# merchOne Integration

Order Desk can import orders from your shopping cart(s), sync in your print details and then automatically send them on to [merchOne](https://www.merchone.com/) for fulfillment. When orders are shipped, the tracking details will be sent back to Order Desk and back to your shopping cart.

### Setup

To connect to merchOne, click on the **Manage Integrations** link under the **Integrations** menu in the left sidebar, and under the **Print on Demand** tab find and enable merchOne.

Alternatively, search for merchOne from the available integration search.

Enter merchOne API Username and API Key. You can add just your US credentials or your European credentials as well. Please note that merchOne requires different API credentials for the US and EU integrations.

Order Desk isn’t able to help find or reset your credentials, as they can only be provided by merchOne.

### Integration Settings

#### After Import, Move To

Select the folder you want orders to be moved into after they are successfully sent to merchOne.

You can use one of the default folders already in your store or create your own. Read the [Working with Folders](/start-here/getting-started-series/quick-start-overview.md#working-with-folders) guide for more information.

#### After Shipment, Move To

Select the folder you want orders to be moved into after merchOne sends shipment details back to Order Desk.

#### Webhook URL

You will need to set this webhook URL in your merchOne account for Order Desk to download your shipment notifications.

#### Product Settings

![](https://251457507-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FAQOLMUJWMYtrpQ7Oxxca%2Fuploads%2FCIiy0NM3pbkJ1hD3NlQ9%2Flegacy-099ca27acd0c7217c55f.png?alt=media)

For more information on what these product settings within the merchOne integration are for, please refer to the [Print on Demand Product Settings](/guided-walkthroughs/print-on-demand-walkthrough/print-on-demand-integration-product-settings.md) guide.

#### Shipping Class Match

![](https://251457507-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FAQOLMUJWMYtrpQ7Oxxca%2Fuploads%2FzSThgsegY4YGcU2x3n8L%2Flegacy-1cf6a5bbacf1cf4f0cd6.png?alt=media)

If the shipping methods you set up in your shopping cart(s) don’t match the shipping method names merchOne uses, they won’t know what methods you intend for them to use. When this happens, the default mail class applied above will be used instead for all of your orders.

To tell merchOne what methods you want them to use, you will need to match your method names to theirs. This can be done in the shipping class match section. For detailed instructions on setting this up, please read through the [shipping class match](/guided-walkthroughs/shipping-fulfillment-and-returns/how-to-set-up-shipping-class-matches.md) guide.

### Sending Orders to merchOne

Getting your orders ready to send to merchOne will take some set up time. For a detailed walkthrough of how to use Order Desk with your Print on Demand orders, please read through our [Print on Demand Fulfillment](/guided-walkthroughs/print-on-demand-walkthrough/print-on-demand-fulfillment.md) guide.

| print\_design\_id | If you have already set up your products at merchOne, set the merchOne SKUs as your print\_design\_id. The print\_design\_id should be used instead of the print\_url and print\_sku. |

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://help.orderdesk.com/integration-setup-guides/print-on-demand/merchone-integration.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
