# Precision Crystal Integration

Order Desk can import orders from your shopping cart(s), sync in your print details and then automatically send them on to [Precision Crystal](https://www.precisioncrystal.com/) for fulfillment. When orders are shipped, the tracking details will be sent back to Order Desk and back to your shopping cart.

### Setup

To connect to Precision Crystal, click on the **Manage Integrations** link under the **Integrations** menu in the left sidebar, and under the **Print on Demand** tab find and enable Precision Crystal.

#### Default Mail Class

Choose the default mail class you want Precision Crystal to use for your orders.

If you need to apply specific methods for certain orders, match your method names to the names Precision Crystal uses in the Shipping Class Match section below.

#### After Import, Move To

Select the folder you want orders to be moved into after they are successfully sent to Precision Crystal.

You can use one of the default folders already in your store or create your own. Read the [Working with Folders](/start-here/getting-started-series/quick-start-overview.md#working-with-folders) guide for more information.

#### After Shipment, Move To

Select the folder you want orders to be moved into after Precision Crystal sends shipment details back to Order Desk.

#### If Canceled, Move To

Select the folder orders should be moved to if canceled at Precision Crystal.

#### Default Return Address

Set the default return address that Precision Crystal should use on your shipments.

If you need to customize the return address for certain orders, you can save different return addresses to your Store Settings and then use a rule to set the return address to specific orders. If a return address is not added to the order, the default address set here in the Precision Crystal settings will be used.

For information on adding additional return addresses and applying them to specific orders with a rule, see the [Store Settings](/guided-walkthroughs/using-order-desk/manage-store-settings.md#return-addresses) guide.

#### Default Shipping Account

Add your default shipping account details to be used for your order shipments.

If you need to specify these details on a per order basis, you can apply the shipping details to checkout data following [these instructions](#preparing-your-orders).

#### Product Settings

![](https://251457507-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FAQOLMUJWMYtrpQ7Oxxca%2Fuploads%2FnDPD394AsNBYBqfs7xl6%2Flegacy-3ba4b5df6b9b84941f45.png?alt=media)

For more information on what these product settings within the Precision Crystal integration are for, please refer to the [Print on Demand Product Settings](/guided-walkthroughs/print-on-demand-walkthrough/print-on-demand-integration-product-settings.md) guide.

#### Shipping Class Match

![](https://251457507-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FAQOLMUJWMYtrpQ7Oxxca%2Fuploads%2F504VkeBc3KtjSgKJMbQO%2Flegacy-956cac6cfdfc782f6fb0.png?alt=media)

If the shipping methods you set up in your shopping cart(s) don’t match the shipping method names Precision Crystal uses, they won’t know what methods you intend for them to use. When this happens, the [default mail class applied above](#integration-settings) will be used instead for all of your orders.

To tell Precision Crystal what methods you want them to use, you will need to match your method names to theirs. This can be done in the shipping class match section. For detailed instructions on setting this up, please read through the [shipping class match](/guided-walkthroughs/shipping-fulfillment-and-returns/how-to-set-up-shipping-class-matches.md) guide.

### Sending Orders to Precision Crystal

Getting your orders ready to send to Precision Crystal will take some set up time. For a detailed walkthrough of how to use Order Desk with your Print on Demand orders, please read through our [Print on Demand Fulfillment](/guided-walkthroughs/print-on-demand-walkthrough/print-on-demand-fulfillment.md) guide.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://help.orderdesk.com/integration-setup-guides/print-on-demand/precision-crystal-integration.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
