When orders are shipped, the tracking details will be sent back to Order Desk automatically. This guide will go over the JONDO Global integration settings and features. For thorough details on how to work with your print on demand orders in Order Desk, please read through the [Print on Demand Fulfillment guide](/guided-walkthroughs/print-on-demand-walkthrough/print-on-demand-fulfillment.md). ### Setup To connect to JONDO Global, click on the **Manage Integrations** link in the left sidebar. If you don’t have an account set up with JONDO yet, Please contact JONDO [here](https://www.jondo.com/fulfillment-inquiry/). ### Integration Settings ![](https://251457507-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FAQOLMUJWMYtrpQ7Oxxca%2Fuploads%2FYjtootA3toUS47TbQhUq%2Flegacy-ef2c85e6248f7e7c8f67.jpg?alt=media) Screenshot Once you have successfully connected to the JONDO Global integration, you will have some settings to go through to add your preferences. #### Submission Mode Select whether your submissions should be in live or test mode. #### Shipping Type Choose between JONDO Shipping, Third Party Shipping, or FB3 Shipping. FB3 Shipping should only be selected if necessary for your JONDO account. This will override both default shipping and shipping class matches. #### Default Shipping Class Choose the shipping class you want JONDO to use for your orders. If you need to apply specific methods for certain orders, match your method names to JONDO’s names in the [Shipping Class Match section](#shipping-class-match) below. #### After Import, Move To Select the folder you want orders to be moved into after they are successfully sent to JONDO. You can use one of the default folders already in your store or create your own. Read the [Working with Folders](/start-here/getting-started-series/quick-start-overview.md#working-with-folders) guide for more information. #### After Shipment, Move To Select the folder you want orders to be moved into when JONDO sends tracking details back. #### If Canceled, Move To Select the folder you want orders to be moved into if they are canceled at JONDO. #### Order Failure, Move To Select the folder you want orders to be moved into if the order submission has failed. #### Merchant Phone Number Some shipping companies require a phone number. Please speak with JONDO if you need more information about what they need from you. If you need to override these URLs on an order by order basis, you can do so with checkout data following the guidelines in the [Preparing Your Orders section](#preparing-your-orders) below. Some notes about Premium Branded URLs settings: #### Packing Slip The packing slip is a JONDO design, but they will include your custom branded images to the front and back if you supply the files. The packing slip front and back URLs must be JPG files. If you are sending a PDF file, Order Desk will automatically convert it to JPG. #### Use in Template Select **Yes** if you are sending images to JONDO to be laid onto the front and back of their packing slip. Select **No** if you want to have JONDO print your own custom packing slip. You can add your own packing slip PDF URL to your orders or use Order Desk to [create a custom packing slip](/guided-walkthroughs/templates-emails-and-order-documents/how-to-create-pdf-files-for-order-documents.md). #### Customer Logo URL The Customer Logo will be printed directly on the product itself. When this happens, the [default shipping class applied above](#integration-settings) will be used instead for all of your orders. To tell JONDO what methods you want them to use, you will need to match your method names to theirs. This can be done in the shipping class match section. For detailed instructions on setting this up, please read through the [shipping class match](/guided-walkthroughs/shipping-fulfillment-and-returns/how-to-set-up-shipping-class-matches.md) guide. If you need to have access to specific carriers on your account that aren’t currently available in the shipping class match dropdown, please contact Order Desk Support to get them enabled. JONDO Ship types **Basic Select** and **Amazon Basic** are only available for select customers, please contact JONDO Sales for more information. ### Sending Orders to JONDO Global Getting your orders ready to send to JONDO will take some set up time. For a detailed walkthrough of how to use Order Desk with your Print on Demand orders, please read through our [Print on Demand Fulfillment](/guided-walkthroughs/print-on-demand-walkthrough/print-on-demand-fulfillment.md) guide. #### Preparing Your Orders All packing slip and inserts/stickers can be set in the [Premium Branding URLs section above](#premium-branding-urls). The same fields you see here are for overriding the URLs on an order by order basis. If you are unfamiliar with checkout data, please first read the [How to Work with Checkout Data](/guided-walkthroughs/orders-and-folders/how-to-work-with-checkout-data.md) guide. The following fields can be set as checkout data or order metadata to change what is sent to JONDO for a specific order: | Field Name | Value | | ------------------------------- | -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- | | PackingSlipFront or PackingSlip | The URL where the JPG is stored for the front of the packing slip. | | PackingSlipBack | The URL for the back of the packing slip. | | UseTemplate | Override the default setting on the integration settings page. If sending images to insert into a template, set to 1. If sending a PDF (which will be converted to JPG automatically), the value will automatically be set to 0. | | InsertCardOutside | The URL for the outside of the card insert. | | InsertCardInside | The URL for the inside of the card insert. | | Sticker | The URL for the sticker image. | | CustomerLogo | The URL for the customer logo that will be printed on the order items. | | UrbanizationCode | The urbanization code for the order if it is being sent to Puerto Rico. | | ShippingMethodOverride | Use this field to add a custom shipping type if supplied by JONDO for your account. | | PONumber | Send the PONumber from order metadata or checkout data instead of the order number to JONDO. | #### Preparing Your Items The following fields can be set as variations or item metadata for each order item. Replace the “x” with a value specified in the table, i.e. print\_url\_1 or print\_url\_2. | Field Name | Value | | ---------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- | | print\_sku | Use the JONDO Product Code for your print\_sku. ***Do*** ***not use*** the JONDO Print SKU. | | print\_url\_ *x* | The location of the printable file. | For print\_url\_x, values 1-8 are accepted.
