# 2026

{% updates format="full" %}
{% update date="2026-09-01" tags="new-releases,improvements,fixes" %}

## September 2026

We’re back with another round of Order Desk updates. This month, we focused on making everyday workflows a little smoother, with better handling for large and edited orders, smarter retries when integrations run into temporary errors, and plenty of fixes across sales channels and print providers.

Here’s everything that’s new.

### Order Desk App Updates

* Added a new **Deduct Inventory From Stock** action for Order Item Rules. This lets you use filters to deduct inventory only for specific items instead of applying the action to the entire order.
* Added automatic tracking URL generation for `XPO Freight` shipments and updated tracking support for `The Custom Company`.
* Improved the **Email Delivery Failure** rule event. Failures that happen before an email can be sent, such as a missing attachment, can now trigger the event so you can take follow-up actions with rules.
* Fixed an issue where invalid characters in a CSV file could cause data loss during imports. These characters will now be properly excluded so they don’t affect the import process.
* Improved bundle processing for stores with more than 5,000 inventory items, helping prevent inventory updates from being missed.
* Fixed an issue where some shipment details could be lost in certain cases when the **Shipment Added** event runs.

### Integration Features, Updates and Fixes

#### Sales Channels

* **Shopify**
  * Added support for importing source channel information along with Shopify orders.
  * Improved shipment submission for orders with a large number of line items. In some cases, orders with more than 250 items could miss shipment updates for a few line items. This is now fixed.
  * Improved shipment matching for edited Shopify orders. Order Desk will only fall back to variant ID or SKU matching when Shopify has recreated the fulfillment order.
  * Temporary Shopify errors will now be retried instead of being treated as permanent failures. This helps reduce how often you need to manually step in when an error occurs.
  * Added a follow-up check for Shopify cancellation requests when the original request does not finish processing.
* **Etsy**
  * Inventory updates will now be skipped when an item does not have an Etsy listing ID instead of attempting a sync that will fail.
  * Improved product image handling so images from different listings are handled correctly even when Etsy uses the same image ID.
* **Amazon Marketplace**
  * Added support for the `Post NL` carrier code.
  * You can now manually set the package weight for EasyShip orders on a case-by-case basis using the `packageWeight` checkout data or order metadata field.
* **Amazon Retail Procurement**
  * Improved our order import process to reduce the chance of orders being missed in rare cases.
* **Amazon FBA**
  * Added support for sending TikTok Shop Global orders to Amazon MCF.
* **TikTok Shop**
  * Shipping label download failures now include the original error returned by TikTok Shop, making problems easier to troubleshoot.
* **Mirakl**
  * Added support for setting a Shop ID. This lets you choose the specific shop you’d like Order Desk to import orders from, which is especially useful for Mirakl accounts connected to multiple shops.
  * Canceled order lines are now skipped when importing orders.
  * Line items with the same line number are now merged into one. Order Desk will also retain the original ordered quantity so the correct amount can be referenced when submitting shipments.
* **Faire**
  * Order cancellations are now detected regardless of your order status download setting.
  * Fixed a pagination issue that could cause some orders to be missed during import.
* **Adobe Commerce**
  * Fixed an issue where `custom_options` could be missed when they were attached to a configurable parent item.
  * Fixed an issue where order numbers could be converted to integers, which could cause problems for stores using non-numeric order numbers.
* **Squarespace**
  * If an order does not include a shipping method, Order Desk can now fall back to the shipping option name.
* **Extensiv Order Manager Import**
  * SKU overrides are now honored during order import.
  * Improved how we handle rate limit errors from Extensiv. Retries will now happen at more appropriate times, helping reduce failed requests.
* **SPS Commerce**
  * You can now choose the specific folders Order Desk should read from and write to directly from the connection page.
* **Foundry Commerce**
  * Added support for Foundry Commerce’s latest document types.

#### Fulfillment

* **SanMar**
  * Added support for shipping class matching.
  * Improved how we fetch inventory updates from SanMar to make the process more efficient.
* **Wemalo**
  * Updated the integration to use Wemalo’s latest endpoint.
  * Improved carrier detection by using the tracking number type instead of relying on the shipping profile.
* **Logiwa IO**
  * Added support for passing **Retailer PO** information to Logiwa.
* **ShipBob**
  * Webhook events without an ID will now be ignored instead of causing unnecessary errors.
* **Amplifier**
  * Added carrier conversion support for `DHL` tracking numbers.
* **Just Vision It**
  * If a submission response does not include a fulfillment ID, Order Desk can now fall back to the order number so future shipment updates can still be matched correctly.

#### Shipping

* **EasyPost**
  * Service limit settings are now applied when selecting rates during label purchases, helping prevent restricted shipping services from being selected.

#### Print on Demand

* **Prodigi**
  * Added support for page counts on products priced by number of pages, such as photo books. You can use `page_count_1` through `page_count_5`, with each value corresponding to the matching `print_url`.
* **Printify**
  * Multiple webhook updates for the same shipment will now be combined into a single shipment in Order Desk.
* **CustomCat**
  * Added support for canceling orders at CustomCat.
* **Pic The Gift**
  * Added support for setting a third-party shipping account.
  * Shipment cost is now imported from Pic The Gift shipment updates when available.
* **OPT OnDemand**
  * Added support for design preview files. You can add up to five preview files to an item using `design_preview_1` through `design_preview_5`.
* **Digital On Demand**
  * Shipping labels set as checkout data or order metadata can now be sent to Digital On Demand as order attachments, making it possible to use your own carrier account for fulfillment.
* **Ready2HangArt**
  * Added support for sending packing slips and shipping labels.
* **Lulu Direct**
  * Added a setting for specifying the contact email sent with orders.
* **Artelo**
  * Updated the integration to use Artelo’s current API endpoint.
* **Teelaunch**
  * Updated the authorization check to use Teelaunch’s current endpoint and improved how the connection check is processed.
* **Sticker It**
  * Fixed an issue where item quantities could be sent in the wrong format.

That’s everything for this month. If you have questions about any of these updates or need a hand setting something up in your store, reach out to our support team and we’ll be happy to help.

## August 2026

Last month brought two new print on demand integrations and another round of updates across different parts of our app. Here’s everything that’s new.

### New Integrations

#### Ready2HangArt

[Ready2HangArt is now available](https://www.orderdesk.com/integrations/ready2hangart/) in Order Desk. If you sell wall art, you can now send those orders straight to Ready2HangArt for fulfillment and have shipment details pulled back into Order Desk once each piece ships, then passed along to the original shopping cart.

