# Artsy Couture Integration

Order Desk can submit your print on demand orders to [Artsy Couture](https://www.artsycouture.com/). You can also send [Nations Photo Lab](http://www.nationsphotolab.com/) orders to Artsy Couture. As Artsy Couture fulfills your orders, the shipment info will automatically be pulled back into your orders here in Order Desk and sent back to the original shopping cart, if your store is set up for that.

This guide will explain how to set up the Artsy Couture integration and will provide an overview of the different settings within this integration.

### Setup

To connect to Artsy Couture, click on **Manage Integrations** in the left sidebar. Under the **Print on Demand** tab, find and click to enable the Artsy Couture integration.

On the Artsy Couture setup page, enter your **Company Name** and **Company PIN** that Artsy Couture has provided for you.

![](https://251457507-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FAQOLMUJWMYtrpQ7Oxxca%2Fuploads%2FLDs4DHtYLrpNd7CFB3h3%2Flegacy-e74a1d204775df8fbf2a.png?alt=media)

To find your Artsy Couture credentials, please contact your rep from Artsy Couture. **Order Desk support is not able to help with finding or resetting your** **Artsy Couture** **credentials**, as they are created and provided by Artsy Couture.

### Integration Settings

Once connected, you will have a few settings where you can set your preferences for this integration.

#### Default Mail Class

Select the default mail class you want Artsy Couture to use for your orders. The shipping method chosen here will be used for all orders where the method on the order does not match any of Artsy Couture’s shipping method names.

If you need to apply specific methods for certain orders, match your method names to Artsy Couture’s names in the [Shipping Class Match section](#shipping-class-match) below.

#### After Import, Move To

Select the folder you want orders to be moved into after they are sent to Artsy Couture.

If you want to use a custom folder, create your own from Store Settings. Read the [Working with Folders](/start-here/getting-started-series/quick-start-overview.md#working-with-folders) guide for more information.

#### After Shipment, Move To

Select the folder you want orders to be moved into when Artsy Couture sends shipment details back into Order Desk.

#### Product Settings

![](https://251457507-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FAQOLMUJWMYtrpQ7Oxxca%2Fuploads%2FOQuV6VsE7SOJkTUAE1kU%2Flegacy-a4fe5888674c5a79945e.png?alt=media)

For more information on what the product settings within the Artsy Couture integration do, please read the [Print on Demand Product Settings](/guided-walkthroughs/print-on-demand-walkthrough/print-on-demand-integration-product-settings.md) guide.

#### Shipping Class Match

![](https://251457507-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FAQOLMUJWMYtrpQ7Oxxca%2Fuploads%2FNaqfTE9oD9szOekrAvaJ%2Flegacy-d4cc728019c837402f64.png?alt=media)

The shipping methods that you have set up in your shopping cart(s) may not match the methods that Artsy Couture uses. To make sure your shipping preferences are sent through to Artsy Couture with each order, match your methods to theirs in the shipping class match feature.

To learn in more detail about how to set up your shipping class matches, see the [shipping class match](/guided-walkthroughs/shipping-fulfillment-and-returns/how-to-set-up-shipping-class-matches.md) guide.

### Sending Orders to Artsy Couture

Getting your orders ready to send to Artsy Couture will take some set up time. For a detailed walkthrough of how to use Order Desk with your Print on Demand orders, please read through our [Print on Demand Fulfillment](/guided-walkthroughs/print-on-demand-walkthrough/print-on-demand-fulfillment.md) guide.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://help.orderdesk.com/integration-setup-guides/print-on-demand/artsy-couture-integration.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
