When orders are shipped, the tracking details will be sent back to Order Desk and back to your shopping cart if your store is set up for it. This guide explains how to set up and use the All Ambitions integration and the features available. ### Setup To enable the integration, click on **Manage Integrations** in the left sidebar. If you need to apply specific methods for certain orders, match your method names to the method names that All Ambitions uses in the [Shipping Class Match section](#shipping-class-match) below. #### After Import, Move To Select the folder you want orders to be moved into after they are successfully sent to All Ambitions. You can use one of the default folders already in your store or create your own. To make sure your shipping preferences are sent through to All Ambitions with each order, match your methods to theirs in the shipping class match feature. For detailed instructions on how to use Order Desk with your print on demand orders, please take a few moments to read the [print on demand fulfillment](/guided-walkthroughs/print-on-demand-walkthrough/print-on-demand-fulfillment.md) guide. #### Preparing Your Orders The following details can be submitted for an order as either checkout data or order metadata. | Field Name | Field Description | | ----------- | --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- | | PackingSlip | A PDF URL to be printed and included with the shipment. Details [here](/guided-walkthroughs/templates-emails-and-order-documents/how-to-create-pdf-files-for-order-documents.md). | | PONumber | Add your own PO number to an order. | | VAT | Your customer’s VAT identification number, if applicable. | If you are unfamiliar with checkout data, please read the [How to Work with Checkout Data](/guided-walkthroughs/orders-and-folders/how-to-work-with-checkout-data.md) guide. #### Preparing Your Items The following fields can be set as variations or item metadata for each item in an order. | Field Name | Field Description | | -------------- | ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- | | print\_sku | All Ambitions’ product code for the item. | | print\_url | Link to your artwork file. When adding more than one, use print\_url\_1 and print\_url\_2, up to 5. | | print\_preview | Preview of the artwork that corresponds with the print\_url. print\_preview\_1 through print\_preview\_5 allowed. | | color | The color of product. | | size | The size of the product. | | gender | Set M, F or leave empty if not applicable to the product. | --- # Agent Instructions This documentation is published with GitBook.
