## December 2025

It’s hard to believe another year is wrapped up. Before things get too lost in the shuffle in the post-holiday season, we wanted to share one more batch of updates and fixes we’ve rolled out to keep things running. We appreciate you being with us this past year, and we’re already looking forward to everything we’ll be working on in 2026!

This month’s updates bring a new integration, a long list of improvements across the app, and a bunch of fixes that should make your use of the app better. There’s a lot here, so get comfortable and take your time going through everything.

### New Integrations

#### podOS

If you use podOS for your print on demand production work, you’ll be glad to know that Order Desk now integrates with them. We help get your cart orders ready with the production details podOS needs before sending them off. When your orders ship, the tracking will come back through Order Desk and update your cart automatically.

If you want to try it out or start moving more of your production workflow into Order Desk, you can [learn more about the integration here](https://help.orderdesk.com/article/939-podos-integration).

### Order Desk App Updates

* PDFs generated in Order Desk can now render emojis, although they’ll only appear in black and white.
* Every shipment added through an integration will now show the shipment source, helping you understand exactly where each update came from.
* Order Desk will now always add the `code_replace_chain` metadata when a code replacement happens, even if the replaced SKU isn’t saved in your inventory.
* Any change to an order item’s quantity, weight, or price will now be logged in the order history.
* Shipment import templates now let you specify which line items were shipped, which is helpful for stores with partial shipments.
* Fixed an issue where adding an order item through rules didn’t sync its details from inventory.

### Integration Features, Updates and Fixes

#### Sales Channels

* **Faire**
  * Order Desk now brings in orders that are “Processing” by default, not just “New” orders like before.
* **Wayfair Castlegate**
  * We fixed a problem where we were sending the wrong kind of request when accepting orders, which was causing errors.
* **Shopify**
  * You can now import an order but skip only the specific items that are on hold (instead of skipping the whole order).
  * We added support for downloading extra customer details (customer metafields) along with the order data.
  * In the **Order Content** tab, you can now filter item metadata, giving you control over which extra item details are imported with your Shopify orders.
  * Order Desk now adds up **all tax lines** on Shopify order items instead of just importing the first one. This fixes an issue where the item tax totals didn’t match Shopify’s value.
  * There’s a new rule event for when Shopify rejects shipment submission attempts. The event is called “Shipment Submission Denied (App-Managed Fulfillment).” You can use this to trigger automatic rule actions when a rejection happens.
  * When you use the **Set Order Metafield at Shopify** rule action, you can now find the right metafield using either its title (the common name) or its machine name (the technical name).
  * We fixed a problem where partial refunds on orders with multiple lines might refund the wrong amount.
* **Amazon Marketplace**
  * Inventory sync now uses feeds instead of the older Amazon Listings API.
* **Magento 2**
  * We added support for importing the order’s currency and saving it as order metadata during the import.
* **Walmart Marketplace**
  * We improved how we handle **UPS Mail Innovation** carrier codes, changing them to the format Walmart needs when we send shipment updates.
* **ShipStation Import**
  * ShipStation tag names are now imported along with their tag IDs.
* **Liftoff**
  * Shipment updates sent to Liftoff now include the ship date.
  * We fixed a bug that caused incorrect pricing on imported orders. We also added new item details for cost tracking: `liftoff_unit_base_cost` and `liftoff_total_unit_base_cost`.
* **Mirakl**
  * We added support for downloading Mirakl products into Order Desk.
  * Added support for importing commission details if they’re part of an order.
  * Added support for sending order acceptance notices back to Mirakl. You can also use rules to automatically accept orders.
* **Shift4Shop**
  * The integration now supports syncing stock for products that have advanced options. Before, only the main product supported inventory sync.

#### Fulfillment

* **Logiwa IO**
  * We added support for kit shipments, even when the items that shipped weren’t included in the shipment updates from Logiwa.
  * Inventory sync from Logiwa now includes item names and images, in addition to the SKU and stock level. These values always update with the newest data from Logiwa.
* **SanMar**
  * You can now send a “department” value with your orders to SanMar. You can set this as a default in the integration settings or change it for specific orders by adding a `department` field to the order details.
* **Extensiv 3PL Warehouse Manager**
  * Added support for shipments shipped with the carrier `ICS Kitpak Account`.
* **Avectous**
  * We added support for a new field on orders called `EDIWhse`. This is a general field for you to use as needed in Avectous.
* **PDR**
  * You can now choose how you connect to PDR. You’ll be able to pick between connecting via FTP or SFTP in the integration settings.
* **Cargowise**
  * We added support for uploading multiple order documents without them canceling each other out. Before, only the first document upload would go through.

#### Print On Demand

* **Mintsoft**
  * Order Desk can now handle Mintsoft shipments that don’t have tracking numbers. When Mintsoft sends a shipment without tracking, the tracking field in Order Desk will say “untracked” instead of just being ignored.
  * We added a duplicate order handler that checks for an existing order IDs in Mintsoft. If found, duplicate order errors caused by connection timeouts will now be treated as successful submissions.
* **Rupt**
  * We added support for sending specific tag IDs through a new field called `rupt_tag_ids`. You can send multiple IDs separated by commas.
* **FinerWorks**
  * If FinerWorks sends a payment failure message after an order submission, Order Desk will now save that message in the `finerworks_message` metadata field.
* **Fulfill Engine**
  * Print type values on order items are no longer sensitive to capitalization.
* **RV Print Factory**
  * Validation failures from RV Print Factory are now handled separately from cancellations. These errors will no longer move orders to a Canceled folder, and you can now resubmit the affected orders.

#### Shipping

* **EasyPost**
  * Updated the customs weight fallback to use 1oz instead of 8oz when item weight is too small. This helps prevent parcel weight errors during label creation.

#### Productivity

* **QuickBooks Online**
  * Some invoices coming from Quickbooks were missing a status, which caused us to skip them during import. We’ve added extra checks to make sure we import them.
* **Unleashed**
  * Inventory sync now pulls data from the more accurate single warehouse stock endpoint, ensuring the correct stock levels.
  * You can now choose a **Default Warehouse** where all your orders will be sent. You can also change this for individual orders.
* **Dropbox**
  * Uploading a file to an order item field through the Dropbox integration will now trigger the “order item changed” event. This makes sure you can use rules to take action *after* the file(s) are uploaded.
* **Zakeke**
  * We fixed an issue where uploaded images with the same name could overwrite each other on our servers. Filenames now include the item ID to make sure every image link is unique.

That’s it for the last update of 2025!

I hope you had a fantastic holiday season and a happy New Year. If you have any questions or need help with any of these updates, feel free to reach out to us.

See ya!

## November 2025

Three new integrations, improved sync options for several integrations, and a complete revamp of our Shopify integration page. This month’s updates are all about polishing things up and giving you more control.

### New Integrations

#### Target Plus

Here’s one we’ve been working on behind the scenes for a while. For sellers who have access to Target Plus, Target’s invite-only marketplace that lets approved third-party sellers list their products alongside Target’s own, you can now connect your Target Plus account to Order Desk to bring those orders straight in and manage them just like any others.

The integration funnels your Target Plus orders directly into Order Desk, where you can run them through your usual workflows and send them out for fulfillment. Once shipped, the original order in Target Plus will automatically update with the tracking details.

This integration is currently in beta, and we’re looking for a few Target Plus sellers to help test it while we refine things based on feedback. If that’s you, we’d love to hear from you. Learn more about [how to integrate Target with Order Desk here](https://www.orderdesk.com/integrations/target-plus/).

#### Starshipit

Good news for Starshipit users! You can now connect your account to Order Desk and manage all your shipping from one central place. Once connected, you can send orders to Starshipit, compare rates directly from Order Desk, generate labels, and have tracking updates sent back to your carts.

This integration brings Starshipit’s multi-carrier shipping tools right into your order management process. [Learn more about the integration here](https://www.orderdesk.com/integrations/starshipit/).

