Bandcamp Integration

Order Desk can connect to your Bandcamp account to automatically download orders and send shipment details back as orders are fulfilled.

Setup

In Order Desk, click on  Manage Integrations under the Integrations menu in the left sidebar. Under the Shopping Carts tab, find and enable Bandcamp.

Alternatively, search for Bandcamp through the available integration search.

Once enabled, you'll need to follow the instructions to add Order Desk as a Fulfillment Partner with Bandcamp.

Please note that we are not able to add our app to your Bandcamp account on your behalf. Additionally, if you experience any issues adding Order Desk as a Fulfillment Partner, you'll need to contact Bandcamp directly for further assistance.

Settings

Check For New Orders

Select how often you want Order Desk to look for and download new orders from Bandcamp.

Download Status

Choose the status of the orders that you want downloaded into Order Desk.

Folder for New Orders

Select the folder where newly imported orders from Bandcamp should be placed. For more information, see the Working with Folders guide.

Sync Tracking Numbers

Enable this setting if you want Order Desk to send shipment details back to Bandcamp as they are added to your orders in Order Desk.

Sync Inventory

Enable this setting if you want Order Desk to sync your inventory availability back to Bandcamp.

Order Prefix

If you need your order numbers from Bandcamp to have a prefix added to them, you can set the prefix here.

First Import Date

Any orders placed before the date set here will not import into Order Desk.

Importing Orders Manually

To manually import orders in addition to or instead of letting them automatically download from Bandcamp, enter the earliest date of the orders you want imported and click the Check button. 

For this to work, make sure the First Import Date is not after the date set in this field. Only orders that match the Download Status will import. You may need to check more than once, updating the date each time, if you are importing more than a few orders.