Ready2HangArt handcrafts wrapped canvas, framed canvas, acrylic, and framed art prints in Chattanooga, Tennessee, and everything arrives with hardware included and ready to hang. If wall art is a meaningful part of your catalog, this keeps that side of fulfillment moving without anyone copying order or tracking details over by hand.

#### Pictorem

We’ve also added a [Pictorem integration](https://www.orderdesk.com/integrations/pictorem/) for stores selling art and photography. Order Desk can now send your orders to Pictorem with the product and artwork details attached, then bring tracking back in automatically once they ship.

Pictorem prints on canvas, acrylic, metal, wood, and more, with custom framing and blind shipping under your own branding, so this is a good fit for artists and photographers who want a wider range of finishes than a standard canvas-and-poster catalog offers.

### Order Desk App Updates

* Store admins are now notified when an order’s metadata gets long enough that it has to be reduced.
* Added automatic tracking link generation for `TForce` shipments, and updated the tracking links for `Custom Company`.
* Manual Dropbox uploads now add an entry to the order history.
* Fixed an issue where the **Export Order With Template** rule action could fail if its template was missing or invalid.

### Integration Features, Updates and Fixes

#### Sales Channels

* **Shopify**
  * Added support for manually importing single orders by order ID.
  * When downloading products, Order Desk will now try to match duplicate SKUs by their Shopify variant IDs.
  * When tax totals are zeroed out during import, the original tax total can now be kept as order metadata.
  * Improved fulfillment-related error messages, so failed submissions now return errors that are easier to understand.
  * Fixed an issue with how order line amounts could be displayed.
* **Wix**
  * Added support for importing extended fields with orders. This lets you choose which extra order fields get imported with your Wix orders.
* **TikTok Shop**
  * Shipping label downloads can now include packing slips when TikTok makes them available.
  * Updated our handling of TikTok’s order cancellation flow. You can now track cancellation events with rules and automate around them.
* **Amazon Marketplace**
  * Improved shipment quantity reporting for case-packed items. Order Desk can now prioritize case size without reporting more than the quantity originally ordered.
* **Amazon FBA**
  * Duplicate order requests are now treated as permanent errors instead of being retried unnecessarily.
* **Walmart**
  * Improved connection stability by aligning credential refresh handling with Walmart’s requirements.
* **Etsy**
  * Added carrier conversion support for `OnTrac` shipments.
  * Updated inventory syncing to use the latest inventory API endpoint.
* **DSCO Supplier**
  * Line items sharing the same line number are now consolidated when shipment and invoice updates are sent.
  * Updated the connection page to align with the latest API requirements.
* **Wayfair**
  * Improved packing slip PDF handling, especially when files contain extra data after the normal end-of-file marker.
* **SHEIN**
  * Added support for handling online orders. This is useful if you ever need to fulfill SHEIN orders using SHEIN partner logistics.
* **Logicbroker**
  * Orders without a valid order identifier are now skipped automatically instead of causing the whole import to fail.
* **Faire**
  * Improved the country filter setup, making it easier to find and select the right country codes.
* **Extensiv Order Manager Import**
  * Added a daily inventory feed option. When it’s enabled, Order Desk sends stock counts for all inventory items to Extensiv once a day.

#### Fulfillment

* **OIA Global**
  * You can now choose how often Order Desk checks for shipment updates.
  * When OIA returns a generic carrier service in a shipment update, Order Desk can now use the more specific carrier identifier if one is available.
  * Added support for importing serial numbers from shipment confirmation files. Serial numbers are saved on the matching order item as `serial_numbers` metadata.
* **Vantage Apparel**
  * Added support for orders that use third-party shipping accounts.
* **S\&S Activewear**
  * Added inventory whitelist support.
  * Improved inventory update handling for products that share the same item ID.
* **ShipWorks**
  * Added support for sending inventory locations with order items.
  * Added row mapping for custom XML nodes.
* **Fulfill Engine**
  * Improved retry handling for cases where Fulfill Engine temporarily reports its service as unavailable.
* **Fulfillify**
  * Added support for sending an order `Origin` and `ChannelReference` as checkout data.
* **ApparelMagic**
  * Added a setting to consolidate multiple packages into a single shipment in Order Desk.
* **Shippo**
  * Added support for the `EEL` and `PFC` fields required for certain international shipments. When either one is set on an order, Order Desk passes it to Shippo as `eel_pfc`.
* **Redwall**
  * Increased `vas_field` support from 5 to 10, so more service details can be passed with each order.

#### Print on Demand

* **Printful**
  * Added support for additional thread color placement data: front, back, left, right, and apparel.
* **Sticker It**
  * Added an item-level quantity override. Set an item metadata or variation field named `stickerit_item_quantity` to the quantity you want passed to Sticker It in place of the original item quantity.
* **T-Shirt & Sons**
  * Updated our webhook processing to support the latest webhook version.
* **District Photo**
  * Added support for passing `print_instruction` along with your item data.
* **PrintDropper**
  * Added carrier conversion support for `OnTrac` shipments.
* **Artelo**
  * Improved tracking processing when shipment updates don’t include the expected carrier code.
* **CustomCat**
  * Improved the error messages shown when a fulfillment attempt fails.

That’s it for this month’s updates. As always, if you have questions about any of these changes or need help setting something up in your store, reach out to our support team and we’ll be happy to help.

## July 2026

We’re back with another round of updates. This month includes new print on demand integrations, several integration name changes, a more streamlined manual import option, and a couple of app updates to improve user experience.

### New Integrations

#### Edwards Garment

[Edwards Garment is now available](https://www.orderdesk.com/integrations/edwards-garment/) in Order Desk. If you use Edwards for apparel, uniform, or decoration workflows, you can now send orders from Order Desk and bring shipment details back once those orders are fulfilled.

This should help stores keep their Edwards workflow connected to the rest of their order management setup without needing to move order and tracking details manually.

#### SuperFriday

We’ve added a new [SuperFriday integration](https://www.orderdesk.com/integrations/superfriday/) for print on demand stores. Order Desk can now help move your SuperFriday orders through the fulfillment process by sending the order and print details over, then pulling shipment updates back into Order Desk once the order ships.

This is a good fit for stores using SuperFriday to turn artwork or product ideas into fulfilled print on demand orders.

#### OPT OnDemand

If you need a way to send print on demand orders to OPT OnDemand, including product details, artwork files, shipping preferences, and optional order details like packing slips or shipping labels, you’d be glad to hear that we now have [an active integration with them](https://www.orderdesk.com/integrations/opt-ondemand/).

