Order Desk can import orders from your shopping carts, apply custom information, and submit them to Sheridan Minnesota (formerly known as Bang Printing) for fulfillment. When orders are shipped, tracking details will be sent back to Order Desk and back to your shopping carts if your store is set up for it.
This guide explains how to set up and use the Sheridan Minnesota integration.
Setup
To connect to Sheridan Minnesota, click Manage Integrations in the left sidebar. Under the Fulfillment tab, find and enable the Sheridan Minnesota integration.

Alternatively, search for Sheridan Minnesota from the available integrations search:

Enter your Sheridan Minnesota credentials and click Connect.

Order Desk isn’t able to help find or reset your Sheridan Minnesota credentials, as they can only be provided by Sheridan Minnesota.
Integration Settings
After you’ve connected the integration, you can apply any necessary details or preferences to the settings.

Environment
Select the environment your store is in, either Live or Test.
Default Mail Class
Choose the mail class you want Sheridan Minnesota to use for your orders.
After Import, Move To
Select the folder you want orders to be moved into after they are successfully sent to Sheridan Minnesota.
You can use one of the default folders already in your store or create your own. Read the Working with Folders guide for more information.
After Shipment, Move To
Select the folder you want orders to be moved into when Sheridan Minnesota sends shipment details back to Order Desk.
Send Customer Email Address to Sheridan Minnesota
Select this if you want the customer email address sent to Sheridan Minnesota with each order.
Automatically Send Imported Orders to Sheridan Minnesota
If you plan to automatically submit every order to Sheridan Minnesota for fulfillment, enable this setting. All orders will be sent as they come into Order Desk.
If you have any other fulfillment services, or if some orders should not be sent to Sheridan Minnesota, keep this disabled. Use rules to submit orders to the appropriate vendor or fulfillment service instead.
Default Return Address
Set the default return address that Sheridan Minnesota should use on your shipments.
If you need to customize the return address for certain orders, you can save different return addresses in your Store Settings and then use a rule to set the return address on specific orders. If a return address is not added to the order, the default address set here in the Sheridan Minnesota settings will be used.

Custom Order Details
You can add custom details to your orders to be passed through to Sheridan Minnesota. Add these details as checkout data or metadata fields. The field names must exactly match this table.
