# 240Express Integration

Order Desk can import orders from your shopping cart(s), sync in your print details and then automatically send them on to [**240Express**](https://240express.com/) for fulfillment. When orders are shipped, the tracking details will be sent back to Order Desk and back to your shopping cart if your store is set up for it.

### Setup

To connect to 240Express, click on the **Manage Integrations** link under the **Integrations** menu in the left sidebar, and under the **Print on Demand** tab find and enable 240Express.

Alternatively, search from *240Express* from the from the available integration search:

Once enabled, set up the provided webhook URL in your 240Express account, then enter your API details and connect.

### Integration Settings

Once connected, you’ll have some shipment and integration settings to adjust per your preferences.

![](https://d33v4339jhl8k0.cloudfront.net/docs/assets/57b0032590336059d4edf94f/images/696a7f9084827e0b31508b6c/file-x4BiGtiwXY.png)

#### Endpoint

The section shows the URL Endpoint the integration is currently connected to.

#### Default Mail Class

Select your preferred default mail class. The shipping class you set here will be used for all of your orders where the shipping method on the order does not match one of shipping method names used by 240Express exactly or that has not been mapped to one of the shipping method names that 240Express uses.

If you need to apply specific methods for certain orders, match your method names to 240Express names in the [Shipping Class Match section](#shipping-class-match) below.

#### After Import, Move To

Select the folder you want orders to be moved into after they are successfully sent to 240Express.

You can use one of the default folders already in your store or create your own. Read the [**Working with Folders**](/start-here/getting-started-series/quick-start-overview.md#working-with-folders) guide for more information.

#### After Shipment, Move To

Select the folder you want orders to be moved into after 240Express sends shipment details back to Order Desk.

#### If Canceled, Move To

Select the folder you want orders to be moved to if they are canceled at 240Express.

#### Notification URL

Give this notification URL to your 240Express contact and ask them to send shipment notifications to it. This is how they will connect back to Order Desk to send tracking details as they ship your orders.

This URL does not change between staging and production environments.

#### Setup Redirects

![](https://d33v4339jhl8k0.cloudfront.net/docs/assets/57b0032590336059d4edf94f/images/696a809b2f986b70afe3b2e3/file-6Ch9b11k8y.png)

If you have 240Express connected to more than one Order Desk store for the same account, instead of adding the notification URL for each connection to 240Express, add any additional notification URLs from other connections to your primary account. Add one URL per line.

When 240Express ships your items, these redirects will help the shipments find their way back into the Order Desk store the orders came from.

#### Send Customer Email Address to 240Express

Select this setting if you want customer email addresses to be included with the order details that are sent to 240Express.

#### Garments Will Be Provided

Select this setting if you will be providing the garments for 240Express to use for printing.

#### Default Return Address

Set the default return address that 240Express should use on your shipments.

If you need to customize the return address for certain orders, you can save different return addresses to your Store Settings and then use a rule to set the return address to specific orders. If a return address is not added to the order, the default address set here in the 240Express settings will be used.

For information on adding additional return addresses and applying them to specific orders with a rule, read the [**Store Settings**](/guided-walkthroughs/using-order-desk/manage-store-settings.md#return-addresses) guide.

#### Product Settings

![](https://d33v4339jhl8k0.cloudfront.net/docs/assets/57b0032590336059d4edf94f/images/5ef4d6bd2c7d3a10cba9911b/file-qrQkVj1uxi.png)

For more information on what these product settings within the 240Express integration are for, please refer to the [**Print on Demand Product Settings**](/guided-walkthroughs/print-on-demand-walkthrough/print-on-demand-integration-product-settings.md) guide.

#### Shipping Class Match

![](https://d33v4339jhl8k0.cloudfront.net/docs/assets/57b0032590336059d4edf94f/images/696a830684827e0b31508b7a/file-4eAxZ4KzJz.png)

Using the shipping class match feature, you can match as many different shipping methods as you offer to the methods 240Express uses to ensure your customers are getting the closest shipping option to what they selected at checkout.

For information on how to set up your shipping preferences, please read the [**shipping class match**](/guided-walkthroughs/shipping-fulfillment-and-returns/how-to-set-up-shipping-class-matches.md) guide.

### Custom Details for 240Express

For detailed instructions on how to use Order Desk with your print on demand orders, please take a few moments to read the [**print on demand fulfillment**](/guided-walkthroughs/print-on-demand-walkthrough/print-on-demand-fulfillment.md) guide.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://help.orderdesk.com/integration-setup-guides/print-on-demand/240express-integration.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
