# Shirtplatform API Integration

Order Desk can import orders from your shopping cart(s), sync in your print details and then automatically send them on to [Shirtplatform API](https://www.shirtplatform.com/) for fulfillment. When orders are shipped, the tracking details will be sent back to Order Desk and back to your shopping cart if your store is set up for it.

### Setup

To connect to Shirtplatform API, click on the **Manage Integrations** link under the **Integrations** menu in the left sidebar, and under the **Print on Demand** tab find and enable Shirtplatform API.

Alternatively, search for Shirtplatform API from the available integration search.

Enter your Shirtplatform API credentials and click to connect. Order Desk support is not able to help with finding or resetting your Shirtplatform API credentials, as they are created and provided by Shirtplatform.

Once connected, you’ll have some shipment and integration settings to adjust per your preferences, as well as some available resources.

#### View Available Products

Clicking this link will open a list of your available Shirtplatform API products with their correct Print SKUs.

#### Shirtplatform API Help

Click this link for access to helpful resources for using the Shirtplatform API Integration.

#### After Import, Move To

Select the folder you want orders to be moved into after they are successfully sent to Shirtplatform API.

You can use one of the default folders already in your store or create your own. Read the [Working with Folders](/start-here/getting-started-series/quick-start-overview.md#working-with-folders) guide for more information.

#### Default Shipping Method

Choose the shipping method you want Shirtplatform API to use on any orders where the shipment method is not otherwise specified for them to use. Your Shop ID must be set and saved before making this selection.

To set up more specific shipping options, you will need to match your method names to the names Shirtplatform API uses. This can be done in the [shipping class match](#shipping-class-match) section.

#### After Shipment, Move To

Select the folder you want orders to be moved into after Shirtplatform API sends shipment details back to Order Desk.

#### If Canceled, Move To

Select the folder you want orders to be moved into if they are canceled at Shirtplatform API.

#### Shop ID

The name of the Shirtplatform API shop you’d like to connect to Order Desk. Must be selected in order to choose your Default Shipping Method.

#### Shipping Class Match

![](https://251457507-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FAQOLMUJWMYtrpQ7Oxxca%2Fuploads%2FGiEAMj1oB5KD2ZfELwIs%2Flegacy-3eb76a1378140dbf0dc5.png?alt=media)

If the shipping methods you set up in your shopping cart(s) don’t match the shipping method names Shirtplatform API uses, they won’t know what methods you intend for them to use. When this happens, the [default shipping method applied above](#integration-settings) will be used instead for all of your orders.

To tell Shirtplatform API what methods you want them to use, you will need to match your method names to theirs. This can be done in the shipping class match section. For detailed instructions on setting this up, please read through the [shipping class match](/guided-walkthroughs/shipping-fulfillment-and-returns/how-to-set-up-shipping-class-matches.md) guide.

### Sending Orders to Shirtplatform API

Getting your orders ready to send to Shirtplatform API will take some set up time. For a detailed walkthrough of how to use Order Desk with your Print on Demand orders, please read through our [Print on Demand Fulfillment](/guided-walkthroughs/print-on-demand-walkthrough/print-on-demand-fulfillment.md) guide.

There are two options for field values when using these field names. Using a numerical value (from -100 to 100) will correspond to a measurement in millimeters. You may also opt to use a percentage amount (from -100% to 100%). A zero value for either option (e.g. 0%, 0) is available.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://help.orderdesk.com/integration-setup-guides/print-on-demand/shirtplatform-api-integration.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