#### Warehance

[Warehance joins the Order Desk integrations lineup](https://www.orderdesk.com/integrations/warehance/) as a fulfillment integration for growing businesses that rely on automated order flow between their store and warehouse. If you use Warehance for your fulfillment, you can now connect it directly to Order Desk to automatically send orders to your warehouse and sync back shipment and inventory updates. You can also customize your workflow even further with rules.

### Order Desk App Updates

* Order Desk can now automatically generate tracking URLs for shipments through **`Evri`**, making it easier for your customers to track their packages.
* If you’ve disabled the **Send to FTP** option in your export template, Order Desk will now retain your FTP settings. This means toggling FTP exports off won’t reset your credentials. You can switch it back on anytime and continue using the same details.
* When searching orders by email through the API, Order Desk now uses exact matches instead of partial matches. This change helps prevent timeouts on larger stores where wildcard searches could cause slow performance.
* Fixed a UI issue where certain filters disappeared when editing rules.

### Integration Features, Updates and Fixes

#### Sales Channels

* **Amazon Marketplace**
  * Easy Ship is now generally available. You can enable this directly from your Amazon integration settings by checking the [Support Amazon Easy Ship](https://help.orderdesk.com/article/50-amazon-marketplace-integration#Amazon-Easy-Ship-J6IL8) option.
  * Support for **Fulfillment Latency** on item sync is back. This feature was previously removed but is now fully available again, allowing you to define how quickly an item can ship when syncing inventory to Amazon.
* **eBay**
  * You can now download product images from eBay orders. To use this, enable the **Download Image Links** setting in your eBay integration.
* **Faire**
  * Added an **Order Import Delay** setting to Faire. This lets you set a specific delay before importing new orders into Order Desk, giving you time to make changes or adjustments after an order is placed.
* **Shopify**
  * The Shopify integration settings page has been revamped for a cleaner experience, with related settings now grouped under the same tabs.
  * You can now add order tags to Shopify orders directly through a rule action. This works for both incoming Shopify orders and those being sent back to Shopify.
  * Fixed a bug where payment status could reset incorrectly when checking payment data, which sometimes caused orders with pending payments to be skipped.
  * Fixed an issue that occasionally led to negative totals when importing orders with line item discounts.
  * Added additional risk analysis metadata to orders. If you enable **Download Order Risk Info**, Order Desk will now import more details, including CVV match, billing address match, billing ZIP match, and number of payment cards used.
  * Added a **Data Filtering** option to the settings page, allowing you to selectively filter which item data is imported from Shopify.
  * Added order history tracking for failed shipment submissions, so you can check the status of your shipments directly from the order page.
* **Walmart**
  * Added a new option to choose the **First Import Date** for Walmart orders. This lets you control the date from which we start importing orders.
* **Wix**
  * Order Desk now supports the **Catalog V3 API** for product downloads, inventory sync, and product detail lookups, making the integration fully compatible with Wix’s latest API.
* **BigCommerce**
  * Added an **Order Import Delay** feature that lets you delay incoming orders by a set amount of time before they’re imported into Order Desk.
* **WooCommerce**
  * Order Desk can now send shipment updates to WooCommerce through the Advanced Shipment Tracking Pro extension, if you have it enabled on your store.
* **Mirakl**
  * Added an **Inventory Location Filter**, giving you better control over which Mirakl orders sync with Order Desk.
  * Improved inventory sync to correctly match items between Order Desk and Mirakl, ensuring stock updates apply to the right listings.
* **TikTok Shop**
  * Added logic to skip syncing stock counts for items that don’t exist in TikTok Shop. Code replaced items and bundles will still sync normally.
  * Order Desk now imports **seller notes** along with TikTok orders, if they’re present.

#### Fulfillment

* **Walmart Fulfillment Services**
  * Address lines are now formatted to meet Walmart’s validation requirements.
* **ShipStation**
  * Added a fallback for discount names when sending discounts to ShipStation. If the discount title on an order is blank, it will now default to “Discount.”
* **Logiwa IO**
  * Order cancellation requests from Order Desk will now *cancel* orders in Logiwa instead of deleting them. Previously, canceled orders were removed entirely from Logiwa, but they’ll now remain visible with a canceled status.
  * Updated stock handling for “kit to stock” items. Stock levels are now pulled from a more accurate field in Logiwa’s API.

#### Print On Demand

* **Rupt**
  * You can now customize the `RequestedShipDate` and `InHandsDate` values for each order individually. Just set these fields as Order Metadata or Checkout Data, and they’ll be passed to Rupt automatically.
* **PrintBindShip Fulfillment**
  * Added several new shipping classes to give you more flexibility in your shipping options.
* **BurgerPrints**
  * Adjusted error handling on order exports to catch timeout errors properly. Previously, timeouts could be treated as successful submissions, but now they’ll be flagged correctly.
* **Monster Digital**
  * The `print_type` check is now case-insensitive, so Order Desk will correctly recognize print types regardless of how they’re written.
  * Added new shipping classes: `FedEx International Economy (DDP)` and `FedEx International Connect Plus`.
* **White Label MFG**
  * Added `USPS Ground Advantage` to the list of supported shipping classes.
* **Printify**
  * Improved timeout handling during order submissions. If a duplicate order error occurs after a timeout, Order Desk will detect the existing Printify order ID and return the correct duplicate error message instead of retrying indefinitely.
* **Digital On Demand**
  * Updated the staging endpoint to the latest version.
* **Sensaria**
  * Added a new Item-Level `ShipMethod` field, allowing you to control shipping details per item.
* **MWW On Demand**
  * You can now send **wholesale orders** through the MWW integration.
* **Flurry**
  * Added improved handling for timeout errors that occasionally occur after an order has been successfully submitted to Flurry.

#### Shipping

* **Shippo**
  * Shippo exports now limit item weights to two decimal places to match their format requirements.

#### Productivity

* **Unleashed**
  * Added a **Warehouse Filter** setting that lets you choose which warehouses Order Desk should pull stock levels from. Stock from unselected warehouses will be ignored.

### Outro

Okay! That’s a lot of updates. Have some fun taking it all in, and let us know if you have any questions or feedback. See ya next month!

## October 2025

From better shipping control to more flexible fulfillment options, we’ve rolled out a bunch of helpful updates this month (plus a new integration you might want to check out). Here’s everything that’s new in Order Desk.

### New Integrations

#### Shippo

Shippo is now part of the flexible lineup of shipping and fulfillment integrations available in Order Desk. With Shippo, you can compare rates across carriers, print shipping labels, and automatically send tracking info back to your customers. You can also send orders directly to Shippo for fulfillment and receive tracking updates just like with any other fulfillment integration. On top of that, the integration supports address validation and works with rules if you want to automate things even further. [Learn more about the integration here](https://www.orderdesk.com/integrations/shippo/).

### Order Desk App Updates

* We’re introduced **rate limits to the Order Desk API**. This update is part of our work to improve stability and performance for everyone using Order Desk. The new limits are generous and shouldn’t affect most users, but they’ll help smooth out the occasional traffic spikes that can slow things down for others. More details about the limits are available in our [API documentation](https://apidocs.orderdesk.com/?php#rate-limits).
* Added a new **Shipping Method Match** setting for middleware integrations like DSCO Supplier and CommerceHub. This lets you map the shipping carrier and method values from your Order Desk shipments to the specific format your retail vendors require. Learn more about how this works in our [Shipping Method Match guide](https://help.orderdesk.com/article/934-shipping-method-match).
* Order Desk will now skip FTP imports for files larger than **8MB**. This mirrors the [existing size limit](https://help.orderdesk.com/article/35-import-spreadsheet#import) for manual uploads and helps prevent errors during automated imports. If a file exceeds the limit, we’ll skip the import and continue with smaller files as expected.
* Tracking URLs for UniUni shipments have been updated. Previously, we used a generic landing page, but we’ve now switched to their official direct tracking format. This means customers will see tracking links that go straight to the tracking info for their package.

