Order Desk can connect to your RevCascade account and automatically download orders then send shipment details back as orders are fulfilled.
This guide explains how to set up and use the RevCascade integration in Order Desk.
In Order Desk, click on Manage Integrations under the Integrations menu in the left sidebar. Under the Shopping Carts tab, find and enable RevCascade.
Alternatively, search for RevCascade from the available integration search.
Once enabled, enter your RevCascade credentials and connect the integration.
Please note that Order Desk isn’t able to help find or reset your credentials, as they can only be provided by RevCascade.
Check For New Orders
Select how often you want Order Desk to look for and download new orders from RevCascade.
Download These Orders
Choose the status of the orders you want to be downloaded from RevCascade into Order Desk.
Enabled this setting to have Order Desk acknowledge orders automatically at RevCascade when they are imported into Order Desk.
Sync Tracking Numbers
Enable if you want Order Desk to send shipment details back to RevCascade as they are posted to orders in Order Desk.
If you want Order Desk to sync your inventory availability back to RevCascade, enable the Sync Inventory setting. As inventory counts are updated here, Order Desk will pass those numbers back over to RevCascade.
First Import Date
Set this to be the first import date for your orders. Orders before this date will not be imported. You can use a date like YYYY-MM-DD or a variable date like -2weeks.
