Faire Integration

Order Desk can connect to your Faire account and automatically download orders then send shipment details back as orders are fulfilled.

Setup

In Order Desk, click on Manage Integrations under the Integrations menu in the left sidebar. Under the Shopping Carts tab, find and enable Faire.

Once enabled, enter your Faire Access Token to make the connection.

Please note that Order Desk isn’t able to help find or reset your credentials, as these can only be provided by Faire.

Integration Settings

Once connected, you can set your integration preferences.

Download These Orders

Select the types of orders you want Order Desk to import from Faire.

Check for New Orders

Select how often you want Order Desk to look for and import new orders from Faire.

Folder for New Orders

Select the folder where newly imported orders from Faire should be placed.

Auto Accept Orders

Enable this setting for Order Desk to send an order acceptance notice to Faire as each order is imported.

Sync Tracking Numbers

Enable this setting for Order Desk to send shipment details back to Faire as shipment information is added to orders in Order Desk.

Sync Inventory

Enable this setting for Order Desk to sync your inventory counts to Faire.

Shop Currency

Set your store's currency here.

Order Prefix

If you need your order numbers from Faire to have a prefix added to them, set the prefix here.

First Import Date

Any orders placed before the date set here will not import into Order Desk.

Country Filter

If you only want to import orders being shipped to certain countries, set the two digit country codes in the country filter. Separate multiple country codes with a comma. For example, if you only want to import orders for the United States and Canada, add US, CA to this field. Any country not listed will be skipped.

Leave this filter empty if you want to import all orders regardless of the shipping country.

Manual Imports

Manually Import Orders

To manually import orders in addition to or instead of letting them automatically import from Faire, click the Import Waiting Orders button.

Manually Import Inventory Items

Order Desk can import your inventory items from Faire. To do this, click on the Import Inventory Items Now button.

Once imported, you can manage your inventory from Order Desk and add extra details to your items, among other features. For more details about the inventory features available to you in Order Desk, please read our Inventory Items guide.