### Integration Features, Updates and Fixes

#### Sales Channels

* **DSCO Supplier**
  * Fixed a bug that was causing completed DSCO orders to be re-imported into Order Desk.
  * Inventory sync now supports **EAN** and **UPC** fields. If you have items that require a **UPC** or **EAN** for stock sync to be successful, you can now add a metadata field named `upc` or `ean` to those items in your Order Desk inventory.
* **ApparelMagic**
  * Added more options to help you decide which orders to import. You can now choose to import orders based on quantity picked, quantity open, pick tickets, and invoices.
* **Bandcamp**
  * A **Country Filter** setting has been added. This lets you choose which countries to import orders from, giving you more control over what flows into Order Desk.
* **Shopify**
  * We’ve improved the error handling when trying to create or update fulfillments. If a fulfillment can’t be added due to an invalid status on Shopify’s end, Order Desk will now return a more specific error message instead of the generic “Shipment Already Added” message.
* **Temu**
  * Temu sometimes provides private links to customer-uploaded images for custom products, which can’t be accessed by external print partners. To fix this, we’ve added a **Custom Image Storage** setting that copies those private images to a public Dropbox folder before sending them out. To use this, you’ll need to have the Dropbox integration enabled in your store.
* **Rithum**
  * When submitting shipments, Order Desk will now automatically fulfill the entire order if no matching line items are found in the shipment contents. This helps prevent fulfillment errors in edge cases where the shipment data doesn’t align with the original item breakdown.
  * We’ve also added a new integration setting that lets you toggle whether item descriptions are included when syncing inventory. If your setup doesn’t require sending item names, you can turn that off.
  * Improved how we fetch shipping methods when they’re set at the item level rather than the order level.
  * Added support for QVC UK as a vendor.
* **Amazon Marketplace**
  * Fixed a bug that caused shipment submission errors when `AMAZON_SHIPMENT_OVERWRITE` feature tag to submit shipments for already shipped orders.
* **BigCommerce**
  * Fixed a bug where Order Desk was sometimes sending more items as shipped than were originally in the order.
* **TikTok Shop**
  * When downloading shipping labels, we’ll now ignore packages that have already been canceled. This helps avoid retrying failed shipments that are no longer valid.
  * We’ve added **fallback identifiers** for TikTok Shop France orders to account for differences in how customer names and shipping details are structured in the API. This fixes a bug that was preventing some FR orders from being imported due to missing required fields.
* **Wayfair**
  * We’ve added a regular check for canceled orders in Wayfair. This makes sure you can take further actions to prevent processing of orders that are no longer active.
* **Liftoff**
  * You can now choose to **download untracked products** from Liftoff. This allows you to import products that don’t have inventory tracking enabled on the cart.
* **BlastRamp HQ**
  * Order Desk now includes **shipment costs as freight** when submitting orders to BlastRamp. This ensures shipping costs from your WMS flow through to BlastRamp accurately. If multiple shipments are present, the total cost will be calculated and submitted as freight.
* **Brightpearl**
  * You can now choose your preferred order number format for orders. Options available are the **Goods Out Note ID** or the Brightpearl **Sequence Number**.

#### Fulfillment

* **Logiwa IO**
  * Added an option to listen for Logiwa status updates and cancelations. When Logiwa updates the status of an order, that information passes back into Order Desk. You can also use rules to take actions based on these updates.
* **CargoWise**
  * Added an option to attach documents to CargoWise orders with rules. You’ll now see **Attach Document to CargoWise Order** as an available action in the Rule Builder.
* **Deposco**
  * We’ve added a new shipping class called **Passport Global Express DDP** to support orders using Passport Global’s new express service.
* **Hive Technologies**
  * Added support for tracking order cancelations in Hive. When an order is canceled there, Order Desk will automatically apply the appropriate post-cancelation actions, like moving the order to the correct folder, if your store is set up for it.
* **Mintsoft**
  * You can now **skip unlisted items** during inventory syncs from Mintsoft. By default, all items are synced, even if they don’t already exist in Order Desk. With this setting enabled, only items that already exist in your store will have their inventory updated.

#### Print On Demand

* **CustomCat**
  * If your orders include a shipping label, you can now send the **tracking number** associated with the label to CustomCat. This can be done by adding a `TrackingNumber` field as Checkout Data or Order Metadata.
* **White Label MFG**
  * Added support for syncing inventory counts from White Label MFG into Order Desk. You’ll get options to choose the sync interval or to manually sync all inventory items from White Label MFG into your store instantly.
* **4over**
  * Added support for bypassing address validation during order submission. Set the `bypass_address_validation` field as order metadata or checkout data (with a value of 1). This will help in situations where valid addresses are incorrectly flagged by 4over’s system.
* **Alexanders Print Advantage**
  * Added handling for duplicate submission errors. If we receive a response from Alexanders saying an order has already been submitted, we’re properly treat that and update the order fulfillment details.
* **MWW On Demand**
  * Added support for the `customer_product_code` field in MWW exports. By default, this pulls from the item SKU in Order Desk. If needed, you can also override the behavior by setting the metadata on your order items.
* **BDLinx**
  * You can now send an **external ID** for each item in your BDLinx orders by setting the `ExternalD` field as a variation or item metadata field.
* **Print Geek Original**
  * Order Desk now includes your cart SKUs when sending order information to Print Geek.

#### Productivity

* **Aftership**
  * Updated the integration to use the latest API version.

That’s a wrap for this round of updates! If you have questions about anything mentioned here or spot something new you’re curious about in the app, feel free to reach out to our support team. Always happy to help!

## September 2025

This month, we’ve got a new integration on the block, plus a round of updates to existing integrations and the Order Desk app itself. It’s been all about small fixes, time-saving improvements, and adding a couple of helpful features behind the scenes.

Let’s dive in to learn more…

### New Integrations

#### Cin7

If Cin7 is your go-to for inventory and order management, you can now connect it directly to Order Desk. Orders will be automatically submitted to Cin7, with inventory and shipment updates synced back into Order Desk to keep your carts up to date. Whether you’re managing multiple warehouses or just looking to automate your workflow, this integration helps bridge the gap between operations and fulfillment. [Learn more about the Cin7 integration here](https://www.orderdesk.com/integrations/cin7/).

### Order Desk App Updates

* A new **Exact Match Replace** filter has been added to export templates. Unlike the existing *Search & Replace* filter that works with partial matches, this one only replaces values that match exactly. You can learn more about this here.
* Orders that are updated via the API will now show an **Order Updated** entry in the order history, with **API** listed as the source. This helps improve tracking of changes made to an order.
* Export templates that include Twig code will now have the **ORDER-LOOKUP** parameter applied automatically behind the scenes. No need to manually apply the parameter anymore.
* Order Desk now automatically generates a tracking url for `UniUni` and `MACHOOL` shipments. This link is included with your tracking info and makes it easier for customers to follow their orders.

### Integration Features, Updates and Fixes

#### Sales Channels

* **TikTok Shop**
  * Added a new **Shipping Label Downloaded** rule event. You can now use this to run specific workflows whenever a shipping label is successfully pulled into Order Desk.
  * We’ve added some handling for temporary errors from TikTok. When we come across these errors, we’ll retry things in the background so you don’t have to step in manually.
* **eBay**
  * A **Country Filter** setting has been added. This lets you limit imported orders to specific countries, giving you more control over which eBay orders flow into Order Desk.
* **Amazon Marketplace**
  * We can now receive new orders instantly via webhook. This allows Order Desk to pull in Amazon orders as soon as they’re placed, without waiting for scheduled bulk downloads.
* **Amazon Retail Procurement**
  * Added **XYY1** to the list of recognized Canadian addresses.
* **Shopify**
  * A new **force update** option has been added when downloading products. This ensures the latest product identifiers (for example, variant ID) are saved to your item metadata, even if there are no stock changes. This is especially useful if these identifiers were changed in Shopify and you want to bring the new updates in.
  * Inventory sync will now match SKUs in a case-insensitive way. This is helpful in cases where SKU letter-casing varies between Order Desk and Shopify.
* **Square**
  * Added support for an Inventory Location Filter. This helps you control which orders we should import from Square.
  * Fixed a bug with how shipment payloads were submitted. The payload has been updated to match Square’s current requirements.
  * Added a new rule action to **set order status** in Square after orders are imported.
* **DSCO Supplier**
  * Increased the character limit for the **Warehouse Code** integration setting to 100 characters. This is useful for stores with longer warehouse codes.
* **Big Cartel**
  * Product downloads now force an update even if stock hasn’t changed. This ensures you always get the latest product data, which includes pricing, metadata, and variations when importing products from Big Cartel.
* **Bandcamp**
  * The name of the band connected to Order Desk will now be visible on the integration settings page.
* **Liftoff**
  * Added a new integration setting to control which **shipping method field** to retrieve. You can choose whether to use the `Display Name` or `code`, depending on the version that best fits your fulfillment setup.
* **Nexternal**
  * When importing orders, we now fetch **customer account number** data if it’s available. This can be useful for customers who want extra tracking or account-level workflows.
* **Blastramp HQ**
  * When syncing inventory, if a `blastramp_inv_id` isn’t set as metadata, we’ll now fallback to using the **item code** instead. This ensures that stock sync continues working even if inventory IDs are missing.
  * Order Desk will now import order notes and warehouse shipping instructions from Blastramp when downloading orders.
* **ApparelMagic**
  * We’ll now prioritize the **description field** as the item name when available, instead of pulling it from one of the item attributes. This helps make sure that your item names in Order Desk are more accurate and descriptive.

