Overview

Order Desk can connect to VerticalResponse and send your customer data to VerticalResponse lists.

This guide explains how to set up and use the VerticalResponse integration.

Setup

To enable the integration, click on Manage Integrations in the left sidebar. Under the CRM tab, find and enable the VerticalResponse integration.

To connect VerticalResponse to Order Desk, VerticalResponse requires you to contact them and have Enterprise API support enabled for your account.

Once enabled, enter your VerticalResponse credentials in Order Desk and save to connect.

Settings

Add to List

If you want all new orders to be added to a VerticalResponse list as they are imported into Order Desk, choose the list from this dropdown.

If you would rather send specific customers to specific lists, leave this option set to None and use the Rule Builder to tell Order Desk which lists to send your orders to.

List Field Match

Use the List Field Match to send specific order data from Order Desk into fields in VerticalResponse.
