# Printeers Integration

Order Desk can import orders from your shopping cart(s), sync in your print details and then automatically send them on to [Printeers](https://printeers.com/) (formerly known as **Invition**) for fulfillment. When orders are shipped, the tracking details will be sent back to Order Desk and back to your shopping cart if your store is set up for it.

### Setup

To connect to Printeers, click on the **Manage Integrations** link under the **Integrations** menu in the left sidebar, and under the **Print on Demand** tab find and enable Printeers.

Alternatively, search for Printeers from the available integration search.

To find your Printeers credentials, please contact your rep from Printeers. **Order Desk support is not able to help with finding or resetting your Printeers credentials**, as they are created and provided by Printeers.

### Integration Settings

Once connected, you’ll have some shipment and integration settings to adjust per your preferences.

#### Shipping Type

Select the Shipping Type for your orders, Dropship or Bulk.

#### Default Shipping Method

Choose the shipping method you want Printeers to use for your orders.

If you need to apply specific methods for certain orders, match your method names to their names in the [Shipping Class Match section](#shipping-class-match) below.

#### After Import, Move To

Select the folder you want orders to be moved into after they are successfully sent to Printeers.

You can use one of the default folders already in your store or create your own. Read the [Working with Folders](/start-here/getting-started-series/quick-start-overview.md#working-with-folders) guide for more information.

#### After Shipment, Move To

Select the folder you want orders to be moved into after Printeers sends shipment details back to Order Desk.

#### Default Order Email and Default Order Phone

Printeers requires that all orders have an email and phone number associated with them. Use these fields to set a default order email and phone number for orders that don’t have one when they are placed or created.

#### Inventory Settings

![](https://251457507-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FAQOLMUJWMYtrpQ7Oxxca%2Fuploads%2Fjhc2OKGg6safjuS0djFG%2Flegacy-86860ca8d1e25351637d.png?alt=media)

#### Sync Inventory

Enable if you want Order Desk to sync your print on demand item inventory counts from Printeers. In order for the counts to sync properly, each of your inventory items that use the print on demand item must have the correct Manufacturer SKU in your Order Desk inventory, which is the same as the print\_sku for your items:

![](https://251457507-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FAQOLMUJWMYtrpQ7Oxxca%2Fuploads%2FpIOx8WDL9UmB0x9bkWtJ%2Flegacy-2ee3b6399d70e04c8c60.png?alt=media)

When Order Desk syncs stock counts for your print on demand items from Printeers, those counts will be added to any inventory item in Order Desk with a matching Manufacturer SKU.

#### Sync Update Interval

If Sync Inventory is enabled, inventory updates will be sent to Printeers at your chosen interval. Available options are Every 15 minutes, Every Hour, Every Two Hours, Every Four Hours, Every Six Hours, Every Eight Hours, Every Twelve Hours, and Every Day.

#### Max Inventory Level

Use to set a maximum inventory level you’d like for your items in Order Desk. If your inventory count for an item exceeds this amount, it will remain at the maximum level set here. **Default is 100**.

#### Product Settings

Using the shipping class match feature, you can match as many different shipping methods as you offer to the methods Printeers uses to ensure your customers are getting the closest shipping option to what they selected at checkout.

For information on how to set up your shipping preferences, please read the [shipping class match](/guided-walkthroughs/shipping-fulfillment-and-returns/how-to-set-up-shipping-class-matches.md) guide.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://help.orderdesk.com/integration-setup-guides/print-on-demand/printeers-integration.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