#### Fulfillment

* **Logiwa**
  * You can now fetch **serial numbers** for items during shipment updates. These are saved as item metadata and can be referenced later.
  * We’ve added handling for duplicate order codes when checking for shipments. This helps avoid unnecessary errors when syncing with Logiwa.
* **CargoWise**
  * New shipping class support for **StarTrack**: `StarTrack Express (EXP)`, `StarTrack Premium (PRE)`, `StarTrack Fixed Price Premium (FPP)`, and `StarTrack Same Day 2U2Day (SAM)` .
* **Active Ants**
  * Added support for a new carrier method called **`INPOST`**.
* **Deposco**
  * Carrier code `STAMPS` is now automatically converted to `USPS` if the shipping method is USPS. This fixes issues where some carts didn’t recognize the STAMPS code coming from Deposco.
* **PDR**
  * Added support for a new shipping method called `CIRRO`.
* **Stuller**
  * You can now send packing slips and shipping labels with your orders by setting `PackingSlip` and `ShippingLabel` fields as order metadata or checkout data.
* **Shipwire**
  * The integration has been updated to use their latest connection method: **access key authentication**.
* **ShipBob**
  * You can now pass the `SalesChannel` and `OriginalPlatform` fields with your orders via checkout data or metadata.
* **ShipHero Fulfillment**
  * You can now override the order number sent to ShipHero using the `OrderNumber` field as either order metadata or checkout data.

#### Print On Demand

* **White Label MFG**
  * We’ve added support for a new item metadata field called `custom_product`. This lets White Label differentiate between standard and custom products on their end. The value is passed along with order items automatically.
* **T Shirt & Sons**
  * You can now **cancel orders** directly from the Order Details page or by using a rule action.
* **BurgerPrints**
  * Added support for sending a shipping label along with your orders. If a `ShippingLabel` field is set on the order as checkout data or order metadata, it’ll now be passed to BurgerPrints.
* **BDLinx**
  * We now track **print piece completion** at the item level. When BDLinx sends a webhook for printed items, Order Desk will save the item’s current status under a `bdlinx_status` metadata field, and a `bdlinx_print_piece_complete` field will also be added.
  * For visibility, these updates will also show in the **Order History**, and the printed count will now increment correctly across all matching line items.
* **Print Geek Original**
  * We’ve updated how print location is handled for single-asset orders. Instead of using the fallback value “trimmed,” Order Desk now reflects the actual print side (like “back”) in the asset description, following Print Geek’s updated expectations.
* **Turbine**
  * This integration now lets you set a **default mail class**, which will be used as the shipping method for orders unless overridden. You can also use the **Shipping Class Match** setting to map your shipping methods to ones recognized by Turbine.
* **Dream Junction**
  * Added support for a **default mail class** for Dream Junction as well. You can use the **Shipping Class Match** setting to map your shipping methods to the ones recognized by Dream Junction.
* **Dimona**
  * Order Desk now writes entries to **Order History** when an order status update is received from Dimona. This gives you better visibility into what’s happening after your orders are sent there.
* **Jondo Global**
  * If a tracking URL is missing from shipment data, Order Desk will now automatically generate one using the tracking number format. For example, ESIG-tracked shipments will link to eShipper’s tracking page.
* **Lulu Xpress**
  * Added support for sending **recipient tax ID** for orders going to Brazil, Chile, and Mexico. The value can be passed using the `recipient_tax_id` field on your order.
* **Monster Digital**
  * You can now include up to **three hangtags and stickers** per item by `hangtag_binid_x` and `sticker_preview_x` fields.
  * Added support for a new print location: **“RBL – Right Back Leg (shorts)”.**

That wraps it up for this month! We’ll be back soon with more updates to help you do more with Order Desk. Until then, have fun!

## August 2025

We’ve been busy behind the scenes cooking up another batch of powerful updates to make your experience better. This month is all about **connections.** We’ve rolled out a bunch of brand new integrations to link you with your favorite partners.

We’ve also made some quality improvements to existing features behind the scenes.

Let’s dive into all that’s new!

### New Integrations

#### Rupt

If you partner with Rupt for sustainable, on-demand production, you can now connect them directly to Order Desk. This new print on demand integration lets you automatically submit print on demand orders to Rupt for fulfillment and pulls tracking information back into Order Desk, keeping your customers in the loop. Learn more about this integration [here](https://www.orderdesk.com/integrations/rupt/).

#### Fourthwall

For creators selling merch and digital products on Fourthwall, managing orders just got a step lot easier. [Our new integration](https://www.orderdesk.com/integrations/fourthwall/) automatically brings your Fourthwall orders into Order Desk, so you can route them for fulfillment without the manual work. Whether you’re selling hoodies or exclusive content, this connection works behind the scenes to keep things running, giving you more time to focus on your community.

#### Mirakl

Are you selling on a marketplace powered by Mirakl? You can now connect your sales channel directly to Order Desk, bringing your orders under one roof. Orders are automatically imported, and once they’re fulfilled, shipment and tracking details are sent right back to the marketplace. This creates a two-way sync that’s helpful for teams managing multiple channels. Read more about Mirakl [here](https://www.orderdesk.com/integrations/mirakl/).

#### GelatoConnect

Tap into a global network of print on demand providers with our new [GelatoConnect](https://www.orderdesk.com/integrations/gelatoconnect/) integration. This connection links Order Desk to Gelato’s extensive network of local production partners, letting you automate your fulfillment process from start to finish. Orders are submitted directly to GelatoConnect, and tracking updates are synced back automatically, helping you get products and order updates to your customers faster.

#### WICS

If your business runs on WICS for warehousing and logistics, this integration creates a direct link between your warehouse and your Order Desk account. You can automatically send orders to WICS for fulfillment and sync inventory levels back to Order Desk, ensuring your connected storefronts always have accurate stock counts. It’s a powerful solution for high-volume sellers looking to streamline their operations. For more information, see our [WICS](https://www.orderdesk.com/integrations/wics/) page.

#### Unleashed

Built for product-focused businesses, our [Unleashed integration](https://www.orderdesk.com/integrations/unleashed/) bridges the gap between your sales and operations. If Unleashed is the backbone of your inventory management, you can now connect it directly to Order Desk to automatically send orders and sync stock levels and shipment details back. This connection ensures your inventory and order data are better aligned across platforms.

#### Mpix (Miller’s Professional Imaging)

If you use Mpix for professional photo printing, you can now [connect it directly to Order Desk](https://www.orderdesk.com/integrations/mpix/) to simplify your fulfillment process. Your print orders flow directly to Mpix, and once they ship, tracking updates come right back to you. Whether you’re selling photo prints, albums, or wall art, this setup helps you save time on manual steps. You can focus more on your work and less on routing logistics.

