Order Desk can connect to your Miva account and automatically download orders then send shipment details back as orders are fulfilled.
This guide explains how to set up and use the Miva integration in Order Desk.
In Order Desk, click on Manage Integrations under the Integrations menu in the left sidebar. Under the Shopping Carts tab, find and enable Miva.
Once enabled, enter your Miva credentials and connect the integration. If you're not sure of any of these credentials, check with your Miva rep.
Check for New Orders
Select how often you want Order Desk to look for and download new orders from Miva.
Choose the status of the orders you want to be downloaded from Miva into Order Desk.
Folder for New Orders
Select the folder where newly imported orders from Miva should be placed.

If you want Order Desk to sync your inventory availability back to Miva, enable the Sync Inventory setting. As inventory counts are updated here, Order Desk will pass those numbers back over to Miva.
Sync Tracking Numbers
Enable if you want Order Desk to send shipment details back to Miva as they are posted to orders in Order Desk.
If you need to manually download orders, set the date from which you want Order Desk to start looking and click to import.
