# HP Site Flow Integration

Order Desk can import orders from your shopping cart(s), sync in your print details and then automatically send them to any printer using the [HP Site Flow](https://www8.hp.com/us/en/industrial-printers/print-workflow-automation-management-solutions-site-flow.html) (previously OneFlow) management software. When orders are shipped, the tracking details will be sent back to Order Desk automatically.

### Setup

To connect to HP Site Flow, click on the **Manage Integrations** link in the left sidebar. Under the **Print on Demand** tab find and enable HP Site Flow.

Alternatively, search for HP Site Flow from the available integration search.

Select your print provider and enter your HP Site Flow account credentials then connect.

Please note that Order Desk isn’t able to help find or reset your credentials, as they can only be shared by HP Site Flow.

If your provider is not listed, please contact Order Desk support with your destination provider key and your printer’s logo. These will be added for selection after which point you will be able to connect to your provider.

Once you have successfully connected to the HP Site Flow integration, you will have some settings to go through to add your preferences.

#### After Import, Move To

Select the folder you want orders to be moved into after they are successfully sent to HP Site Flow.

You can use one of the default folders already in your store or create your own. Read the [Working with Folders](/start-here/getting-started-series/quick-start-overview.md#working-with-folders) guide for more information.

#### After Shipment, Move To

Select the folder you want orders to be moved into when HP Site Flow sends tracking details back.

#### If Canceled, Move To

Select the folder you want orders to be moved into if they are canceled at HP Site Flow.

#### Default Carrier Code

Set the default carrier code you want your printer to use for your orders. This will be provided by your print provider.

#### Default Carrier Service

Set the default carrier service you want your printer to use for your orders. This will be provided by your print provider.

#### Default Shipping Alias

Set the default shipping alias you want your printer to use for your orders. This will be provided by your print provider.

#### Optional Routing URL

Order Desk sends orders to HP Site Flow using a default routing URL. This can be changed to an optional routing URL that is set up within HP Site Flow. If your HP Site Flow provider gives you a routing URL, set it here to override the default URL, otherwise leave this field empty to use the default.

#### Postback URL

Give this URL to your HP Site Flow provider. This is used to send shipment details back into your orders in Order Desk.

**TIP**

When setting up your webhooks in HP Site Flow, we recommend using their ***prettyJson*** template to send updates back to Order Desk. This template is especially useful if you want to send partial fulfillment updates based on the specific line items that were shipped.

You can reach out to HP Site Flow support for more information on how to set up the template.

#### Store Information

Set your default return address to be used on your orders.

If you need to customize the return address for certain orders, you can save different return addresses to your Store Settings and then use a rule to set the return address to specific orders. If a return address is not added to the order, the default address set here in the HP Site Flow settings will be used.

For information on adding additional return addresses and applying them to specific orders with a rule, read the [Store Settings](/guided-walkthroughs/using-order-desk/manage-store-settings.md#return-addresses) guide.

#### Product Settings

#### Canceling Orders

After submitting an order to HP Site Flow, you’ll have the opportunity to cancel the order or update the shipping address details (as well as shipping carrier and code details).

On the order details page, look for buttons under the order totals box on the right side of the page that say **Send Address Update to HP Site Flow** or **Cancel Order at HP Site Flow**.

After the order has been shipped, these buttons will no longer be available.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://help.orderdesk.com/integration-setup-guides/print-on-demand/hp-site-flow-integration.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
