# Dimona Integration

Order Desk can send your orders to [Dimona](https://www.dimonatee.com/) for fulfillment. As Dimona fulfills your orders, shipment details will automatically be added to your orders in Order Desk and, if your store is set up for it, sent back to the original shopping cart.

### Integration Setup <a href="#integration-setup" id="integration-setup"></a>

To enable Dimona in your Order Desk store, click **Manage Integrations**. Under the **Print on Demand** tab, find and enable Dimona.

You can also search for *Dimona* using the available integration search.

<figure><img src="https://251457507-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FAQOLMUJWMYtrpQ7Oxxca%2Fuploads%2F9PQmXKafClKVi6xEw7mh%2F25318.png?alt=media&amp;token=dadb0f5e-f0aa-488b-83de-55ddd759ef39" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

Once the integration is enabled, enter your Dimona **API Token**, then click to connect.

<figure><img src="https://251457507-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FAQOLMUJWMYtrpQ7Oxxca%2Fuploads%2FTRAoENMVE6y2fCTBX1Cy%2F64208.png?alt=media&amp;token=31b4039d-69fb-43ba-88aa-4ab9668dc5cf" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

{% hint style="info" %}
Order Desk can’t find or reset your Dimona credentials. You’ll need to get them directly from Dimona.
{% endhint %}

### Settings <a href="#basic-settings" id="basic-settings"></a>

Once you’re connected, you can adjust the following settings for the integration.

<figure><img src="https://251457507-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FAQOLMUJWMYtrpQ7Oxxca%2Fuploads%2Fv95pPWP50xjD2Es3RmPZ%2F19829.png?alt=media&amp;token=e36a084e-00cc-44b0-a737-1a65e7579fdf" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

#### **After Import, Move To**

Select the folder where orders should be moved after they’re successfully sent to Dimona.

You can use one of your store’s default folders or create your own. See the [Working with Folders ](/guided-walkthroughs/orders-and-folders.md)guide for more information.

#### **After Shipment, Move To**

Select the folder where orders should be moved after Dimona sends shipment details back to Order Desk.

#### **Default Mail Class**

Select the shipping class you want Dimona to use by default. Order Desk will use this mail class when the shipping method on an order doesn’t exactly match a method used by Dimona and hasn’t been mapped through Shipping Class Match.

To use different shipping methods for specific orders, match your shipping method names with the methods Dimona uses in the [Shipping Class Match](/integration-setup-guides/print-on-demand/dimona-integration.md#shipping-class-match) section below.

#### **Return Address**

Set the default return address you want Dimona to use for your orders. You’ll need to set a return address to make sure your orders submit to Dimona without errors.

### Product Settings <a href="#product-settings" id="product-settings"></a>

<figure><img src="https://251457507-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FAQOLMUJWMYtrpQ7Oxxca%2Fuploads%2Fd0utzxvj0xRVEJZjoc2S%2F95441.png?alt=media&amp;token=7f000faa-1bce-4149-9fa1-2b9c32218aae" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

For details about what these settings do and how to use them, see the [Print on Demand Product Settings](https://help.orderdesk.com/article/405-print-on-demand-product-settings) guide.

### Shipping Class Match <a href="#shipping-class-match" id="shipping-class-match"></a>

<figure><img src="https://251457507-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FAQOLMUJWMYtrpQ7Oxxca%2Fuploads%2FIz7kNIz4pcA3s1mxFCdM%2F95490.png?alt=media&amp;token=f5756914-2329-4960-b393-0d577a7095e0" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

The shipping methods in your shopping cart may not use the same names as the methods available through Dimona. Use Shipping Class Match to connect your shipping method names with the corresponding methods used by Dimona. If Order Desk can’t find a match, it will use the [Default Mail Class](#default-mail-class) selected above.

For help setting up your shipping preferences, see the [Shipping Class Match](/guided-walkthroughs/shipping-fulfillment-and-returns/how-to-set-up-shipping-class-matches.md) guide.

### Custom Details for Dimona <a href="#custom-details-for-dimona" id="custom-details-for-dimona"></a>

Preparing orders for Dimona takes some initial setup. For a detailed walkthrough of using Order Desk with print on demand orders, see the [Print on Demand Fulfillment](/guided-walkthroughs/print-on-demand-walkthrough/print-on-demand-fulfillment.md) guide.

#### **Preparing Your Items**

You can set the following fields as variations or item metadata on each order item.

Fields ending in **\_x** can be used for up to two print files. Replace **x** with the number of the corresponding print file, such as **1** or **2**.

| Field Name         | Field Description                                                                                                                                                                     |
| ------------------ | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| print\_sku         | The Dimona garment code.                                                                                                                                                              |
| print\_url\_x | A link to the artwork file. You can add up to two, such as **print\_url\_1** and **print\_url\_2**. |
| print\_location\_x | The location on the item where the artwork should be printed. Each artwork file should have a corresponding print location, such as **print\_location\_1** or **print\_location\_2**. |
| print\_preview\_x | A link to the preview image for the artwork. For items with multiple print files, use **print\_preview\_1** and **print\_preview\_2**. |

#### **Preparing Order Details**

You can set the following field as checkout data or order metadata to change what gets sent to Dimona.

| Field Name         | Field Value                                                                    |
| ------------------ | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ |
| package\_insert\_x | Adds a package insert to the order. Replace **x** with **1**, **2**, or **3**. |

If checkout data is new to you, see the [How to Work with Checkout Data](/guided-walkthroughs/orders-and-folders/how-to-work-with-checkout-data.md) guide.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://help.orderdesk.com/integration-setup-guides/print-on-demand/dimona-integration.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