OPT OnDemand supports a wide range of print and fulfillment workflows, including multiple print technologies, custom blank products, warehousing, and global dropshipping, so this integration gives stores more flexibility when routing print on demand orders for fulfillment.

### Order Desk App Updates

* Added a new rule action to remove discount codes from orders.
* Added support for manually importing a specific order by ID across several integrations. This makes it easier to pull in one missing or skipped order without running a larger import. Supported integrations include Shopify, Etsy, eBay, Amazon Marketplace, Amazon Direct Fulfillment, Amazon Retail Procurement, TikTok Shop, ShipStation, Walmart, Wayfair, Mirakl, Magento 2, Liftoff, QuickBooks Online, Zazzle, and several others.
* Added automatic tracking URL generation for FedEx LTL shipments.
* Added handling for email delivery failures. Temporary delivery issues will be retried automatically, and permanent failures can now trigger new rule events based on the email template name.

#### Integration Name Updates

A few integrations have been renamed in Order Desk to match the current names used by those companies. These are name updates only, so existing connection settings and workflows should continue to work as expected.

* **Rithum** was formerly listed as **CommerceHub**.
* **Adobe Commerce** was formerly listed as **Magento 2**.
* **Smarty** was formerly listed as **SmartyStreets**.
* **Descartes Finale** was formerly listed as **Finale Inventory**.
* **Sheridan Minnesota** was formerly listed as **BangPrinting**.
* **Zip** was formerly listed as **QuadPay**.
* **WBX Commerce** was formerly listed as **Whitebox**.
* **Bambora** was formerly listed as **Beanstream**.
* **fabric** was formerly listed as **RevCascade**.

### Integration Features, Updates and Fixes

#### Sales Channels

* **Amazon Marketplace**
  * Added support for the `Ajex` carrier code.
  * Fixed VAT-inclusive pricing for Amazon EU orders so item prices and order totals are calculated more accurately.
  * Added support for Amazon item discount subtypes so coupon and item-level discounts are imported correctly.
  * Fixed shipping totals for non-EU marketplaces so shipping cost and shipping tax are handled separately.
* **Amazon Retail Procurement**
  * Added support for the `ABQ2` warehouse.
* **Shopify**
  * Fixed a misleading shipment submission message that could say a shipment was already added when it was actually skipped because the order was on hold.
  * Added support for Shopify fulfillment hold events. When enabled, Order Desk can listen for fulfillment orders being placed on hold or released from hold in Shopify. You can reach out to our support team to enable this feature.
* **Walmart**
  * Updated the Walmart Marketplace connection flow to use Order Desk’s standard OAuth setup by default. The custom app credential option is still available if needed.
  * Added support for installing Order Desk directly from the Walmart Marketplace.
* **ShipStation Order Import**
  * Added inventory location filter support.
  * Fixed an issue where some orders could be skipped because our duplicate checks were matching against the wrong order ID.
* **WooCommerce**
  * Improved order import date handling for WooCommerce stores where the API does not honor GMT date settings correctly. This led to a couple of orders being skipped wrongly.
* **TikTok Shop**
  * TikTok Shop platform-funded discounts are now imported along with seller-funded discounts, so discount totals come through more accurately.
  * Added support for Instant Downloads. This means that orders can appear in Order Desk instantly after they get placed in TikTok Shop.
* **Temu**
  * Improved shipment handling when item codes in shipment contents do not match the item codes on the order. If shipped items are present but no item match is found, Order Desk will treat the order as shipped so the shipment update is not missed.
* **BigCommerce**
  * Added support for scheduled product downloads, making it possible to download products and sync inventory from BigCommerce on a recurring schedule.
* **Mirakl**
  * Added support for importing customer phone numbers.
* **Liftoff**
  * Improved order import handling to reduce the chance of skipped orders when Liftoff rate limits are hit. Order Desk will now resume imports from the most recently imported order more reliably.
* **Extensiv Order Manager Import**
  * Added warehouse selection for inventory sync, so you can choose which Extensiv warehouse Order Desk should update stock from.
* **BrightStores**
  * Improved shipping method processing on our side so carrier names are not duplicated when the carrier is already included in the shipping method.
* **Logicbroker**
  * Added an inventory location filter.
  * Updated the Inventory Partner Target setting to support multiple partner selections, so inventory can be synced to more than one Logicbroker partner connection at the same time.
* **DSCO Supplier**
  * Added support for overriding the invoice ID when submitting invoices to DSCO.
* **Zazzle**
  * Added support for submitting shipment details back to Zazzle for orders shipped with your own carrier account.

#### Fulfillment

* **ShippingEasy**
  * Added a fallback option to check for shipments directly from ShippingEasy, so shipment updates can still be found without relying only on webhooks.
* **OIA Global**
  * Added several new eCommerce DHL shipping classes, including SmartMail Parcel, Parcel International Standard, and Parcel International Direct options.
* **Dubow**
  * Added support for passing item-level services to Dubow. You can set a `Services` field as item metadata or variation data with a comma-separated list of services for that item.
* **Ongoing WMS**
  * Added support for passing a shipping label when the `ShippingLabel` checkout data field is set.
* **SanMar**
  * Added support for overriding order numbers using the `PONumber` field as checkout data or order metadata.
* **S\&S Activewear**
  * Added support for overriding order numbers using the `PONumber` field as checkout data or order metadata.
  * Added an extra duplicate order check to help prevent the same order from being submitted more than once.
* **Logiwa IO**
  * Added support for a sandbox environment.
* **Gelato**
  * Added inventory sync support so Order Desk can download inventory updates from Gelato.
* **Unleashed**
  * Order numbers are now automatically trimmed to meet Unleashed’s 17-character limit when orders are sent there, without changing the original order number in Order Desk.
* **Extensiv 3PL Warehouse Manager**
  * Added a new setting to fetch shipments for closed orders only. This lets stores wait until orders are closed in Extensiv before shipment details are imported into Order Desk.

#### Print on Demand

* **Vantage Apparel**
  * Added support for sending mockup URLs.
* **HelloPrint**
  * Added support for passing print width and height with orders.
* **Prodigi**
  * Added support for branding fields, making it easier to include branded inserts, stickers, postcards, flyers, and packing slips with orders.

#### Productivity

* **Inventory Helper**
  * Added webhook support. Inventory Helper can now send inventory updates to your preferred endpoint when items are added, updated, or deleted.
* **QuickBooks Online**
  * Improved invoice address handling by adding an invoice address mapper. This gives stores more control over how billing and shipping address fields from QuickBooks invoices are imported into Order Desk.

That’s it for this month’s updates. As always, if you have questions about any of these changes or need help setting something up in your store, reach out to our support team and we’ll be happy to help.

