Order Desk to look for and download new orders from VeraCore Supplier.

Folders for New Orders

Choose the folder you want new Orders to be added to.

System ID Filter

In your order settings, you can enter one or more System ID. This is a 5-letter code which indicates the system that the order came from. Add this code to only download from systems that have this code in their list.

Order Prefix

If you need to, you can add a prefix of your choice that will be added to all orders imported from VeraCore Supplier.

Sync Tracking Numbers

If the Sync Tracking Numbers setting is enabled, Order Desk will send the shipment information back to VeraCore Supplier automatically and update the orders there.

Manually Import Orders

If you need to manually import orders, set the date from which you want Order Desk to start looking and click to import.
