Order Desk can connect to your Joor account and automatically download orders.
IN THIS GUIDE
In Order Desk, click on Manage Integrations under the Integrations menu in the left sidebar. Under the Shopping Carts tab, find and enable Joor.
Once enabled, enter the Access Token provided by Joor and click to connect.
Once connected, you can set your integration preferences.
Check for New Orders
Select how often you want Order Desk to look for and download new orders from Joor.
Folder for New Orders
Select the folder where newly imported orders from Bright Orders should be placed.
For more information, see the Working with Folders guide.
Add the warehouse that matches what Joor has set for your account. Confirm with Joor on the info to be added here.
Enable if you want Order Desk to send inventory counts to Joor as they are added to Order Desk.
If Sync Inventory is enabled, select if you want to update or overwrite the inventory from Order Desk to Joor.
Overwrite will drop the style from quantity if it isn't included in the update from Order Desk. Update will leave the previous quantity alone if the style isn't included in the update from Order Desk.
If Sync Inventory is enabled, Order Desk needs to know which item identifier to use when communicating with Joor about your inventory stock counts.
Select UPC to use the UPC as the item code/SKU field.
If you select Style Identifier, you will be given four new field options:
Use Twig in these fields to pull the appropriate data from each item.
If you need to manually download orders, add the date you want Order Desk to look from and click to import.
If Sync Inventory is enabled, you can skip the inventory push to your shopping carts from Order Desk with a special setting following these instructions to set skip_push|1 on your items.
If you only want to skip the inventory push to Joor but continue to push the quantities for an item to your other shopping carts, you can use the custom setting skip_joor|1 on your items instead.