## June 2026

This month’s a mix of new integrations and a handful of things that now work much better. Whether you’re running a print on demand shop, managing branded merch orders, or syncing tracking across a dozen sales channels, there’s likely something in here that touches your workflow. Read on :).

### New Integrations

#### podOS Import

Running a print on demand operation usually means keeping a lot of moving parts in sync: orders, artwork, production details, fulfillment routing, and tracking updates. If you use podOS to manage your factory workflow, Order Desk can now pull your orders from podOS on a schedule and route them wherever they need to go for fulfillment. Artwork details come through as item metadata, and tracking gets sent back automatically once things ship. [Here’s the setup guide](https://help.orderdesk.com/integration-setup-guides/sales-channels/podos-import-integration/) if you’re ready to connect.

#### OMG Pop-Up Stores

Pop-up stores can move fast, especially when they’re tied to teams, events, schools, businesses, or other group orders.

With the new OrderMyGear pop-up stores integration, Order Desk can import those orders automatically and give you the usual filtering and routing options to make sure each order gets sent where it needs to go. If your customers are running group orders through OMG, [this one’s for you](https://help.orderdesk.com/integration-setup-guides/sales-channels/ordermygear-pop-up-stores-integration/).

#### Meno OnDemand

[Order Desk can now submit orders](https://help.orderdesk.com/integration-setup-guides/print-on-demand/meno-ondemand-integration/) for dye sublimation and textile-based products to Meno OnDemand (while also passing along details like domestic and international shipping class preferences, packing slips, and custom shipping labels).

Meno supports a wide range of products, including pillows, blankets, rugs, table covers, fabric by the yard, and other textile-based items. Once orders ship, Order Desk grabs the tracking updates from Meno automatically.

#### Podbase

Tech accessory sellers with interest in fast turnaround times have a new fulfillment option to work with. Order Desk can automatically send print on demand orders for phone cases, AirPod cases, MacBook cases, tablet cases, and other personalized accessories to Podbase, then pull tracking back once orders ship. [Here’s a great place to start](https://www.orderdesk.com/integrations/podbase/) if you’re interested in learning more.

### Order Desk App Updates

* Added automatic tracking URL generation for `Intelcom` shipments.
* Updated the tracking URL format for `Aramex AU` shipments to use Aramex’s newer tracking link structure.
* Fixed an issue where rule actions could stop running after an order is exported with a template. Rule processing should now move on correctly to the next action after an export runs.

### Integration Features, Updates and Fixes

#### Sales Channels

* **Amazon Marketplace**
  * Added support for `Canpar Express` so Order Desk can pass the right carrier details for those shipments.
  * Updated our Amazon Orders API logic to better handle tax data from Amazon’s newer API version. We also corrected how shipping totals are calculated when shipping tax is included.
* **Amazon Retail Procurement**
  * Fixed an issue where orders could be skipped when a first import date was set.
  * Added support for new warehouse addresses so more Amazon Retail Procurement orders can import successfully.
* **BigCommerce**
  * Added support for scheduled product downloads. You can now automatically download products and sync inventory from BigCommerce into Order Desk on a recurring schedule.
* **CommerceHub**
  * Added an override for item availability. You can set `available` as inventory metadata with a value of `1` to mark an item as available in Rithum, even when the stock count is 0.
  * Added support for `Home Shopping Network` and `The Home Depot Special Orders` as CommerceHub vendors.
  * Added support for sending a daily inventory feed at a scheduled time. This allows all inventory items and stock counts to be synced daily, even if the stock count hasn’t changed.
* **eBay**
  * Fixed an issue where manual imports could miss orders because our pagination wasn’t working properly.
  * Improved the date picker behavior for manual imports.
* **Etsy**
  * Improved how Etsy personalization variations are imported when multiple fields use the same key. This helps prevent uploaded personalization data, like customer image uploads, from being overwritten during import.
* **Liftoff**
  * Added support for manually importing a specific order by order ID. This makes one-off imports easier while helping avoid API rate limits during bulk imports.
* **Mirakl**
  * Order Desk now listens for cancellations from Mirakl and triggers the Order Canceled at Mirakl rule event. Nothing will happen automatically unless you create rules for that workflow.
  * Added support for importing customer phone numbers from Mirakl orders.
  * There are cases where Mirakl sends product descriptions as blank and puts the item name in the product title field instead. We’ve updated the import process so Order Desk can pull the item name from the right field in either case.
* **Overstock**
  * Overstock’s requested shipping carrier is now imported into Order Desk as `overstock_shipping_carrier`, so it can be used in rules and fulfillment workflows.
* **Shopify**
  * Added support for Shopify’s new custom app client credentials flow.
  * Order Desk now downloads Shopify localization data regardless of the order’s country, helping support newer tax fields Shopify has added for more countries.
* **Temu**
  * Updated our API scopes to stay in line with Temu’s current requirements and reduce false connection errors.
  * Added additional carrier checks for DHL shipments to improve shipment syncing and tracking updates.
* **TikTok Shop**
  * Added support for updating tracking information. If TikTok says a tracking number can only be submitted once, Order Desk will now retry using TikTok’s supported update method.
  * Fixed an issue where some TikTok Shop connections could fail because the seller name returned during authentication didn’t exactly match the seller name returned by TikTok’s API. If only one shop is available, Order Desk will now automatically use it even if the names don’t match.

#### Fulfillment

* **Amazon Direct Fulfillment**
  * Orders with redacted shipping addresses will now be skipped during import, since Amazon requires those to be handled as Amazon label-only orders.
  * Added a new option to import Amazon label-only orders with redacted shipping addresses. This can help stores that still want those orders imported for workflows like picklists.
* **Amazon Shipping**
  * Fixed the Amazon Shipping authorization URL so new connections redirect correctly when connecting the integration.
* **CommerceHub**
  * Added support for sending a daily inventory feed at a scheduled time. This allows all inventory items and stock counts to be synced daily, even if the stock count hasn’t changed.
* **Extensiv 3PL Warehouse Manager**
  * Improved shipment sync checks by using the modified date instead of the process date, helping prevent shipment updates from being missed.
* **Packiyo**
  * Order Desk can now send currency codes with orders when available by checking for `currency` or `currency_code` in checkout data or order metadata.
* **Print Bind Ship**
  * Inventory sync now checks both the product SKU and client SKU from Print Bind Ship, making it easier to send stock updates back to the correct shopping cart SKU.
* **QuickBooks Online**
  * Improved invoice imports so shipping addresses from invoices can properly override the customer record’s default shipping address when available.
* **S\&S Activewear**
  * Added support for blind shipping.
  * Added support for overriding order numbers using the `PONumber` field as checkout data or order metadata.
* **SanMar**
  * Added support for FTP shipment checks.
  * Added support for overriding order numbers using the `PONumber` field as checkout data or order metadata.
* **ShipHero**
  * Added carrier conversion support for Canada Post.
  * Added carrier conversion support for Fleet Optics.
* **ShippingEasy**
  * Updated the webhook URL display on the integration settings page so it better matches ShippingEasy’s interface and is easier to use during setup.

