Order Desk can connect to Bread to import your orders. As orders are fulfilled, shipment notices can be sent back to Bread.
This guide explains how to set up and use the Bread integration in Order Desk.
In Order Desk, click on Manage Integrations under the Integrations menu in the left sidebar. Under the Gateways tab, find and enable Bread.
Once enabled, enter your API credentials from Bread and click to connect.
To find your Bread credentials, please contact your rep from Bread. Order Desk support is not able to help with finding or resetting your Bread credentials, as they are created and provided by Bread.
After the integration has been successfully connected, you can set up your preferences in the settings.
Select the environment the store is in, Production for live or Staging for test.
Sync Tracking Numbers
Enable to have shipment information sent back to Bread as tracking is added to orders in Order Desk.
