# MT3 Integration

Order Desk can import orders from your shopping cart(s), sync in your print details and then automatically send them to any printer using [MT3](https://www.getmt3.com/). When orders are shipped, the tracking details will be sent back to Order Desk automatically.

### Setup

To enable the integration, click on **Manage Integrations** in the left sidebar. Under the **Print on Demand** tab, find and enable the MT3 integration.

#### Environment

Shows the environment as selected on the connection page. The environment can be changed directly from your integration settings by clicking the **Switch to** link beside the current selection.

#### After Import, Move To

Select the folder you want orders to be moved into after they are successfully sent to MT3.

You can use one of the default folders already in your store or create your own. Read the [Working with Folders](/start-here/getting-started-series/quick-start-overview.md#working-with-folders) guide for more information.

#### After Shipment, Move To

Select the folder you want orders to be moved into when MT3 sends tracking details back.

#### If Canceled, Move To

Select the folder you want orders to be moved to if canceled.

#### Default Mail Class

Choose the shipping class you want MT3 to use for your orders.

If you need to apply specific methods for certain orders, match your method names to the names MT3 uses in the [Shipping Class Match](#shipping-class-match) section below.

#### Product Settings

For more information on what these product settings within the MT3 integration are for, please refer to the [Print on Demand Product Settings](/guided-walkthroughs/print-on-demand-walkthrough/print-on-demand-integration-product-settings.md) guide.

#### Shipping Class Match

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://help.orderdesk.com/integration-setup-guides/print-on-demand/mt3-integration.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
