# OrderMesh Integration

Order Desk can import orders from your shopping carts, sync your print details, and automatically send them to any printer using [OrderMesh](https://ordermesh.com/). When orders are shipped, the tracking details will automatically be sent back to Order Desk.

### Setup <a href="#setup" id="setup"></a>

To enable the integration, click **Manage Integrations** in the left sidebar. Under the **Print on Demand** tab, find and enable the OrderMesh integration.

Alternatively, search for OrderMesh using the available integration search.

Enter your OrderMesh credentials and click **Connect**.

### Integration Settings

Once connected, you’ll have some shipment and integration settings to adjust based on your preferences.

#### Default Shipping Method

Choose the shipping method you want OrderMesh to use for your orders.

If you need to apply specific methods to certain orders, match your method names to the names OrderMesh uses in the [Shipping Class Match](#shipping-class-match) section below.

#### Custom Shipping Method

If you have a shipping method that isn't included in the default list above, you can add it here.

Once added, it will show up with the other shipping methods and will also be available to use in the [Shipping Class Match](#shipping-class-match) section.

#### After Import, Move To

Select the folder you want orders to be moved into after they are successfully sent to OrderMesh.

You can use one of the default folders already in your store or create your own. Read the [Working with Folders](/guided-walkthroughs/orders-and-folders/organizing-orders-with-folders.md) guide for more information.

#### After Shipment, Move To

Select the folder you want orders to be moved into when OrderMesh sends tracking details back.

#### If Canceled, Move To

Select the folder you want orders to be moved into if they get canceled at OrderMesh.

#### Notification URL

You’ll need to set this webhook URL in your OrderMesh account so Order Desk can download your shipment notifications.

### Product Settings

For detailed information on what the product settings within the OrderMesh integration do, please read the [Print on Demand Product Settings](/guided-walkthroughs/print-on-demand-walkthrough/print-on-demand-integration-product-settings.md) guide.

<figure><img src="https://251457507-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FAQOLMUJWMYtrpQ7Oxxca%2Fuploads%2FQNwcCnuTcs0d4O5S454I%2FCleanShot%202026-10-09%20at%2015.03.15%402x.png?alt=media&amp;token=17ae37c4-d46c-44f0-a896-7c3fb284654d" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

### Shipping Class Match

The shipping methods that you have set up in your shopping cart(s) may not match the methods that OrderMesh uses. To make sure your shipping preferences are sent through to OrderMesh with each order, match your methods to theirs in the shipping class match feature. If your shipping method name does not match their shipping method name exactly, your [default shipping method](#default-shipping-method) will be used instead.

For information on how to set up your shipping preferences, please read the [Shipping Class Match guide](/guided-walkthroughs/shipping-fulfillment-and-returns/how-to-set-up-shipping-class-matches.md).

### Sending Orders to OrderMesh <a href="#sending-orders-to-podos" id="sending-orders-to-podos"></a>

Getting your orders ready to send to OrderMesh will take some set up time. For a detailed walkthrough of how to use Order Desk with your Print on Demand orders, please read through our [Print on Demand Fulfillment](/guided-walkthroughs/print-on-demand-walkthrough/print-on-demand-fulfillment.md) guide.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the following URL with the `ask` and `goal` query parameters:

```
GET https://help.orderdesk.com/integration-setup-guides/print-on-demand/ordermesh-integration.md?ask=<question>&goal=<user_goal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is what the user is ultimately trying to achieve, the reason they need the answer. Sharing it helps GitBook give you a better, more relevant answer. A goal is most helpful when it describes the outcome the user wants rather than restating the question. For example, with `ask=how do I create an API token`, a goal like `automate deployments from our CI pipeline` lets GitBook tailor the answer to that use case.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
