When they fulfill your orders, the shipment info will be pulled back into Order Desk automatically and sent back to the original shopping cart, if your store is set up for this. ### Setup To connect to your Ramco Lifestyles account, click on **Manage Integrations** in the left sidebar. If you need to apply specific methods for certain orders, match your method names to their names in the [Shipping Class Match section](#shipping-class-match) below. #### After Import, Move To Choose the folder where orders should be moved to after they are successfully sent to Ramco Lifestyles. You can choose the default Prepared folder for this, or create your own folders in your Store Settings. Read the [Working with Folders](/start-here/getting-started-series/quick-start-overview.md#working-with-folders) guide for more information. #### After Shipment, Move To Choose the folder where orders should be moved to as Ramco Lifestyles sends tracking details back. #### Default Return Address Set the default return address that Ramco Lifestyles should use on your shipments. If you need to customize the return address for certain orders, you can save different return addresses to your Store Settings and then use a rule to set the return address to specific orders. If a return address is not added to the order, the default address set here in the Ramco Lifestyles settings will be used. When this happens, the [default mail class applied above](#integration-settings) will be used instead for all of your orders. To tell Ramco Lifestyles what methods you want them to use, you will need to match your method names to theirs. This can be done in the shipping class match section. For a detailed walkthrough of how to use Order Desk with your Print on Demand orders, please read through our [Print on Demand Fulfillment](/guided-walkthroughs/print-on-demand-walkthrough/print-on-demand-fulfillment.md) guide. #### Preparing Your Items The following fields can be set as variations or item metadata for each order item. | Field Name | Field Description | | ------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- | | print\_sku | The Ramco Lifestyles part number for the product being ordered. | | print\_url\_1 | Link to your artwork file. For a two-print item, use print\_url\_1 and print\_url\_2. | #### Order Level Details The following fields can be set as variations or item metadata for each order item. | Field Name | Field Description | | ------------------ | -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- | | GiftMessage | Enter your gift message to be sent with the order. | | PackingSlip | URL for the PDF to be included as the packing slip with the order.
