Wish Integration

Order Desk can connect to your Wish account and automatically download orders.

Setup

To begin, click on Manage Integrations from the left sidebar in Order Desk. Under the Shopping Carts tab, find and click to enable Wish. 

Alternatively, search for Wish from the available integration search.

Use the Connect to Wish button to open up Wish in a new browser, and give permissions to connect with Order Desk. Once connected, you can set your integration preferences.

Settings

Check for New Orders

Select how often you want Order Desk to look for and download new orders from Wish.

Order Type Download

Select which type of orders you'll want to import into Order Desk.

Order State Download

Select the order status of the orders to be downloaded into Order Desk.

Folders for New Orders

Select the folder where newly imported orders from Wish should be placed.

If Canceled, Move To

Choose the folder you want canceled Orders moved to.

Sync Tracking Numbers

If the Sync Tracking Numbers setting is enabled, Order Desk will send the shipment information back to Wish automatically and update the orders there.

Sync Inventory

If you want Order Desk to sync your inventory availability back to Wish, enable the Sync Inventory setting.

Default Warehouse

Select the warehouse where inventory should be synced to if Sync Inventory is enabled.

Inventory Location Filter

If you only want to download specific orders, you can use the Inventory Location Filter field to specify which ones you want. Enter multiple locations separated by a comma.

The inventory location name must match exactly as it is on your inventory items in Order Desk. When importing new orders from Wish, Order Desk will look at the SKUs on the items and compare to the SKUs in your inventory here. Any orders with items for a location that  isn't listed in this field will not be imported.

For this to work, your inventory must be added to Order Desk. The inventory Location should be set on each item. For details, please see How to Add Inventory and How to Store Extra Item Details.

Order Prefix

If you need to, you can add a prefix of your choice that will be added to all orders imported from Wish.

Default Shipping Country

Required. Set the country code for the shipment's country of origin.

Manual Imports

You can manually import your orders or inventory items from Wish at any time. You'll see the option to do so on the right side of the Wish Integration settings page.

Manually Import Orders

If you want to import orders manually instead of automatically you can do so by selecting the earliest date you'll want to import the orders from, then click on the Import Orders button.

Manually Import Inventory Items

If you need to import your inventory items from Wish, click the Import Inventory Items Now button.
