IN THIS GUIDE
Order Desk can import orders from your shopping cart(s), sync in your print details and then automatically send them on to PulseID (by Pulse Microsystems) to get the prints into your production workflow.
This guide explains how to set up and use the PulseID integration.
To connect to PulseID, click on the Manage Integrations link under the Integrations menu in the left sidebar, and under the Print on Demand tab find and enable Pulse.
Alternatively, search for PulseID from the available integrations search.
Enter your API key from PulseID and click to connect.
Once connected, you'll have some settings to adjust per your preferences.
After Import, Move To
Select the folder you want orders to be moved into after they are successfully sent to PulseID.
You can use one of the default folders already in your store or create your own. Read the Working with Folders guide for more information.
For more information on what these product settings within the PulseID integration are for, please refer to the Print on Demand Product Settings guide.
Sending Orders to PulseID
Initially, getting your orders ready to send to PulseID is going to take some time before everything is in place for it to happen automatically. For detailed instructions on how to use Order Desk with your print on demand orders, please take a few moments to read the Print on Demand Fulfillment guide.
