# Acrylic Idea Factory Integration

Order Desk can submit your print on demand orders to [Acrylic Idea Factory](http://www.aifawards.com/). As Acrylic Idea Factory fulfills your orders, the shipment info will automatically be pulled back into your orders here in Order Desk and sent back to the original shopping cart, if your store is set up for that.

This guide will explain how to set up the Acrylic Idea Factory integration and will provide an overview of the different settings within this integration.

### Setup

To connect to Acrylic Idea Factory, click on **Manage Integrations** in the left sidebar. Under the **Print on Demand** tab, find and click to enable the Acrylic Idea Factory integration.

Please note that Order Desk isn’t able to help find or reset your credentials, as they can only be provided by Acrylic Idea Factory.

### Integration Settings

Once connected, you will have a few settings where you can set your preferences for this integration.

#### Default Shipping Method

Select the default shipping method you want Acrylic Idea Factory to use for your orders. The shipping method chosen will be used for all orders where the method on the order does not match any of Acrylic Idea Factory’s shipping method names.

If you need to apply specific methods for certain orders, match your method names to Acrylic Idea Factory’s names in the [Shipping Class Match section](#shipping-class-match) below.

#### After Shipment, Move To

Select the folder you want orders to be moved into when Acrylic Idea Factory sends shipment details back into Order Desk.

#### If Canceled, Move To

Select the folder you want orders to be moved into if they are cancelled at Acrylic Idea Factory.

#### Shipping Account Number

Enter the shipping account number you want Acrylic Idea Factory to use for your shipments.

#### Product Settings

![](https://251457507-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FAQOLMUJWMYtrpQ7Oxxca%2Fuploads%2F4YNzcFUIHv7fQJ7zLryK%2Flegacy-ca5a6e4fb7b9a058feea.png?alt=media)

For more information on what the product settings within the Acrylic Idea Factory integration do, please read the [Print on Demand Product Settings](/guided-walkthroughs/print-on-demand-walkthrough/print-on-demand-integration-product-settings.md) guide.

#### Shipping Class Match

![](https://251457507-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FAQOLMUJWMYtrpQ7Oxxca%2Fuploads%2Fo0f9FR9qLKacxkM9NpV5%2Flegacy-1a01830ac206a1235f9b.png?alt=media)

The shipping methods that you have set up in your shopping cart(s) may not match the methods that Acrylic Idea Factory uses. To make sure your shipping preferences are sent through to Acrylic Idea Factory with each order, match your methods to theirs in the shipping class match feature. If matches aren’t made, Acrylic Idea Factory will use your [default preference](#integration-settings) set above.

To learn in more detail about how to set up your shipping class matches, see the [shipping class match](/guided-walkthroughs/shipping-fulfillment-and-returns/how-to-set-up-shipping-class-matches.md) guide.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://help.orderdesk.com/integration-setup-guides/print-on-demand/acrylic-idea-factory-integration.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
