Yotpo Integration

Order Desk can integrate with Yotpo to allow merchants to send order information into Yotpo and from there through multiple sales channels.

Setup

To enable the integration, click on Manage Integrations in the left sidebar. Under the Productivity tab, find and enable the Yotpo integration.

Enter your API credentials then Connect to Yotpo.

Settings

Product Code Skip

To prevent certain SKUs from being sent to Yotpo, add them to the product code skip field. Any items included here will not be sent through with your orders. Add one SKU per line.

Currency Code

Enter the three-digit currency code you'll be using for your orders.

Include Prices When Sending Orders

Select to include item prices when sending order information.

Auto Submit Imported Orders to Yotpo

Select to automatically submit any orders imported into Order Desk to your Yotpo account.

Test Connection

Click  Get Purchase List to test the connection between Order Desk and Yotpo. This test will attempt to confirm that your order information is successfully passing into Yotpo.