#### Print Bind Ship Fulfillment

If you partner with [Print Bind Ship Fulfillment](https://help.orderdesk.com/article/930-print-bind-ship-integration) for your custom print, bind, and ship needs, you can now connect them directly to Order Desk. This new integration lets you automatically submit your orders to Print Bind Ship Fulfillment for production and delivery, and pulls tracking information back into Order Desk so we can update your carts to keep customers in the loop.

#### Temu Global (Expanded)

Our Temu integration is going global! We’ve expanded our support beyond the US to include storefronts in **Mexico**, **South Korea**, **Canada**, **Australia**, and **Japan**. Just like the [original integration](https://www.orderdesk.com/integrations/temu/), you can automatically import orders from these new regions and manage them with your existing fulfillment workflows in Order Desk.

And lastly, 3PL Central has been rebranded to…

#### Extensiv 3PL Warehouse Manager

This was done to align with the new Extensiv branding. The features still remain the same: orders, inventory, and shipments are still managed the same way, just with a new name all through the Order Desk app interface and [docs](https://help.orderdesk.com/article/8-extensiv-3pl-warehouse-manager-integration).

### Order Desk App Updates

* When adding partial shipments to a copied order, the original order will now include information about which specific items were shipped. This helps prevent situations where the original order gets marked as fully shipped when only a partial shipment was intended.
* We’ve made it easier to keep track of **code\_replace** items. Order items that went through a replacement will now include metadata showing the full replacement chain. That way, you can track which items were originally replaced from your orders.
* We now **always** save `current_stock` metadata on order items, even when the stock is zero. This value is pulled from the stock of the SKU in your Order Desk inventory. The change gives you more flexibility if you’re writing rules or workflows that need to detect out-of-stock items.
* If an email fails to send from Order Desk, you’ll now see an entry in the **Order History** with a notice about it. This helps with troubleshooting and makes it easier to spot when something didn’t go through.
* A new field called **Shipped Items Summary** has been added to shipment export templates. Instead of just exporting general shipment data, this shows a summary of the SKUs and quantities in each shipment (for example: SKU123 (1), SKU456 (2)), making it easier to track your fulfillment contents.

### Integration Features, Updates and Fixes

#### Sales Channels

* **Amazon Marketplace**
  * You can now manually schedule pickups for Amazon Easy Ship orders. Feel free to reach out to our support team if you’d like to test it out!
* **Shopify**
  * You can now filter which orders are imported based on their **fulfillment location** in Shopify. This is available as a new integration setting and makes it easier to bring in only the orders that are assigned to specific warehouses.
  * Incoming shipments from Shopify that share the same tracking number will now be merged together into a single shipment. This solves an issue where some partial shipments with the same tracking numbers were being ignored in Order Desk.
  * We’ve also added a small delay to give Shopify time to send all shipment updates before we process them on our end.
* **DSCO Supplier**
  * Added support for a **First Import Date** setting. This allows you to choose the earliest data from which we should start downloading orders.
* **Etsy**
  * Added support for an **Order Import Delay** feature. This can be useful if your customers often make edits after checkout and you’d like to hold off on processing the orders until the edits are done.
* **TikTok Shop**
  * The integration now supports pulling in up to **100 orders** per import. This allows for faster order downloads, especially for stores with huge order volumes.
* **Temu**
  * Order imports now pull in detailed financial data. This includes item prices, tax totals, shipping, and discounts.
  * Inventory sync now supports `code_replace` and `code_replace` bundles. This is handy if you want to swap one product SKU for another or turn one product into multiple products if you have bundles (while still having inventory sync intact). You can learn more about [this here](https://help.orderdesk.com/article/193-how-to-use-code-replace).
  * You can now [Download Additional Item Metadata](https://help.orderdesk.com/article/903-temu-integration#Download-Additional-Item-Metadata-sdmzx) from Temu orders. This includes design-related fields like base images, text, font size, dimensions, and placement. If enabled, this setting captures the full structure of Temu’s item customization data to help you manage more complex product details.
* **Amazon Direct Fulfillment**
  * We’ve updated the integration to support gift notes at the item level.
* **Liftoff**
  * We’ve added support for importing **line-item files** from Liftoff. This is especially helpful for stores using custom artwork in their print on demand products, as it brings in the files directly from Liftoff with each order.
* **InkSoft**
  * We’ll now try to fetch **GTINs** during order import. If available, the GTIN will be added to the item automatically.
* **Magento 2**
  * Added a **First Import Date** setting that lets you control which orders should be imported based on date.
  * We’ve also fixed how **multi-select variation options** are handled. All selected variation choices will now be imported correctly into Order Desk.
* **Shein**
  * If we run into a shipment error message of “please try again later” when sending shipments to Shein, we’ll retry those submissions behind the scenes without you needing to manually interfere.

#### Fulfillment

* **Logiwa IO**
  * You can now pass a `RetailerCustomerAccountNumber` field with your orders. This gives you more flexibility if you want account specific actions to happen in Logiwa.
* **ShipStation**
  * We’ve added support for **inventory syncing** through the [ShipStation V2 API](https://help.shipstation.com/hc/en-us/articles/360025856212-ShipStation-API). If you’re using the newer version of their API, you can now sync stock levels between ShipStation and Order Desk. Just make sure V2 API access is enabled in your ShipStation account. You’d also need to [reconnect the integration in Order Desk](https://help.orderdesk.com/article/308-shipstation-setup#api) and enter your V2 API key.
* **Amplifier**
  * Fixed a bug that caused us to check for shipping methods in the wrong field when fetching shipment updates.
* **Amazon MCF**
  * You can now sync stock to multiple SKUs that share the same ASIN. Just add the `amazonfba_na_asin_duplicates` metadata with a comma-separated list of related SKUs, and Order Desk will update all of them using the base item’s inventory count. Learn more about [this here](https://help.orderdesk.com/article/312-fulfillment-by-amazon-mcf-products-shipping#inventory-syncing).
* **Active Ants**
  * Added support for two carrier codes: `BPOST` and `POSTE ITALIANE`.
* **Hive Technologies**
  * Order Desk now fetches item serial numbers during shipment updates. These will be saved as `hivetechnologies_serial_numbers` in the item metadata so you can reference them when needed.
* **CargoWise**
  * Made some improvements to how we handle discounts to keep things accurate.
  * Added support for new shipping methods: `AUPOST_PARCEL_POST` and `AUPOST_EXPRESS`.
* **Deposco**
  * Added support for two new order level fields: `CustomerOrderNumber` and `OtherReferenceNumber`.
* **S\&S Activewear**
  * We’ve shortened the interval for shipment checks to **every 3 hours**, making sure shipment updates are picked up sooner. This is useful for stores with fast-moving fulfillment.
* **ShipHero**
  * A new **Inventory Source** setting has been added to the ShipHero integration. This lets you choose whether to pull in **Available** or **On Hand** stock levels when syncing inventory with Order Desk. By default, we’ll continue using the Available stock, but you can now switch to On Hand if that better fits your workflow.

#### Print On Demand

* **Gelato**
  * A new rule event (**Order Status Changed at Gelato**), now lets you take action whenever a status update is received from there. The status update is also saved to your order metadata for easier tracking.
* **Monster Digital**
  * Timeouts during order submission are now treated as temporary errors. We’ll retry those in the background automatically.
  * A new print type, **DtfNeckLabel**, is now supported. This adds specific handling for neck label prints. You can set the font name and font color as well. More information can be found in our [Monster Digital guide](https://help.orderdesk.com/article/639-monster-digital-integration#preparing-your-items).
  * Increased the number of print files supported by the integration from 2 to 5.
* **Printful**
  * We’ve added a better way to handle timeout errors during order submission. This will help us handle cases where an order actually went through despite the timeout.
* **Fulfill Engine**
  * You can now submit **embroidery thread information** with your orders for more detailed customization. Check out [this guide](https://help.orderdesk.com/article/850-fulfill-engine-integration#items) to learn more.
* **Stakes MFG**
  * You can now pass **additional\_data** at the item level, making it easier to send item-specific details to Stakes during processing.
* **S\&S Activewear**
  * New override fields are available for direct-to-consumer orders. You can now use `DirectOrder` and `IsResidential` checkout data fields to bypass the default shipping address setting.
* **Dimona**
  * Fixed a bug where print files weren’t passed across in the format Dimona expected, which led to errors during order submission.
* **T Shirt & Sons**
  * For certain heavyweight styles, we’ll skip the size conversion for 3XL SKUs to keep sizing accurate.
  * If you’re submitting orders with their full SKUs, you can [now pass that as the print\_sku directly](https://help.orderdesk.com/article/236-tshirt-and-sons#-Sending-Orders-to-Tshirt--Sons--8VPjA). This removes the need to separately set size and color details on the order items.
  * If no print\_preview is provided, the integration will automatically **fallback to using print\_url** values instead. This should help speed up your submission if you don’t necessarily need different preview files.

