Instafreshener Integration

Order Desk can submit your print on demand orders to Instafreshener. When Instafreshener fulfills your orders, the shipment info will be pulled back into Order Desk automatically and sent back to the original shopping cart, if your store is set up for this.

Setup

To connect to your Instafreshener account, click on Manage Integrations in the left sidebar. Under the Print on Demand tab, look for and enable the Instafreshener integration.

NOTE

To connect your Order Desk store to Instafreshener, you’ll first need to reach out to Instafreshener so they can approve your store and provide you with a Customer ID. This approval must be completed before you can access the integration settings in Order Desk.

Let your Instafreshener representative know you want to enable the Order Desk integration for your store. Once they set things up on their end, they’ll give you the right Customer ID to use for the connection.

Enter your Customer ID on the settings page and click Connect to finish the setup.

Integration Settings

Once connected, you can set your preferences for this integration in the Basic Settings.

After Import, Move To

Choose the folder where orders should be moved to after they are successfully sent to Instafreshener.

You can choose the default Prepared folder for this, or create your own folders in your Store Settings. Read the Working with Folders guide for more information.

After Shipment, Move To

Choose the folder where orders should be moved to as Instafreshener sends tracking details back.

Default Shipping Class

Choose the shipping class you want Instafreshener to use for your orders.

If you need to set a different method on certain orders, use a rule to set either First or Priority as the shipping method on the order.

Sending Orders to Instafreshener

Getting your orders ready to send to Instafreshener will take some set up time. For a detailed walkthrough of how to use Order Desk with your Print on Demand orders, please read through our Print on Demand Fulfillment guide.

Preparing Your Items

The following fields can be set as variations or item metadata for each order item.

Field Name	Field Description
print_sku	The Instafreshener part number for the product being ordered.
print_url_1	Required. Link to your publicly accessible artwork file for printing. This will be your primary artwork file.
print_url_2	Link to your second print file. This will be placed on the second side of the item. Usually used with Air Fresheners, Ornaments and 2-Sided Aluminum Key Tags.
print_url_3	Link to an additional artwork file. Only provide this link if Instafreshener asks you to do so.
print_url_4	Link to an additional artwork file. Only provide this link if Instafreshener asks you to do so.
