BrightStores Vendor Integration


Integration Settings


If you are a BrightStores vendor, Order Desk can connect to your BrightStores account and automatically download the orders you need to fulfill.

Please note that if you are a BrightStores merchant, you will want to use the BrightStores integration instead.

This guide explains how to set up and use the BrightStores Vendor integration in Order Desk.


In Order Desk, click on Manage Integrations under the Integrations menu in the left sidebar. Under the Shopping Carts tab, find and enable BrightStores.

Alternatively, search for BrightStores Vendor from the available integration search.

Once enabled, follow the instructions on the page to connect the integration. Please note that Order Desk isn’t able to help find or reset your credentials, as they can only be provided by BrightStores.

Webhook Setup

Copy the webhook URL and place it in your BrightStores account on the Push Order tab in the API URL field:

Make sure the settings match this screenshot. Enter your notification email as well.

API Keys

In BrightStores, click the API Keys tab to create your own API key. Enter this key into Order Desk, then connect the integration.

Integration Settings

Once connected, you can set your integration preferences.

Folder for New Orders

Select the folder where newly imported orders from BrightStores should be placed.

Sync Tracking Numbers

Enable if you want Order Desk to send shipment information back to BrightStores.

Email Customer

Enable if you want BrightStores to email customers as shipments are added to their orders.

Webhook URL

If you skipped this step in the setup, enter this URL in your BrightStores account to allow Order Desk to import your orders.