#### Shipping

* **eShipper**
  * Fixed a bug that prevented us from refreshing the connection token, which caused errors on the integration page.

#### Productivity

* **Aftership**
  * Updated the integration to their latest API version to improve accuracy.
* **QuickBooks Online**
  * You can now import **invoices** from QuickBooks into Order Desk. This works alongside the existing purchase order support and includes new settings to control the import frequency and filter by invoice status.

And that’s everything for August! See you next month. 🙂

## July 2025

We’ve been busy this month working on existing integrations and making improvements behind the scenes. A couple of print on demand integrations also got some inventory sync features added in :).

### New Integrations

#### Extensiv Order Manager

If [Extensiv Order Manager](https://www.orderdesk.com/integrations/extensiv-order-manager/) (formerly Skubana) powers your fulfillment, there’s now a direct line from Order Desk to your warehouse. This new integration lets you push orders straight into Extensiv, keeping stock level and shipment updates in sync automatically. It’s built to support close knit operations that need coordination between your shopping cart and your Extensiv warehouse.

* Fixed an issue where demo stores always show the estimated cost for the Pro plan during checkout. The estimate now shows the selected plan correctly.
* If the **Set Quantity** rule action removes an item from an order (by setting quantity to 0 or less), the change will now appear in the order history with a note referencing the rule that triggered it.
* When [sending order data to a webhook endpoint](https://help.orderdesk.com/article/34-post-order-information-to-a-custom-script#overview), you can now choose to include the order history with it.

## June 2025

The past few weeks brought some big wins! We rolled out a handful of improvements, took out some bugs, and gave several integrations a bit of polish. We’ve also made it easier to handle some fulfillment tasks and introduced ways to track more useful data across your orders.

And speaking of integrations, we’ve got two updates worth highlighting this month. Let’s take a peek…

### New Integrations

#### Easyship

Yep, it’s real! With **Easyship**, we’ve added another way to create and print shipping labels directly from your orders in Order Desk. Even better, you can use rules to automate the entire label creation process, so your workflow becomes as hands-off as possible. If you’re looking for more flexibility with global shipping and discounted carrier rates, Easyship’s suite of tools might be a great fit. Learn more about how to set this up [here](https://www.orderdesk.com/integrations/easyship/).

#### Bonanza

Entrepreneurs may be happy to know that [Bonanza](https://www.orderdesk.com/integrations/bonanza/) is now an available sales channel in Order Desk. **Bonanza** supports one-click publishing and listing imports from other marketplaces, and a ‘zero effort’ web store automatically built based on your marketplace account, making it a clear choice to be added to your workflow.

#### TikTok Shop Global (Expanded)

Our former **TikTok Shop UK** integration has officially grown into something bigger. And with that, a name change too. We’re now calling it **TikTok Shop Global** to reflect [expanded support](https://help.orderdesk.com/article/811-tiktok-shop-integration#supported-regions) across multiple regions.

This update now includes stores based in:

* **Europe**: UK, France, Spain, Germany, Italy, and Ireland
* **Asia**: China
* **North America**: Mexico

If you’re selling on TikTok Shop in any of these countries, you can connect your store to Order Desk and start pulling in orders for fulfillment. The integration works just like before: orders are imported, tracking is synced, and you can manage everything through your existing workflows.

### Order Desk App Updates

* We can now automatically generate tracking links for orders shipped with `CK1` as the carrier service.

### Integration Features, Updates and Fixes

#### Sales Channels

* **Shopify**
  * We’ve moved over to Shopify’s new GraphQL API for shipment submissions and payment status updates. This change should improve speed and reliability, especially for stores with high volume.
  * We also increased the limit for tax lines pulled from Shopify orders—now up to 20, up from the previous cap of 10.
* **Amazon Marketplace**
  * You can now sync stock from one SKU in Order Desk to a different SKU in Amazon using the `*amazonmp_sku*` metadata field. This is great for merchants who use different SKUs across platforms.
  * Package dimensions sent with shipping labels are now more precise. We’ll use the exact decimal values you enter instead of rounding down.
* **TikTok Shop**
  * Fixed a bug that prevented state codes from being imported with some orders.
* **Woocommerce**
  * We’ll now import service and handling fees from your WooCommerce orders. We’ll bring those in automatically so you have better visibility on all order costs.
* **Temu**
  * You can now request Temu shipping labels directly within Order Desk. You can [learn more about this new feature here](https://help.orderdesk.com/article/903-temu-integration#labels).
  * If something goes wrong while fetching rates, we’ll now display the error message to help you figure out what’s happening.
  * We’ve made weight calculations more accurate by supporting decimal weights. So a weight like 2.2 lbs, for example, gets sent across correctly.
  * Fixed a bug where we were trying to submit Temu-originated shipments back to Temu, which caused some unexpected errors.
* **Shift4Shop**
  * You can now manually download products from your Shift4Shop store.
  * Inventory syncing is also now supported.
* **Walmart**
  * We added a region indicator to the integration settings so you can see which country your Walmart store is tied to.
* **Etsy**
  * Etsy’s new program to cover shipping fees sometimes causes total order costs to appear lower than they really are. To help, we now pull the full total (including shipping) into a new `*etsy_grand_total*` metadata field.
* **DSCO Supplier**
  * Fixed a bug that caused a mismatch with service level codes when submitting shipments.
  * We can now import “ship by” dates with DSCO orders.
* **CommerceHub**
  * When canceling Staples Advantage orders, you’ll now be able to select from a list of valid cancel reasons.
* **Wix**
  * Added support for importing custom fields with orders. These fields (like buyer notes) will appear in Order Desk as Checkout Data.
* **Bonanza**
  * The Bonanza integration now supports the [Inventory Location Filter](https://help.orderdesk.com/article/644-bonanza#Inventory-Location-Filter-42_HM), which lets you control exactly which orders are imported based on inventory location.
* **Magento 2**
  * We’ve added a new setting that lets you [keep zero-stock items marked as *In Stock*](https://help.orderdesk.com/article/186-magento-2-integration#zero-stock) in Magento. This is useful for stores using backorders or other workflows where items should remain available even when their stock reaches zero.
* **Faire**
  * Added support for the `*faire_address_type*` metadata field so you can tell if the address is residential, commercial, or mixed, and take action with rules accordingly.
* **OrderMyGear**
  * You can now choose whether to use the **SKU** or **Style Number** field as your SKU when importing orders.

#### Shipping

* **EasyPost**
  * You can now specify the country of origin for each item using an `*origin_country*` metadata or variation field. This info will be included on EasyPost commercial invoices, which is especially handy for orders with items from multiple countries.

#### Fulfillment

* **ShipBob**
  * We made some changes to support passing custom order tags. You can now pass these tag names and their values using the `*TagName*` and `*TagValue*` fields as Checkout Data.
* **Logiwa IO**
  * When syncing stock for kit items, we’ll now use the `*Total Inventory Capacity*` field instead of `*Net Kitting Capacity*` to ensure more accurate stock levels.
  * We’ve updated customer address handling to use shipping info instead of billing info.
  * Fixed a bug where international orders weren’t including the phone number field.
  * The state field is now converted to Logiwa’s expected region codes.
  * Added support for new optional fields like `*customFieldTextBox1*`, `*customFieldTextBox2*`, `*customFieldTextBox3*`, `*carrierBillingTypeId*`, and `*carrierBillingTypeName*`. These can be passed via Checkout Data or Order Metadata
* **ShipStation**
  * More carrier methods are now supported.
  * Fixed an issue where rule events weren’t being triggered when shipping labels were created.
* **CargoWise**
  * Line item prices now include cart-level discounts so that duties are calculated more accurately.
* **Wemalo**
  * We now capture the *serialNumber* field from Wemalo shipments and store it as *wemalo\_serial\_number* in item metadata. This is helpful for workflows involving unique codes or digital products.

