Red Stag Fulfillment Integration
IN THIS GUIDE
Order Desk can send orders directly to Red Stag Fulfillment then pull shipment details back into your orders here and send them to your shopping carts, if applicable.
This guide covers the setup, settings and special features with the Red Stag integration.
To enable the integration, click on the Manage Integrations link in the Integrations menu in the left sidebar. Under the Fulfillment tab, find and enable Red Stag Fulfillment.
Alternatively, search for Red Stag Fulfillment from the available integration search.
On the integration page, add your Red Stag Fulfillment username and password to connect.
Please note that Order Desk isn’t able to help find or reset your credentials, as they can only be provided by Red Stag Fulfillment.
Default Mail Class
Choose the default mail class you want to use for your orders. This shipping class will be used for any orders sent to Red Stag that aren't mapped to one of the mail classes they use.
To set up more than one shipping method, scroll down to the Shipping Class Match section for instructions.
After Import, Move To
Select the folder orders should be moved to after they are sent to Red Stag from Order Desk. Typically this is set to Prepared, but any custom folder can be used.
After Shipment, Move To
Select the folder orders should be moved to when Red Stag sends tracking details back to Order Desk. Typically this is set to Closed, but any custom folder can be used.
Give this Notification URL to your account rep at Red Stag Fulfillment so Order Desk can pull your shipment and tracking details back into your orders here and, if applicable, send them back to your shopping cart.
Enable this to flag your orders for insurance. Please talk to your contact at Red Stag Fulfillment for your options and for more information.
Enable Saturday Delivery
Enable this to flag your orders for Saturday delivery. Please talk to your contact at Red Stag Fulfillment for more information.
Automatically Send Imported Orders to Red Stag Fulfillment
If you plan to automatically submit every order to Red Stag for fulfillment, you can enable this setting. All orders will be sent as they come in to Order Desk.
If you have any other fulfillment services or will have any orders you don't want to send to Red Stag, keep this disabled. Use rules to submit orders to the appropriate vendor or fulfillment service instead.
If you would like Red Stag Fulfillment to send inventory reports to Order Desk, enable this setting. If enabled, your stock counts will be pulled into Order Desk on the interval selected in the next setting.
Sync Update Interval
If Sync Inventory is enabled, select the interval you would like Order Desk to pull in inventory updates from Red Stag.
Options are Every Day, Every 8 Hours, Every 6 Hours, Every 4 Hours, Every 2 Hours, Every Hour and Every 15 Minutes.
Inventory Location Name
By default, inventory updates will add Red Stag Fulfillment as the location name on each item updated. If you would like to override this to use a different name, add that here.
Product Code Match
Product Code Match
If the SKUs in your shopping cart don't match the SKUs Red Stag Fulfillment has for your products, you can match them to each other here. More information on how to set this up can be found in the product code match guide.
To create bundles, refer to the product code match bundles section of the guide.
Product Code Skip
To prevent certain SKUs from being sent to Red Stag Fulfillment, add them to the product code skip field. Any items included here will not be sent through with your orders. Add one SKU per line.
Inventory Location Match
If you only want to send certain items to Red Stag Fulfillment, you can set the inventory location name from the item in this field. Orders with items that don't have an exact match will not be submitted.
To avoid confusion about which items in which orders are being sent for fulfillment, it is generally better to split orders than to use this field. If you do choose to use this field, please be careful that your inventory location names match exactly.
Shipping Class Match
Use the shipping class match feature to match as many different shipping methods as you offer to the specific shipping classes that Red Stag Fulfillment uses to ensure your customers are getting the closest shipping option to what they selected at checkout.

If you need to send special instructions or messages with your orders to Red Stag Fulfillment, these fields can be set on a per order basis as either checkout data or metadata values.

|OrderNote||Use OrderNote as checkout/metadata value to send message with order.|
|SignatureRequired||Set value to adult, any or direct. If "adult" then the package(s) will be shipped with the Adult Signature Required option (21 years or older). If "any" then the package(s) will be shipped with the "Direct" signature required (recipient of any age). The value "default" may be used to defer to the default based on carrier service type. If not specified will default to "default" for HazMat orders or "none" for others.|
|OverBox||Set value to 1 to use, otherwise leave blank.|
|RequestedShipDate||Set value to requested ship date. Format must be YYYY-MM-DD.|
|DelayedShipDate||Set value to delayed ship date. Format must be YYYY-MM-DD.|
|HoldIndefinitely|| Set value to 1 to use, otherwise leave blank.
