IN THIS GUIDE
Order Desk can connect to your Bandcamp account and automatically download orders then send shipment details back as orders are fulfilled.
This guide explains how to set up and use the Bandcamp integration in Order Desk.
In Order Desk, click on Manage Integrations under the Integrations menu in the left sidebar. Under the Shopping Carts tab, find and enable Bandcamp.
Once enabled, enter your Bandcamp Client ID and Secret Key to complete the connection.
Please note that Order Desk isn’t able to help find or reset your credentials, as they can only be provided by Bandcamp.
Select the band whose orders you want downloaded into Order Desk. If you have orders from more than one band that you need imported, you can create a new Order Desk store for each band.
Check For New Orders
Select how often you want Order Desk to look for and download new orders from Bandcamp.
Choose the status of the orders that you want downloaded into Order Desk.
Folder for New Orders
Select the folder where newly imported orders from Bandcamp should be placed. For more information, see the Working with Folders guide.
Sync Tracking Numbers
Enable this setting if you want Order Desk to send shipment details back to Bandcamp as they are added to your orders in Order Desk.
Enable this setting if you want Order Desk to sync your inventory availability back to Bandcamp.
If you need your order numbers from Bandcamp to have a prefix added to them, you can set the prefix here.
First Import Date
Any orders placed before the date set here will not import into Order Desk.
Importing Orders Manually
To manually import orders in addition to or instead of letting them automatically download from Bandcamp, enter the earliest date of the orders you want imported and click the Check button.
For this to work, make sure the First Import Date is not after the date set in this field. Only orders that match the Download Status will import. You may need to check more than once, updating the date each time, if you are importing more than a few orders.