#### Print On Demand

* **MWW On Demand**
  * We’ve improved how we handle tracking links for MWW shipments. If the carrier isn’t included in the webhook data, we’ll now use the shipping method selected at the time of order submission to help generate the correct tracking URL.
* **Monster Digital**
  * You can now send gift notes at the item level.
  * Added support for the `*TrackingNumber*` field, which is required if you’re sending your own shipping label with the order.
* **Printify**
  * We now allow for longer timeouts during order submission to prevent failures with large, complex orders.
* **Duplium**
  * Updated the integration to use their latest API.
  * Fixed a bug where shipment updates weren’t being pulled from the correct endpoint.
* **Print Geek Original**
  * Test orders now go to the right staging environment when using the integration in test mode.
* **USHA Mercantile**
  * The integration now supports up to **6** `print_skus` and `print_urls`.
* **Jondo**
  * Added support for a new endpoint called GelatoConnect..
* **SunFrog**
  * You can now pass numeric values to the `print_type*` field (e.g. `3` instead of “Decal”).
  * Also added support for standard print locations like *Full Front* and *Left Chest*.
* **4Over**
  * The integration now automatically retrieves the `payment_profile_token` when you connect your store.
* **HP Site Flow**
  * Added support for a new provider called “Whooosh”.
  * We now support webhook data sent using the *prettyJSON* template recommended by HP Site Flow. These changes also support item level shipment handling.
* **Mintsoft**
  * Added support for passing the `Channel` field through Order Metadata or Checkout Data.
* **Centrics, Fulfill Engine, and Digital On Demand**
  * All three integrations now support additional shipping carriers and methods.
* **FinerWorks**
  * Added better error messaging when orders fail due to payment issues like “Card Not Activated”. These errors will now show clearly in Order History so you can take the right steps.

#### Productivity

**Slack**

* We now show Slack display names instead of usernames when sending notifications with rules. Deleted users will also be filtered out automatically.

**Zakeke**

* Updated the integration to support their latest design data format. This helps make sure designs get attached properly to items.

**AfterShip**

* We now include the store name in AfterShip tags. This lets you filter shipments by which Order Desk store they came from.

#### CRM

**Klaviyo**

* We switched the authentication method from private keys to OAuth for improved security and long-term compatibility.

That wraps things up for the past month! If you have questions about anything mentioned here, or ideas for what we should improve next, our support team is just an email away.

See you in July!

## May 2025

Our April updates are packed with improvements across the board: we’ve added a new integration, rolled out several enhancements for existing ones, and fine-tuned a few features within the app. Whether you’re looking for better automation, smoother syncing, or more control, there’s something here for you.

Let’s dive in…

### New Integrations

Our new integration with Dimona stood out to us as a potentially unique opportunity since it’s one of our first-available print integrations to serve LATAM customers. Their full suite of services, including DTG, DTF and embroidery, and strategically located warehouses and global production centers all make Dimona a clever choice for scaling businesses.

Explore adding Dimona to your workflow [here](https://orderdesk.com/integrations/dimona).

### Order Desk App Updates

* We’ll now retry temporary email errors from customer and admin email rule actions, and we’ve improved our internal logging to help with troubleshooting.
* Notification emails for credential errors are now more user-friendly and clearer about what went wrong.
* If posting order JSON to a webhook fails, we’ll retry up to 10 times before stopping and emailing the store admin.
* We can now automatically generate tracking links for orders shipped with `amzn_us` (Amazon US) as the carrier code.

### Integration Features, Updates and Fixes

#### Sales Channels

* **Shopify**
  * We now support submitting shipments using Shopify’s new GraphQL Admin API.
  * A larger number of discount lines can now be pulled into Order Desk during order import. We previously capped it at 10 per order, but the limit has now been increased to 30.
* **Amazon Marketplace**
  * When syncing stock to Amazon, if we find that an item isn’t listed there, we’ll now automatically add a `skip_push_amazonmp_na` metadata to that item. This helps make sure we only focus on syncing items that actually exist on Amazon.
  * We also made some other fixes to improve how inventory sync works with Amazon, making sure stores can always get accurate inventory updates.
* **Brightpearl**
  * We’ve updated the integration so that only items with a matching Goods Out Note for your selected warehouse (under the integration settings page) will be imported into Order Desk. This helps make sure that only order items that need to be fulfilled are imported for processing.
* **Brightstores**
  * The integration now supports our **Vendor Filter** option, making it possible to selectively import only orders for specific vendors. This helps you focus on managing just the orders you need in Order Desk.
* **Temu**
  * Fixed a bug where we were sending “DHL” instead of the more specific “DHL eCommerce” as the shipment carrier.
* **WooCommerce**
  * We’ve improved how we handle coupon data. If there are multiple coupons in an order, we’ll now break them out into separate order metadata fields *(e.g. coupon\_code\_1, coupon\_amount\_1, etc.)* to make them easier to use.
  * We’ve also made some overall fixes to the order import process to help ensure no orders that should be imported are skipped.
* **Wix**
  * We’re now able to correctly differentiate the shipping address for pickup orders from other order types. Previously, there were cases where pickup orders ended up with incorrect shipping addresses.
  * Added support for orders with missing tax amounts.
* **Wayfair**
  * There were some recent updates to how shipping labels should be registered and pulled from Wayfair. When retrying failed label requests, we’ll now make sure a proper pickup date is passed along. This should improve the chances of success when trying again.
* **Walmart**
  * We were running into issues when syncing large volumes of inventory at once. To make things smoother, we’ll now sync items in batches of 10,000 until everything is updated.
* **DSCO Supplier**
  * If available, we can now pull customer email addresses directly from the Shipping Information fields provided by DSCO.
  * We’ve made some fixes to ensure gift messages are properly imported along with orders.
  * Added support for the `VendorInvoiceNumber` field to help prevent validation errors when resubmitting shipments to DSCO.
* **TikTok Shop**
  * We’ve made some improvements to our shipment submission process in the background. Our shipping provider lookup with TikTok is now more robust and centralized across both the US and UK marketplaces.
* **Liftoff**
  * We can now listen for order cancelations. It’s also possible to take further action on these orders using the *Order Canceled at Liftoff* event in the Rule Builder.
  * Custom order fields added in Liftoff will now make it into Order Desk as checkout data. This makes it possible to later pass these additional order info into fulfillment systems.
* **Shein**
  * On a few occasions, we were running into errors when trying to submit shipments to Shein. We’ve added some fixes to properly store the shein\_goods\_id on order items. This should help resolve those errors.
* **Amazon Retail Procurement**
  * Added support for a new warehouse code: `YYC4`. Also, if we come across a code that isn’t currently supported, we’ll send a notification email to alert the store admin.

#### Fulfillment

* **ShipHero**
  * We made a few improvements to the way we pass multiple order tags to ShipHero in the background. This should help prevent errors during order submission.
* **Veracore**
  * Added support for a new shipping method: `FedEx Priority Overnight Saturday`.
* **FedEx Supply Chain**
  * We’re now able to pass along the destination company name when submitting orders through the integration.
* **Logiwa IO**
  * We’ve improved our inventory sync process for both kit and non-kit items to make updates more accurate.
  * We now include the `CompanyName` field during order submissions. If no company is provided, we’ll use the shipping full name instead.
  * Fixed an issue where orders were incorrectly being sent as `Shipment Orders` instead of honoring the default option set in the integration settings. New orders should now respect the selected default order type when submitted to Logiwa.
* **Deposco**
  * We’ve improved how we handle inventory sync. If stock is coming from multiple inventory locations, we’ll now sum it across all of them instead of only looking at one.

