When orders are shipped, the tracking details will be sent back to Order Desk and back to your shopping cart. ### Setup To enable the integration, click on **Manage Integrations** in the left sidebar. You can use one of the default folders already in your store or create your own. If you are unsure if your products need any of these settings or you need to know what they are, please contact 4over for help with their product options. | Field Name | Field Description | | -------------------- | ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- | | product\_uuid | **Required.** Set the product ID. If you do not know the product UUIDs you need, please contact 4over. Once you have the product UUIDs, use the [Options Manager](#4over-options-manager) in Order Desk to find the rest of the product details needed for your inventory in Order Desk. | | runsize\_uuid | **Required.** Set the run size. | | turnaroundtime\_uuid | **Required.** Set the turnaround time. | | colorspec\_uuid | **Required.** Set the color specs for the product. | | print\_url | Link to your artwork file. Link to your artwork file. If you’re sending double-sided print files (for the front and back of the item), use `print_url_1` for the front file and `print_url_2` for the back file. | | multi\_page | Use this field for **Booklets** or **catalogs** that need multipage PDF files. If you have a link to a multipage file, include it here. We’ll then add this link to the order export data that goes to 4Over. | | option\_uuids | Set options if necessary. | | sets | Defaults to 1. Set 0 if not a set. | | dropship | Defaults to 1. Set 0 if not a dropship item. | #### Order Details The following fields can be set as checkout data or order metadata to add or change the details that are sent to 4over about the order. | Field Name | Field Description | | --------------------------- | ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- | | ship\_from\_facility | Set the facility 4over should use for the order. | | coupon\_code | Set the coupon code if necessary. | | skip\_confirmation | Default is 1. Set 0 to *not* skip the confirmation. | | bypass\_address\_validation | Default is 0. If set to 1, Order Desk will instruct 4Over to skip address verification for the order. | If you are unfamiliar with checkout data, please read the [How to Work with Checkout Data](/guided-walkthroughs/orders-and-folders/how-to-work-with-checkout-data.md) guide. #### 4over Options Manager Your inventory items need to be set up with [required UUID details](#item-details) for orders to properly submit to 4over. If you do not know the product UUIDs for the items you need to send to 4over, please contact 4over for help.
