When orders are shipped, the tracking details will be sent back to Order Desk and back to your shopping cart if your store is set up for it. ### Setup To enable the integration, click on **Manage Integrations** in the left sidebar. You can use one of the default folders already in your store or create your own. Read the [Working with Folders](/start-here/getting-started-series/quick-start-overview.md#working-with-folders) guide for more information. #### After Shipment, Move To Select the folder you want orders to be moved into as Swagful sends shipment details back. #### If Canceled, Move To Select the folder you want orders to be moved into if they are canceled at Swagful. #### Notification URL Give this notification URL to Swagful. You can list multiple locations, separated by commas. #### Build to Stock ID Filter Use this to filter by Build to Stock ID. We’ll only download inventory for items that match the ID(s) you set. Multiple IDs can be separated by commas. #### Inventory Location Name If you’d like to assign a custom inventory location name to your Swagful products in Order Desk, set that name here. If you need to customize the return address for certain orders, you can save different return addresses to your Store Settings and then use a rule to set the return address to specific orders. If a return address is not added to the order, the default address set here in the Swagful settings will be used. For detailed instructions on how to use Order Desk with your print on demand orders, please take a few moments to read the [print on demand fulfillment](/guided-walkthroughs/print-on-demand-walkthrough/print-on-demand-fulfillment.md) guide. #### Item Details The following fields can be set as variations or item metadata for each item in an order. | Field Name | Field Description | | ----------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ | | print\_sku | **Required**. The Swagful product code for the item. | | print\_url | **Required**. Link to your artwork file. print\_url\_1 is also accepted. Available in values 1 through 6. File types can be PNG, TIF, AR3, ARX4. | | print\_preview | Optional. Link to preview of artwork. Available in values 1 through 6. File types can be PNG, JPG, BMP, GIF, TIF and will accept an image. | | print\_location | **Required**. Options are Full Front, Back, Left Chest and others as specified. Available in values 1 through 6. | | print\_height | Height of the image to be printed (1/10mm). Available in values 1 through 6. | | print\_width | Width of the image to be printed (1/10mm). Available in values 1 through 6. | | print\_leftoffset | Left offset from the center of the image to be printed (1/10mm). Available in values 1 through 6. | | print\_topoffset | Top offset of the image to be printed (1/10mm). Available in values 1 through 6. | | size | Size of apparel. | | color | Color of apparel. | | type | Use if requested by Swagful. | | style | Use if requested by Swagful. | | vendor | Use if requested by Swagful. | | WarehouseLocation | Use if requested by Swagful. | | ProcessMode | Default is Piece. Bulk can also be used. | | custom\_1 | Custom field available. Sends as Custom1 to Swagful. | | custom\_2 | Custom field available. Sends as Custom2 to Swagful. | | custom\_3 | Custom field available. Sends as Custom3 to Swagful. | | custom\_4 | Custom field available. Sends as Custom4 to Swagful. | #### Order Details The following fields can be set as checkout data or order metadata to add or change the details that are sent to Swagful about the order. | Field Name | Field Description | | ----------- | -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- | | Source | Default is Order Desk. If requested by Swagful, set a different source. | | OrderNotes | Send a note to Swagful for the order. | | Priority | Default is Normal. Can set a custom priority if necessary. | | PackingSlip | URL for the PDF to be included as the packing slip with the order.
