Order Desk can connect to your Pipedrive account and automatically download won deals as orders.
This guide explains how to set up and use the Pipedrive integration in Order Desk.
In Order Desk, click on Manage Integrations under the Integrations menu in the left sidebar. Under the Shopping Carts tab, find and enable Pipedrive.
Alternatively, search for Pipedrive from the available integrations search.
Once enabled, add your Pipedrive Access Token and click to connect.
Once connected, you can set your integration preferences.
Check for New Orders
Select how often you want Order Desk to look for and download new orders from Pipedrive.
Folder for New Orders
Select the folder where newly imported orders from Pipedrive should be placed.

Filter ID for Imports
Add your filter ID, if necessary, to tell Order Desk which orders to import.

Add your address field ID, if necessary. Please contact Order Desk support if you need help getting this information.