#### Print on Demand

* **Alexanders Print Advantage**
  * Improved duplicate order handling. If the API returns a duplicate order response and the order is confirmed to already exist, Order Desk will now properly notify the store admin instead of treating it like a timeout-related issue.
* **DecoPlate**
  * Added support for new DecoPlate products.
* **District Photo**
  * Added automatic conversion support for Amazon Shipping US orders.
* **Fulfill Engine**
  * Fixed an issue where multiple design IDs could be sent for one item. Each item can now only use one design ID, matching Fulfill Engine’s requirements.
* **InkSoft**
  * Fixed an issue where print ready art files could fail to import if the file casing didn’t match what Order Desk expected.
  * Added a debug map to help troubleshoot file handling more easily.
* **InstaFreshener**
  * Added support for up to 4 `print_url` fields per item, up from the previous limit of 2.
* **Print Logistic**
  * Added support for setting print offsets. You can now use `print_offset_x_1` through `print_offset_x_5` and `print_offset_y_1` through `print_offset_y_5` to control the horizontal and vertical placement of each artwork.
* **Prodigi**
  * Added support for branding fields, making it easier to include branded inserts, stickers, postcards, flyers, and packing slips with orders.

That’s everything for this month. As always, if you have any questions about these updates, [reach out to support](https://www.orderdesk.com/contact) and we’ll get you up to speed. See you next month!

## May 2026

The past month brings three new integrations, a handful of improvements to the Order Desk app itself, and a solid round of updates across sales channels, fulfillment services, and print on demand. Here’s everything that’s new.

### New Integrations

#### ShippingEasy

If you use ShippingEasy to manage your shipping, you can now connect it directly to Order Desk. Your orders can automatically be sent for fulfillment, and as those orders ship out, tracking details will be pulled back into Order Desk and forwarded to your sales channels.

You can also use ShippingEasy-specific rule events and actions to control when orders are sent, what happens before or after submission, and how failed submissions should be handled. You can learn more about the integration [here](https://help.orderdesk.com/integration-setup-guides/fulfillment-services/shippingeasy-integration/).

#### FastEditor

We’ve added a new FastEditor integration for stores that use FastEditor to create visual proofs and production ready files.

Order Desk can now request designs from FastEditor, add the returned print files to your order items, and pass those files along to your print on demand provider if your store is set up for that workflow. This is useful when you want artwork creation, proofing, and order fulfillment to stay connected without extra manual steps.

[You’ll find this guide handy](https://help.orderdesk.com/integration-setup-guides/productivity/fasteditor-integration/) if you’re looking to get started with the integration.

#### Wayfair MCF

If you already have access to Wayfair’s fulfillment network, you can now route your orders there for fulfillment through Order Desk and have shipments automatically synced back to your carts as orders get fulfilled.

The integration also supports order level details that give you more control over what gets sent with each order. You can [read more about the integration here](https://help.orderdesk.com/integration-setup-guides/fulfillment-services/wayfair-mcf-integration/).

### Order Desk App Updates

* Fixed an issue where stock could be deducted twice when using the **Add Order Item** rule action.
* Added automatic tracking URL generation for shipments using `Direct Couriers`, `StarTrack`, and `Aramex AU` as carriers.

### Integration Features, Updates and Fixes

#### Sales Channels

* **TikTok Shop**
  * Added a new setting to expand bundle SKUs. When enabled, Order Desk will break TikTok virtual bundle SKUs into their individual line items instead of importing the bundle as one item with no SKU.
* **Magento 2**
  * Gift messages are now imported when they’re included on the order or on specific line items.
* **WooCommerce**
  * Improved how item tags are imported from WooCommerce so Order Desk can capture them even when WooCommerce sends the product data in a different structure.
* **Mirakl**
  * Return state is now saved when checking for returns. Return details are stored at the item level, including `mirakl_return_state`, `mirakl_return_date_created`, and `mirakl_return_date_updated`.
* **ShipStation Order Import**
  * Fixed an issue where we weren’t paginating correctly when downloading products.
  * Added a new rule action to change the order status in ShipStation.
  * The **Limit by Tag** setting is now a multi-select option, making it easier to choose which tags we should use for filtering imported orders.
  * Added support for importing split shipment orders from ShipStation. If a ShipStation order is split into separate shipments, Order Desk can now import those shipments as separate orders so tracking can be sent back correctly.
* **Shopify**
  * Added a new **ShopifyOrderNumber** field for setting the order number when sending orders to Shopify. If this field is left blank, Shopify will generate the order number automatically.
  * Added a restock option for Shopify refunds.
* **Ecwid**
  * Item attributes are now imported as variations, making product details easier to use inside Order Desk.
* **Etsy**
  * Fixed an issue where we weren’t properly triggering rules when shipments are added in Etsy. Rules can now run properly when shipments are added.
* **Amazon Marketplace**
  * Added support for sending the right shipping method for `UniUni` and `Canpar Express` shipments.
* **Wayfair MCF**
  * Added an order rejected event so Order Desk can listen for rejected orders from Wayfair MCF.
* **CommerceHub**
  * Shipment IDs are now included in shipment update filenames to prevent duplicate file names.
  * Added a tax breakdown for `Lowe's Canada` orders.
  * Added a new setting for choosing the item price source. You can now choose whether CommerceHub orders should use *unit cost* or *unit price*.

