Connect Order Desk to Klaviyo to send your customer information into their system. Order details that will be sent are Company Name, Timezone, Location, Order ID and Total Cost (called Placed Order Value).
Please note that in compliance with Amazon’s PII policy, Amazon order information will not be sent to Klaviyo.
To enable the integration, click on Manage Integrations in the left sidebar. Under the CRM tab, find and enable the Klaviyo integration.
Alternatively, search for Klaviyo from the available integration search.
Enter your Klaviyo API Keys and click to connect.
Please note that Order Desk isn’t able to help find or reset your credentials, as they can only be provided by Klaviyo.
Automatically Send Imported Orders To Klaviyo
If you want to send all orders to Klaviyo, select this option.
If you would prefer to only send certain orders to Klaviyo, keep this option disabled. Instead, use the Rule Builder to tell Order Desk which orders to send.
