Nexternal Integration
Order Desk can connect to your TrueCommerce Nexternal account and automatically download orders, then send shipment details back as orders are fulfilled.
Setup
In Order Desk, click on Manage Integrations under the Integrations menu in the left sidebar. Under the Shopping Carts tab, find and enable Nexternal. Alternatively, search for Nexternal in the search bar.
Once enabled, you will need to go into your Nexternal account to get your XML Key. The XML Key will be available upon successful completion of the test at Settings/XML Tools in the OMS.
Integration Settings
Once connected, you can set your integration preferences.
Check for New Orders
Select how often you want Order Desk to look for and download new orders from Nexternal.
Fulfillment Status
Select the fulfillment status of orders to be downloaded from Nexternal.
Financial Status
Select the financial status of orders to be downloaded from Nexternal
Folder for New Orders
Select the folder where newly imported orders from Nexternal should be placed.

Order ID Format
Select the format of your incoming order IDs.
Sync Tracking Numbers
Enable if you want Order Desk to send shipment details back to Nexternal as they are posted to orders in Order Desk.
Sync Inventory
Enable this to send Order Desk inventory counts to Nexternal.
First Import Date
Set this to be the first import date for your orders. Orders before this date will not be imported.
Order Prefix
If you need to, you can add a prefix of your choice that will be added to all orders downloaded from Nexternal.
Manual Imports
If you need to manually download orders, set the date from which you want Order Desk to start looking and click Import Orders.