#### Fulfillment

* **OIA Global**
  * Fixed shipment processing when multiple cartons are present. Order Desk will now process more than the first carton.
* **Mintsoft**
  * Fixed an issue where split orders could be incorrectly marked as canceled when only the original order was canceled in Mintsoft. Split orders will now stay open unless Mintsoft sends a cancellation for that specific order.
* **DecoPlate**
  * Added `USPS Ground Advantage` as a supported mail class.
* **Amplifier**
  * Order Desk will no longer consolidate matching SKUs into a single line item when sending orders to Amplifier. If the same SKU appears on separate lines, each line will now be sent separately.
* **S\&S Activewear**
  * The integration now supports stores based in Canada. Initially, we only supported US-based stores.
* **Shippo**
  * Added support for overriding parcel weight and dimensions. You can now set package weight, height, width, and length as Checkout Data when needed.
* **Blastramp WMS**
  * Order Desk now listens for pack events from Blastramp. When a packing event comes in, Order Desk will create the shipping label using the SSCC ID, then wait for the real tracking number before sending the shipment back to your cart.
  * Order status updates from Blastramp are now stored in Order Desk.
  * Added a new rule event for order status changes, so you can take follow-up actions with rules.
* **VeraCore**
  * Added support for a new **DateFormat** field. This lets you control the date format used for fields like **ReleaseDate** and **NeededBy** instead of always using the default format.
* **Packiyo**
  * You can now set a default inventory location name for all items downloaded from Packiyo into Order Desk.
* **Extensiv 3PL Warehouse Manager**
  * Added carrier conversion support for `Canada Post` shipments.
* **PDR**
  * Added support for a new shipping method: `FedEx Connect Plus`.
* **BDLinx**
  * Added better duplicate error handling so Order Desk can detect when an order was already submitted, even if BDLinx returned a timeout error the first time.
* **Amazon FBA**
  * Order Desk now checks for cancellation events during shipment checks. If an order is canceled in Amazon, Order Desk can take further actions depending on how your rules are set up.

#### Print on Demand

* **Cloudprinter**
  * Added support for a `print_format` field, so you can choose your preferred print format. If left unset, the default value is `pdf`.
* **Printful**
  * Added a search option to the Printful product catalog page within Order Desk, making it easier to find the right `print_sku` without scrolling through the full product list.
* **SwiftPOD**
  * Added support for new print locations: `FrontLeftLeg`, `FrontRightLeg`, `BackLeftLeg`, and `BackRightLeg`.
* **Fulfill Engine**
  * Added support for no-decoration items. You can set `no_decoration` as item metadata or variation data, and when true, Order Desk will tell Fulfill Engine that the item doesn’t require print details.

That’s everything in this release. As always, if you run into anything unexpected or have questions about any of these changes, our support team is happy to help :).

See ya!

## April 2026

Last month was a busy one. We shipped two new integrations, a handful of in-app updates, and more additions across your favorite sales channels and fulfillment services than we can count on one hand. Let’s get into it.

### New Integrations

#### Zoho Books

We’ve added a new integration for Zoho Books, making it easier to connect your accounting processes directly to Order Desk. You can automatically send order data to Zoho Books to create invoices and keep your records in sync without any extra steps.

If you add shipments to orders in Zoho Books, Order Desk will also pull those updates in and keep your cart services in sync. [You can learn more about the integration here](https://help.orderdesk.com/integration-setup-guides/productivity/zoho-books-integration/).

#### Extensiv Order Manager Import

If Extensiv is involved in your order management process, you can now pull your orders from there straight into Order Desk and process them for fulfillment.

This ultimately helps keep your order routing and automation in one place. Once connected, Extensiv orders can get processed for fulfillment with Order Desk sending tracking updates back to Extensiv as soon as they ship. More information about the connection [can be found here](https://help.orderdesk.com/integration-setup-guides/sales-channels/extensiv-order-manager-import-integration/).

### Order Desk App Updates

* **We’ve added support for Shipment Rules!** You can now take automatic actions on shipments added to an order in Order Desk. This is especially useful for workflows that need additional shipment data updates after a tracking number has been added to an order.
* You can now choose which order items are included in a shipment when manually adding or editing shipments. This allows for more accurate tracking when splitting shipments across multiple packages.
* Order history messages for repeated actions are now grouped into a collapsible view that you can toggle to see more details. This helps keep the app interface cleaner.
* Fixed an issue where inventory adjustments using `adjustment_percent` could be applied twice across several integrations.
* Tracking URLs will now be automatically generated for `APC Choice` shipments.

### Integration Features, Updates and Fixes

#### Sales Channels

* **ShipStation Order Import**
  * Added a new **Order Import Delay** setting. This gives you time to make adjustments in ShipStation before orders are pulled into Order Desk.
* **Faire**
  * Order Desk now imports the requested ship date from Faire orders, making it easier to plan fulfillment timelines and take actions on orders with rules.
* **BrightStores**
  * Added a fallback to use the shipment’s shipping method when the order shipping method is explicitly set to “No Shipping Method”.
* **eBay**
  * Store admins will now receive an email notification if a shipment submission fails.
* **Brightpearl**
  * Fixed an issue where items with identical product IDs across multiple lines could overwrite each other. Their quantities will now be combined correctly when orders are imported.
* **Mirakl**
  * Improved our order return checks to prevent them from running indefinitely and to make sure that updates aren’t missed.
  * Return data is now saved directly to order items instead of only being visible in order history.
* **CommerceHub**
  * Added an **Inventory Location Filter** setting, giving more control over which orders are brought into Order Desk.
  * Added support for calculating and including sales tax on invoices for `Lowe's Canada` orders, following the same logic already used for `Home Depot Canada` orders when tax isn’t provided in the original order data.
  * Fixed an issue with service level mapping for `Staples Quill` orders — shipments will now use the correct `UPSN_CG` code instead of an invalid value, preventing submission failures.
* **DSCO Supplier**
  * You can now send a daily inventory feed to DSCO. This can be enabled on the integration settings page.

#### Fulfillment

* **ShipBob**
  * Inventory sync will now only include active items. This is a fix for situations where products long deactivated in ShipBob were being imported into Order Desk.
* **SanMar**
  * Added support for a `DirectOrder` flag. When set, Order Desk will use the order’s shipping address instead of the default address added in the integration.
  * Added support for syncing inventory, making it easier to keep your stock levels in Order Desk up to date without any manual work.
* **Stuller**
  * If `StullerSKU` isn’t set as item metadata or a variation, Order Desk will now fall back to using the item code instead.
* **SS Activewear**
  * Address line 2 will now be included and joined to the main address field when submitting orders, ensuring full address details are passed correctly.
* **James and James**
  * Fixed our error handling process to stop false success responses when an order export actually fails.
* **Logiwa IO**
  * Added support for sending international billing and carrier account details using order metadata or checkout data.
  * Fixed a pagination issue that could cause incorrect kit inventory counts to be imported.
* **S\&S Activewear**
  * Added support for an `Attention` field at the order level. This lets you override the default integration setting on an order by order basis.
* **HP SiteFlow**
  * You can now send `dispatch_alert` info with your orders by setting the field as order metadata or checkout data.