#### Print On Demand

* **Gelato**
  * After orders are submitted for fulfillment, we’ll now pull the total cost from Gelato (including VAT) and store it in an order metadata field called `gelato_cost_total`. This can be useful for merchants who want to calculate profit on a per-order basis.
* **Bay Photo**
  * Added support for a new `USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground` shipping method. This method will automatically trigger Bay Photo to choose either of these as a basic shipping option on their end.
* **Digital On Demand**
  * The integration now supports shipment webhook redirects. This is especially helpful if you’re using the same Digital On Demand account across multiple Order Desk stores.
* **Stakes MFG**
  * We added support for a new item-level field called `hangtag`. This represents Stakes MFG’s hangtag SKU and can be set as item metadata or variation before order submission.
* **CustomCat**
  * Orders can now be sent to CustomCat along with shipping labels. The label link can be added as `ShippingLabel` and the carrier info as `ShippingLabelCarrier`. Both fields can be set as Checkout Data or Order Metadata.
* **Vantage Apparel**
  * We fixed an issue with shipment lookups by switching to the correct lookup method. We now search by PO number instead of SO number to find the right shipment details.
* **District Photo**
  * We’ve added support for a new shipping method, `P3`, which is used when sending your own shipping label to District Photo. If a shipping label is included in an order, we’ll automatically set the shipping method to P3 in the background.
* **HP Site Flow**
  * Added support for `Schaetzl` as a new print provider.
* **Two Fifteen**
  * Two Fifteen’s API recently changed how print locations should be passed. We’ve updated our integration to support this new format.
* **Monster Digital**
  * We recently noticed a temporary “create shipment” error coming from Monster Digital’s order submission API. Since these attempts usually succeed on a second try, we’ve added an automatic resubmission process to handle them for you.

#### Productivity

* **Slack**
  * You can now send posts to private Slack channels. Just make sure to first reconnect the integration and update your permissions.
* **Make**
  * [Make built an integration](https://apps.make.com/order-desk) to us some time ago, and until now, we’ve only enabled the connector on request. It’s now available for anyone to turn on directly from the Integrations page within Order Desk.
* **Zakeke**
  * In addition to the main print files, we’ll now fetch print previews from Zakeke as well.
* **AfterShip**
  * Added support for `Delhivery` as a carrier code.

That’s it for this month! If any of these updates spark questions or ideas, feel free to reach out.

Until next time!

## April 2025

Another month, another batch of updates. Over the past month, we’ve been busy improving our integrations, fixing bugs, and introducing some quality-of-life improvements we think you’ll like. Here’s a look at what’s new:

### Order Desk App Updates

* When viewing shipments in Order Desk, you’ll now be able to see the shipment source as well.
* When your mailer integration fails, we’ll now fallback to using our own mail service—ensuring your important emails still go through!
* Attachments can now be made optional in Email Templates.
* Added Postal Code as a modifiable option when changing Return Addresses with rules.
* We fixed a bug where locking a parent store doesn’t automatically lock the child stores that depended on the parent store for billing.

### Integration Features, Updates and Fixes

#### Sales Channels

* **Shopify**
  * We’ve replaced the free-text Country Filter on the integration settings page with a multiple-choice dropdown. This should cut down on input errors when you’re getting things set up.
  * Shopify sometimes sends us negative discount values. We’re now converting these to absolute numbers, so our calculations stay accurate.
  * We now account for cases where an order has zero risk score in Shopify. We’ll now set an order metadata field of `shopify_risk_score` with a value of `0`.
  * Added some fixes to make sure that we’re always pulling consistent data with product download appointments.
  * Shopify recently started rejecting order exports with empty customer emails. In cases like these, we’ll exclude the email field to avoid any submission errors.
  * If Shopify says that a customer email already exists during exports, we’ll retry fetching and reusing the existing customer details instead of failing the export.
* **Amazon Marketplace**
  * We now use the original item quantity instead of the current quantity when requesting Amazon shipping labels, preventing errors due to quantity changes.
  * Added support for syncing inventory through Amazon’s Listings API, replacing the previous (Feeds) method, which Amazon will soon deprecate.
* **Amazon Retail Procurement**
  * Fixed an internal typo causing some warnings during order imports.
* **BigCommerce**
  * The service recently updated their customer upload directory structure, so we made some changes to accommodate for the new URLs.
* **TikTok Shop**
  * We’ve added checks to confirm that order item data is available before importing orders. If we can’t fetch the item data from TikTok, we’ll skip the entire order and retry later. This makes sure that we don’t import orders with missing item details.
  * Made some improvements to our carrier code checks when looking up shipping providers.
  * We also Improved our error handling process for shipment submissions, ensuring we get clearer feedback if something goes wrong.
* **Square**
  * We fixed some bugs with monetary conversions; we can now correctly handle prices sent in the smallest denomination (like cents).
  * We’ve added support for importing order transactions that aren’t card-captured.
  * You can now choose whether to use the SKU or UID as the item code during imports. You can pick your preferred option with the `SKU Type` setting on the integrations page.
* **Wix**
  * We fixed some errors that pop up due to incomplete installations of the Wix app. We’ll now check if the installation step was successful before marking the connection as complete.
* **Shift4Shop**
  * You can now choose your preferred order number format for imports: *Invoice Number, Invoice Number with prefix,* or *Order ID*. Choosing **Order ID** prevents duplicate imports if your orders don’t have Invoice IDs.
* **Wayfair**
  * We fixed an issue where the sandbox version of the integration was incorrectly using production URLs for API requests, causing connection errors during testing.
* **Printify Supplier**
  * Stores can now query stock counts by facility and SKU.
  * The `Facility ID` filter on the integration page now supports multiple Facility IDs separated by commas, allowing imports from more than one facility. Orders without a facility ID will also now be imported instead of being ignored.
* **Liftoff**
  * Added support for splitting orders based on split shipments created in Liftoff.
  * We’ve also started adding a `liftoff_shipment_origin_name` metadata to items in new orders.
* **FiberArt**
  * Fixed a bug that prevented image URLs from exporting properly.
* **InkSoft**
  * It’s now possible to manually import orders from the integration settings page.

#### Fulfillment

* **Amplifier**
  * Added support for more shipping classes.
* **Deposco**
  * Added support for setting custom order types. This defaults to “Sales Order,” but you can override it by setting `OrderType` as metadata or checkout data.
  * Updated our shipping class handling for Passport Priority. We also fixed a bug where spaces were added to shipping class names.
  * Fixed a bug where there was a mix up in how we processed DDP and DDU ship codes.
* **Logiwa IO**
  * Added support for the following order level fields: `ChargedAccountNumber`, `ChargedAccountCountryCode`, and `ChargedAccountPostalCode`.
  * To keep stock counts accurate, we’re now pulling inventory numbers from Logiwa’s **available quantity** field.
* **Sensaria**
  * You can now check for shipments individually per order.
* **ShipBob**
  * Improved our product sync process to properly handle authorization errors.

#### Print On Demand

* **BurgerPrints**
  * We’ve updated this integration to the latest API version.
  * We’ve also improved how we handle shipment webhooks, making our processing more flexible.
  * For new connections, you’ll find the webhook notification URLs directly on the integrations page. You can grab this then add to your BurgerPrints dashboard.
* **Dreamship**
  * `ShippingLabel` and `ShippingLabelCarrier` info can now be set at the item level. This prevents errors we previously encountered when labels were only set per order.
* **Printbelle**
  * The integration now supports webhook redirects, ensuring shipment syncing works properly even if the same Printbelle account is used across multiple Order Desk stores.
* **Gearment**
  * We made some error handling improvements behind the scenes for product data. If Gearment returns no product data, we’ll now handle it properly without triggering warnings.

#### Productivity

* **Gmail**
  * You can now override the default ‘From’ email and name, making it easier to manage your email identity.
  * We’ve improved the integration to always request consent properly, ensuring refresh tokens don’t expire prematurely.

See you next month 🙂

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://help.orderdesk.com/release-notes/2025.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
