Overview

Order Desk can connect to Foundry Commerce and import your orders.

This guide explains how to setup the Foundry integration and covers the settings available.

Setup

To begin, click on Manage Integrations from the left sidebar in Order Desk. Under the Shopping Carts tab, find and click to enable Foundry.

Alternatively, search for Foundry Commerce from the available integrations search.

Once enabled, follow the steps on the page.

First, copy the webhook notification URL and enter it on the integration settings page in your Foundry account. This webhook is necessary for Foundry to send orders to Order Desk.

Second, add your Foundry Shared Key, then click to connect.

Settings

Once connected, set your preferences in the Foundry settings.

Receive Orders

Enable Receive Orders for your Foundry Commerce orders to import into Order Desk as they are placed.

Sync Tracking Numbers

If enabled, shipment details will be passed back to the original order in Foundry as they are added to Order Desk.

Folder for New Orders

Select the folder where newly imported orders from Foundry should be placed.

Webhook URL

This webhook, from Step 1 in the setup instructions, must be added to Foundry for orders to be sent into Order Desk.

Order Prefix

If you would like to set a prefix on all orders brought into Order Desk from Foundry, set that here.