#### Print on Demand

* **GelatoConnect**
  * Added support for sending a `design_id` when submitting orders. This is useful for stores that already have finished products set up in Gelato.
* **podOS**
  * Added support for automatically selecting the `cheapest` available shipping option when submitting orders. You’ll find this in the **Default Mail Class** setting.
  * Added an option to automatically download product information from podOS into Order Desk on a set schedule.
* **T-Shirt and Sons**
  * Shipment webhooks now include carrier and shipping method details. If a tracking URL isn’t provided, Order Desk will attempt to generate one based on the carrier.
* **Pic The Gift**
  * Added a new shipping class called `DHL Ecom Expedited`

#### Productivity

* **QuickBooks Online**
  * Added support for setting the invoice `DocNumber` using order metadata or checkout data.
  * Added support for specifying `currency` when creating invoices and purchase orders.
  * Shipment costs will now be included as a separate line item on invoices for better expense management in QuickBooks.

Let’s wrap it up here. As always, if you’d like to discuss anything further, you [reach out to us](https://www.orderdesk.com/contact/). See you in May!

## March 2026

We’re back with another round of updates. This release includes a new print on demand integration, fixes and improvements across your favorite sales channels, and a handful of quality-of-life changes throughout the app.

#### A completely rebuilt knowledge base

We’ve also launched a [completely rebuilt Order Desk Knowledge Base](https://help.orderdesk.com/). This was a full ground-up refresh that moves us away from our old platform and gives us more flexibility around design, structure, images, and search, while still supporting our growing library of in-depth guides.

### New Integrations

#### Inkthreadable

We’ve launched a new print on demand [integration with Inkthreadable](https://help.orderdesk.com/integration-setup-guides/print-on-demand/inkthreadable-integration/). You can now submit orders directly there for fulfillment, making it easier to automate production for apparel and custom products without manual steps.

Order Desk will pull orders from your carts, allow you to add print details, then send them to Inkthreadable for fulfillment. We’ll also listen for tracking updates automatically and keep your cart in sync as those updates come through.

### Order Desk App Updates

* We fixed how country codes are handled in country filters. If an integration sends “USA” instead of “US,” Order Desk will now standardize it automatically so your country filters work as expected.

### Integration Features, Updates and Fixes

#### Sales Channels

* **Shopify**
  * Imports now correctly include zero values for product variations instead of dropping them. Previously, `0` was being treated as a falsy value and excluded during import. Other empty or false values will still be ignored, but legitimate zero values will come through correctly.
  * We also added some support for Shopify’s native bundles by fetching the `line item group ID`. This allows Order Desk to identify which bundle components belong to which parent bundle item.
* **Mirakl**
  * We made several improvements to the Mirakl integration. Negative stock counts will no longer be passed back to Mirakl. If inventory dips below zero, it will be sent as zero instead, since Mirakl may ignore negative values entirely.
  * We also updated stock submissions to pass all offer fields instead of only stock levels. Previously, fields like discounted pricing were being reset to their default values on each update. That’s now corrected.
* **Square**
  * We fixed tax total calculations and line item base unit pricing. The wrong base unit price was being referenced in some cases, and tax totals could be calculated twice when the tax type was set to `LINE_ITEM`.
* **Houzz**
  * The integration has been fully migrated to support their new API.
* **SPS Commerce**
  * Added support for sending partial shipment data so partial fulfillments sync correctly instead of applying there as a full shipment completion.
* **ApparelMagic**
  * Removed an unnecessary lookup during shipment submission. This makes shipment processing more efficient and reduces the chance of errors.
* **TikTok Shop**
  * Added a fallback for UK addresses where TikTok doesn’t provide a city field. Address data will now be transposed automatically on future orders to keep formatting consistent.

#### Fulfillment

* **Packiyo**
  * We added a new **inventory source** setting. You can now choose whether Order Desk pulls stock from the **On Hand** or **Available inventory** field directly from your integration settings.
  * There’s also a new option to manually download your entire Packiyo inventory into Order Desk at any time, giving you more control when you need a stock refresh outside the regular sync cycle.
* **Deposco**
  * Added new shipping classes for `USPS Ground + Signature` and `USPS Ground Advantage + Signature`.
* **Mintsoft**
  * We resolved an issue where customers were seeing repeated courier lookup failures after receiving shipment webhooks from Mintsoft.
  * Also added carrier code generation based on tracking URL as a fallback for cases where a courier service ID is hidden or unavailable in the Mintsoft API response.
* **ShipHero**
  * Fixed an issue where order cancellation events could clear certain order details during shipment checks.
* **ShipBob**
  * Migrated the integration over to their new API version.
* **Logistech**
  * Updated our single shipment check process to prevent silent failures.
  * Also, you can now manually fetch shipments directly from the order page if needed.
* **Amplifier**
  * Improved shipment check logic to ensure shipments are pulled on time and reduce the risk of missed updates.
* **OIA Global**
  * Updated shipping code handling for `EHUB Rate Shop` to meet OIA Global’s requirements.
* **CargoWise**
  * Added new `Aramex` shipping classes, including **Standard**, **Leave At Door**, **Signature Required**, **Priority**, and **Externally Booked**.

#### Print on Demand

* **Rupt**
  * Added support for passing `MasterArtFolder` along with your orders.
* **Stickers and Posters**
  * If a tracking URL is included directly in the shipment update, Order Desk will now use that URL instead of generating one internally.
* **Turbine and 240Express**
  * We expanded support for design and personalization fields. Both integrations now support up to 12 entries per order, including `tech_pack_url`, `personalization_text`, `personalization_font`, `personalization_color`, and `personalization_size`.
  * Embroidery is also now supported as a `decoration_type` value.
* **Centrics**
  * Added support for sending up to 3 print designs per order.
  * Added support for the `RetailerAffiliate` field, which can be passed via Checkout Data or Order Metadata when submitting orders.
* **Merchize**
  * Improved error visibility for orders missing required fields like `print_preview`. If an order can’t be submitted due to missing data, Order Desk will now log a note in the order history and alert the store admin instead of failing silently.
* **Tribe Socks**
  * Added support for new tumbler products in the Tribe Socks product catalog.
* **Printful**
  * You can now send the `full_color` field for embroidery products. Setting `full_color` to `1` enables Printful’s “Unlimited color” embroidery option.
* **HP Siteflow**
  * Order tags are now pulled into Order Desk once shipment updates come in. You can use these tags to run post-shipment workflows that rely on your HP Siteflow tags.
* **Lumaprints**
  * Removed the # symbol from order IDs sent to Lumaprints since they already include that on their end.
* **Print Logistic**
  * If a mockup file is missing, Order Desk will now automatically use the print\_url file instead. This helps support cases where only production files are available, such as neck print orders.

#### Shipping

* **Shippo**
  * You can now define the `Currency` for international shipments using Order Metadata or Checkout Data. This helps ensure shipment values are handled correctly for cross-border orders.
* **Starshipit**
  * Fixed an issue where incorrect suburb data was being sent to Starshipit for Australian orders.

#### Productivity

* **Zapier**
  * Store admins will now receive an email notification if Zapier unsubscribes from any of your Order Desk webhooks. This helps surface disconnects earlier instead of failing silently.

That’s everything for this release! As always, if you have questions about any of these changes, our support team is here to help.

## February 2026

It’s our first release notes of 2026!

We’re kicking off the year with two new print on demand integrations, improvements across dozens of existing connections, and several quality-of-life updates. Let’s dive in!

### New Integrations

#### Print Logistic

If you’re using Print Logistic to handle your print on demand production, we’ve got some exciting news. You can now link your account directly to Order Desk. This integration takes the manual work out of the process by prepping your cart orders with all the specific details Print Logistic needs before sending them over. Once your items are out for shipping, tracking info flows right back into Order Desk and updates your cart automatically. [You can learn more about the integration here](https://www.orderdesk.com/integrations/print-logistic/).

#### 240Express

We’ve added 240Express to our lineup of print on demand integrations. This connection makes it easy to automate the handoff between your store and your print production team. By connecting your account, you can send orders straight to 240Express and let Order Desk handle the status updates and tracking sync for you. If you want to get your 240Express orders moving through Order Desk, [you can get started here](https://www.orderdesk.com/integrations/240express/).

### Order Desk App Updates

* We’ve added support for tracking URL generation for shipments powered by Asendia via `USAEXPORTPBA`, as well as OSMW shipments.
* Added a search filter to the Switch Store dropdown. If you manage multiple stores, you can now type a store name to quickly find and switch to it instead of scrolling through the full list of stores.
* We now cap inventory item metadata at 5,000 characters to prevent metadata overflow issues and help with data storage.

### Integration Features, Updates and Fixes

#### Sales Channels

**Shopify**

* You can now send a `Gateway` value at the order level when pushing orders to Shopify. This makes it easier to correctly identify how payment was made for an order.
* When canceling orders in Shopify, auto-refund is now explicitly set to false. This restores the previous behavior after a Shopify API change started defaulting auto-refunds to true.

**Amazon Marketplace**

* When importing orders, Order Desk will now pull the ship-from name, if present, and save it as order metadata.
* We’ve added carrier code conversion support for `Lasership` shipments to ensure tracking updates are sent in the format Amazon expects.

**TikTok Shop**

* We fixed an issue where the shop cipher was set incorrectly when multiple marketplace connections were enabled.
* Fixed an issue where the label generator ignored the manually entered weight when the order weight was set to zero. You can now create labels normally from Order Desk using the weight you provide.

**Walmart Marketplace**

* Shipment submissions now honor shipment contents instead of treating the entire order as shipped. This ensures only the correct items and quantities are marked as fulfilled in Walmart.
* We added an inventory location filter to help users control which orders get imported for processing.

**BigCommerce**

* We added support for a `fulfill_entire_order` flag during shipment submission. When enabled, BigCommerce will mark the full order as fulfilled as soon as a shipment is sent from Order Desk.

**Brightpearl**

* Order item quantities are now pulled from the goods out note instead of the order row. This way, imported quantities accurately reflect what’s meant to be shipped.

**Mirakl**

* We now support daily product downloads to keep your catalog in sync with Order Desk automatically. If you need to have this option enabled, reach out to our support team.
* If an item is found to exist in Mirakl during product download, we’ll clear all skip flags that might have been added before. This makes sure you can sync stock counts without errors from that point on.
* Added a new rule action that allows you to automatically cancel orders in Mirakl.

**ShipStation Import**

* We now store the original order number in an order metadata field called `order_key`. This points to the original order number in the source platform before it was added to ShipStation.

**Etsy**

* To stay within Etsy’s API rate limits, we added image caching so that images are reused across all listings that share the same SKU instead of being fetched repeatedly. This helps reduce the number of API calls we make to Etsy and avoids hitting their rate limits.

**Salesforce**

* It is now possible to set multiple order fields in Salesforce within the same rule. Previously, only the first **Set Order Field at Salesforce** action would run, which meant additional fields were ignored. All actions in the same rule will now apply correctly.

**Liftoff**

* During order import, Order Desk now imports the product unit code and quantity (if present). This data will be stored as item metadata.

#### Fulfillment

**Logiwa IO**

* We’ve updated the inventory sync logic for Logiwa. Order Desk now pulls stock counts from the `sellableQuantity` field instead of `pickableQuantity` to ensure your inventory levels more accurately reflect what is available for sale.

**Packiyo**

* We improved how Order Desk handles timeout errors when submitting orders to Packiyo. In some cases, Packiyo successfully receives the order but returns a server error, which meant Order Desk didn’t know the order went through and didn’t listen for shipment updates. We now have a way to work around this automatically.

#### Print On Demand

**Jondo Global**

* Fixed a bug where the reprint option randomly disappears from orders submitted to Jondo.

**Mintsoft**

* Added support for sending VAT and EORI numbers along with order data.
* Added an **Inventory Source** setting. You can now use this to determine whether Order Desk should pull on-hand or total inventory from Mintsoft.

**Printful**

* You can now send a `custom_border_color` field to control border colors for supported products.

**MWW On Demand**

* We expanded support for VAS fields so you can now send up to `vas_name_5`. Previously, only two VAS fields were supported.

**BDLinx**

* Added the **`BTSID`** field to the available export fields.

**ShineOn**

* You can now send additional personalization fields with ShineOn orders. You can use `item_property_key_1` through `item_property_key_5` and `item_property_value_1` through `item_property_value_5` to pass extra values like engravings for personalized products.

#### Shipping

**EasyPost**

* Address validation has been improved to prevent apartment or suite numbers from appearing in both address lines. Address Line 2 will now only be preserved if that value does not already exist in the validated Address Line 1. This prevents duplicate address information when printing labels.

**Shippo**

* You can now override your Shippo **Default Shipper Address** to use the specific **Return Addresses** set on your orders. This is useful for merchants shipping from multiple locations who need the return label to match the specific origin of the package.
* Added support for setting your shipping service preference directly on the order. This lets you choose the exact shipping service to use when purchasing labels automatically through rules.

That’s a wrap on our first update of the year. As always, if you have questions about any of these changes, our support team is always available to help.
